Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership and religiosity on the teacher performance of private schools teachers in Tangerang which are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private schools teacher population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that religiosity have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, transformatonal leadership have not significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership and religiosity with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Abstrak Persaingan setiap perusahaan dalam memberikan keuntungan dan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan sangat penting. Hal ini tentu untuk menarik investor di pasar modal. Kinerja keuangan yang baik dapat diinterpretasikan menggunakan rasio keuangan. Rasio profitabilitas salah satu dari beberapa rasio, dengan menggunakan Return on Asset dan Return on Equity untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap Price Earning Ratio. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya dengan menganalisa laporan keuangan tahun 2009-2017. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat pengaruh ROA terhadap PER, tidak terdapat pengaruh ROE terhadap PER dan terdapat pengaruh ROA dan ROE terhadap PER.Kata kunci: Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER)

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam era persaingan global akan terjadi kecenderungan proses pengembangan produk dan jasa yang lebih baik, berkualitas dan lebih murah.Pelanggan akanberusaha mendapatkan produk yang berasal dari perusahaan yang mampumemberikan harga yang kompetitif serta pelayanan terbaik kepadanya, sehingga pelanggan merasa puas dan akan terus membelanjakan kebutuhannya kepada pemasok tersebut.Hal ini menjadikan kualitas pelayanan dan harga yang bersaing sebagai salah satu bagian penting dan sangat perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius bagi pimpinan perusahaan dalam menjalankan strategi operasinya.  Dalam era persaingan global akan terjadi kecenderungan proses pengembangan produk dan jasa yang lebih baik, berkualitas dan lebih murah. Key word  : Harga,kualitas layanan,Kepuasaan pelanggan

Abstract

Technological advancements have created many opportunities for young entrepreneurs to develop and expand their business operations. Therefore, the internet has encouraged the emergence of digital entrepreneurship as a growing form of entrepreneurship among many young entrepreneurs and even university students, who are indeed the digital native generation. This study examines the extent to which the personal characteristics of digital natives among university students in Indonesia impact their digital entrepreneurship intention. This study examines the direct impact of five personal traits adopted from the big five personal traits, namely openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, on personal attitude and digital entrepreneurship intention. For this purpose, the respondents were 254 Indonesian university students using simple random sampling technique. Structural equation modelling using SEM SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study reveal that all hypotheses are proven to have a significant positive effect, namely the five personal characteristics of college students (agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, and openness to experience) have a positive effect on personal attitude. Furthermore, the attitude variable also has a positive effect on digital entrepreneurship intention. The results of this study contribute to the research gap on the big five personal traits, personal attitude and digital entrepreneurship intention. Theoretical and practical implications have been discussed and become important recommendations for the future projections of students, teaching lecturers, and also for management policies in higher education.
