Abstract

Web-based Academic Information System (SIA) has been used by all students of the Faculty of Information Technology KH. A. Wahab Unwaha Jombang University. Because all student academic records are stored through the campus network, it is necessary to conduct research on security so that a secure system is obtained. This research was conducted with steps including analysis and testing of installed systems, analyzing needs, designing problem solutions, making repair modules, installing modules and retesting repair modules. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there are weaknesses in the login system. The weaknesses include the use of the Student Identification Number (NIM) as the default username and password, username and password data is not encrypted before being sent to the server over the network, traces of usernames and passwords left in the browser as a cache or in the password manager can be seen as unencrypted plaintext. From the security analysis results, the SIA login system can be improved by applying HMAC MD5 encryption technology and Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol (CHAP). Challenge is generated by the server randomly and used as a key in the HMAC MD5 encryption process. With the use of challenge passwords sent in the form of hash values will always be different in each session. Javascript on the client side is used to perform encryption so that the data before being sent to the server is already in an encrypted state.

Abstract

Kerjasama antar Lembaga saat ini telah marak bahkan menjadi suatu kebutuhan untuk mencapai suatu visi misi. Salah satu Lembaga yang kerap menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak lain yakni perguruan tinggi UNWAHA, yang mana perguruan tinggi tersebut sedang banyak diminati oleh para calon-calon mahasiswa, karena disamping jangkauan promosi yang meluas juga kerap menawarkan beasiswa-beasiswa kepada mahasiswa. Maka dari itu sangat diperlukan adanya sebaran kerjasama dengan pihak luar guna mencapai visi misi perguruan tinggi. Dengan banyaknya kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh UNWAHA maka banyak pula dokumen MoU/MoA yang perlu disimpan, sedang proses penympanan atau arsipan yang dilakukan secara manual akan membutuhkan banyak tempat, begitu juga dengan pencarian dokumen yang sulit dan memakan waktu lama saat dokumen diperlukan mendadak. Sehingga untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pengarsipan maupun pencarian dokumen maka peneliti membuat sebuah system aplikasi arsip digital bidang kerjasama.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan metode waterfall pada Penerapan Macro Excel untuk Pengiriman Informasi Slip Gaji Melalui Whatsapp Berbasis Node JS. Adapun study kasus yang digunakan adalah MTsN 3 Jombang. Sistem penggajian yang saat ini digunakan pada MTsN 3 Jombang masih menggunakan sistem manual dimana semua proses penggajian dicatat dimedia kertas sehingga sangat memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan data dan kerangkapan data sehingga bisa mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses penerimaan gaji kepada karyawan. Metode pengembangan yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah metode waterfall. Karyawan melakukan absensi secara otomatis pada sistem absensi, data absen yang tersimpan pada database inilah yang akan diproses oleh admin untuk menghitung gaji karyawan. Selanjutanya admin akan mencetak slip gaji dan membuat laporan penggajian. Dengan demikian sistem informasi penggajian karyawan ini akan efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem ini telah dirancang dengan sangat baik dan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan sehingga prototype ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk melanjutkan pengembangan sistem yang dibuat. Hasil rancangan dari sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai dokumentasi bagi pihak PT Bina Angkasa dan dapat dijadikan sebagai sebuah literatur untuk mengembangkan sistem penggajian karyawan.

Abstract

The assistance program for developing running text in Asemgede Village, Ngusikan Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, aims to enhance the understanding and skills of village officials in designing, assembling, and operating running text technology. This technology is designed as an appropriate solution to improve the fast, efficient, and modern dissemination of information, which is highly needed by the village community. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this activity actively involves village officials in the learning process. Evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' understanding of running text after the socialization. Additionally, the use of running text provides economic and social benefits by reducing information dissemination costs and increasing community participation. This program contributes to the village's digital literacy and encourages local innovation in public services.

Abstract

The problem of students who will and have graduated from college is in terms of job search, among others, their lack of understanding in making a CV with a good format to make opportunities accepted in a job a little. Design this system based on a visual builder that can process data and facilitate storage automatically. This sample is obtained from observation data with the target of UNWAHA students, this method is used because it has easily found an existing fact. The analytical technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive which is done by analyzing or describing the process and the results of the design of the developed system. Design this system based on a visual builder that can process data and facilitate storage automatically. For that, there is a system that can facilitate the creation of a CV and Portofolio so that students no longer need to be dizzy in loading and publishing their CVs.

Abstract

Mathematics is an important assistant tool used by other disciplines to obtain quantitative result in the problem-solving process. The optimum problem is one of the exciting problems that will be the object of our discussion in this article. The main idea of this article is to show how Substitution and Lagrange multiplier methods can solve a constrained optimization problem in economics. In this article, author will study and show how far and easy to solve economic optimum problems using mathematical formulas. Then, with an example of daily problem in economics, the author hopes that it will provide an overview for economic practitioners about how potential mathematical concepts can help them. And it will also be understood that how important it is, to approach and simplify a real-world problem in economics with a mathematical model so that mathematical formulas can be applied to appropriately solve economic problems with the best or optimal results. And eventually, it will also show us that economics in fact are increasingly mathematical.

Abstract

Student delinquency is a form of student behaviour that deviates from school rules. One of them is truant or irregular entry. Skipping behaviour that is left will give a tendency for students to commit other violations such as brawls, using drugs, free sex and others. Monitoring trusting students is not easy because routine communication between parents and the school is needed. This study aims to create a system to facilitate communication between schools and parents by implementing a fire bot telegram using the long polling method. The system is made using Visual Basic 6.0, consisting of two main parts, namely the attendance system and bot telegram management. The attendance system handles student attendance consisting of fingerprint registration and attendance scans, while the telegram bot management handles the sending of attendance information consisting of telegram ID registration, attendance information and permit information. The test results show the process of taking and sending information via telegram bot runs fast, in the test register of the parent telegram ID the time required is an average of 5.6 seconds, sending scanned student attendance information 4.25 seconds and sending permit information on average 7, 07 seconds.

Abstract

The yellow book is one of several media for learning about good Islamic religious knowledge and needs to be studied by Muslims. However, only Islamic boarding school students can study the book. This is due to the difficulty in learning it independently, especially for ordinary people who lack or have not mastered Arabic. Besides that, the book is only available in the form of a book that is easily damaged and difficult to carry anywhere. From this subject, this research focuses on making a web-based book library application with Indonesian translation. The method used is Waterfall. This method has the analysis stage: an observation of the existing system. The design stage: making a flowchart and DFD design, the coding stage, and the testing stage. The results obtained are the web-based Yellow Book library application that can make it easier for Muslims to study the Yellow Book daily because this application has access to material in the form of the Yellow Book along with the audiobook in Arabic and a video link for studying the yellow book.
