Abstract

Secara umum permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pedagang di lokasi wisata Tarasering Panyaweuyan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan terkait platform-platform pemasaran digital. Oleh karenanya diperlukan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi pedagang dalam menerapkan digital marketing guna meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha di lokasi wisata Tarasering Panyaweuyan Kabupaten Majalengka. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berutujuan : Pertama, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Pelaku Usaha Wisata Tarasering Panyaweuyan dalam menerapkan pemasaran digital; kedua, untuk meningkatkan branding produk-produk lokal yang diproduksi oleh UMK objek wisata Tarasering Panyaweuyan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu : Identifikasi Masalah, Pelatihan dan Pendampingan, dan Monitoring dan Evaluasi, yang dilaksanakan mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Mei 2022. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Pertama, secara umum pedagang di lokasi wisata Terasering Panyaweuyan belum menggunakan pemasaran digital dalam memasarkan produknya. Sehingga melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini para pedagang diharapkan mempunyai wawasan dan mampu mengoperasikan YUBImini sebagai salah satu platform digital markrting untuk sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif;  kedua, Dari hasil evaluasi dan monitoring ditemukan bahwa setelah memasarkan produk digital, rata-rata pendapatan pedagang mengalami peningkatan karena dengan adanya pemasaran digital terutama YUBI mini produk akan dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dengan biaya yang efisien serta adanya kemudahan yang disediakan dapat memberikan daya tarik produk UMK setempat kepada konsumen.

Abstract

The sustainability of a tertiary institution can be seen from various perspectives, one of which is the customer aspect. Based on the customer perspective, in this case students, universities will have sustainable competitiveness when considering the number of students who decide to study at these universities. Therefore it is important to pay attention to the factors that influence college decisions which will have an impact on the sustainability of higher education. This study aims to examine the role of college decisions in mediating the influence of college image and family support on college sustainability. This type of research is associated with the survey method. The population in this study were all students of Majalengka University. While the sample in this study were 155 students at Majalengka University. The data analysis method uses SEM with the help of the AMOS 21 application. The results show that the image of a university and family support have a positive effect on college decisions. Then the image of the university and the decision to study directly have a positive effect on the sustainability of the university. An important finding in this research is that college decisions mediate the influence of college image and family support on college sustainability.

Abstract

Kehadiran dan peranan wirausaha dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap perbaikan ekonomi maupun kemajuan suatu negara, dengan latar belakang keputusan berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi dan Modal Usaha terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Universitas Majalengka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Majalengka yang menjalankan atau memiliki usaha, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Normalitas data, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha. Artinya motivasi menjadi faktor pendorong peningkatan keputusan berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Sedangkan modal usaha tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha. Artinya tinggi rendahnya modal usaha tidak akan mempengaruhi keputusan berwirausaha.

Abstract

In this research was conducted at the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the commitment, organizational and influence of job satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a survey method with descriptive and verification analysis. The technique of data collection done by giving a questionnaire. The population in this study is the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency with 49 respondents. Testing the research. Testing the research instrument is done by testing the validity and reliability test using a Likert scale. Data analysis tool use classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, and F test. The result of this indicate that commitment organizational, job statisfaction and employee performance is a high category. Commitment organizational has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satifactions has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect purely on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

The success and achievement of company goals is highly dependent on employeeperformance. It is expected that employees will work at optimal levels to achieve the desiredresults. However, they also face the challenge of balancing dual roles as both employees andparents, responsible for their families and work. This situation leads to multiple role conflicts,causing work stress and negatively impacting performance. This study aims to examine theimpact of multiple role conflicts and work stress on the performance of employees at PT.Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, either independently or collectively.The research method employed in this study is survey-based, utilizing a descriptive andverification analysis approach. Through distributing questionnaires, data was collected. studypopulation consisted of 52 employees from PT. Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, and thesaturated sample technique was used. Multiple linear regression analysis was the analyticaltool utilized in this study. It involved testing classical assumptions, determining the coefficientof determination, and conducting hypothesis testing.The findings from this study indicate that both multiple role conflicts and work stresssignificantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, eitherindividually or collectively

Abstract

The large number of food and beverage businesses in Indonesia indicates thatthe level of purchasing decisions in Indonesia is high. The high enthusiasm of thecommunity makes companies have to compete to attract the attention of consumers so thatconsumers make purchases. One of the things a company can do to attract the attentionof consumers is Brand Awareness. If consumer awareness of the brand is low, then it iscertain that the brand equity will also be low. The other factor that also influences thepurchasing decision is Service Quality. Good Service Quality will affect profit andcorrelate with the results that will be obtained by a company. This study aims to determinethe effect of Brand Awareness and Service Quality on purchasing decisions for consumersof Mixue, Munjul Majalengka Branch.The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Thepopulation used is the consumer Mixue Branch Munjul Majalengka with a sample of 100people with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling with accidentalsampling. Data collection technique is by questionnaire. The analytical tools used in thisstudy are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient ofdetermination (R2), Model Feasibility (f test) and Hypothesis Test (t test).Based on the results of this study, it shows Brand Awareness has a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions and Service Quality has a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the banking world in Indonesia is very dynamic and modern. Shortly after the discovery of the initial case of corona in Indonesia in 2020, the giant bank sank with the JCI dropping by around 5% and there was a stop of around 30 minutes in trading. In general, stock prices decline, so an analysis of financial statements is carried out using a value added basis in the form of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Financial Value Added (FVA) and Cash Value Added (CVA). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of EVA, MVA, FVA, and CVA partially and simultaneously on stock prices in banking companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2019 to 2021. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique. Based on the standards that have been obtained, there were around 18 banking companies during the three years of research so that 54 samples were obtained. Perform data analysis methods, panel data regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) which previously carried out the classical assumption test using Eviews 9. Partially, this study shows that stock prices are not affected by EVA, FVA, and CVA, but are influenced by MVA. While stock prices are stated to be influenced simultaneously by EVA, MVA, FVA, and CVA. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the explanation of the dependent variable on the contribution of all independent variables is around 66.58%, of which the remaining 33.42% is obtained from other variables.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu daerah atau negara. UMKM memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap PDB dan tingkat lapangan kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses pengetahuan, pemahaman, inovasi, dan digitalisasi. Artikel ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan UMKM di Desa Panggansari melalui optimalisasi pengetahuan, pemahaman, inovasi, dan digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, sosialisasi, dan pemantauan. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan desa kreatif di mana UMKM memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan UMKM dan langkah-langkah konkret yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi saat ini

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of service quality and profit sharing both partially and simultaneously on the satification of customer of Mandiri Syariah Bank Majalengka branch office. The population in this study were customers of Mandiri Syariah Bank Majalengka branch office, which was taken as respondents, amounting to 100 people. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. The analytical tool used in this study is the classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing for partial test using t test and simultaneous test using F test. The results of the study indicate that both partially and simultaneously service quality and profit sharing have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meaning the higer the quality of service and the better the profit sharing, customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Psychological Capital and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees of PT. BPR Majalengka West Java. This study used a survey method with descriptive and verification approaches. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. BPR Majalengka West Java, with a sample of 55 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. The measurement scale of this study uses the Likert scale. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using partial test with t test. The results of research that have been conducted show that Psychological Capital, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior are in very high criteria. The results of the research are partially Psychological Capital has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational commitment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
