Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the management strategy of the training at Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung in the era of Industry Revolution 4.0. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The selection of informants in this study was done using purposive sampling techniques (sampel bertujuan). Data collection techniques are done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The phase of data analysis involves data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study show that Pesantren Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung implemented strategy management through four stages, namely: First, environmental analysis is carried out in two ways: external and internal. External factors are the demand for human resources with increased capabilities in the field of technology, while internal factors are strong leadership commitment. Second, the formulation of the strategy is made by the trainer, Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung, by formulating the vision, mission, and objectives as well as the strategy of curriculum development. Third, the implementation of the strategy is done to implement the plan that has been made in strategy formulation. At this stage of implementation, there is a learning process that is integrated with technology, i.e., a YouTube-based online review that is carried out every morning; and fourth, an evaluation of the training strategy of Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung is performed to see if the implementation is in line with the planned strategy formulation. Evaluation is carried out in a number of ways, including in the form of a sudden inspection and other evaluations using a group evaluation system.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to explain the whole factors and the most dominant factor causing the eighth grade students’ problems in writing recount text at SMP Negeri 12 Kotabumi Academic Year 2022/2023. This study used a descriptive-qualitative method. The document was used as a data which examined 27 students’ writing recount text by taking 6 students who have the lowest score. The research findings showed that the students have linguistic problems: grammar 23 errors, vocabulary 2 errors, and choice of sentence no error, in cognitive problems: punctuation 18 errors, capitalization 4 errors, spelling 5 errors, and paragraphing 1 error. Hence, reading a lot before writing becomes one’s solution to eliminate the students’ difficulties in writing text. It is recommended that the students must read more and practice the way to write good text especially in writing recount text. Students must understand well the components in writing a good paragraph, so that the students do not experience problems during the process. In addition, they must also pay more attention to the teacher’s explanation when the teaching and learning process is carried out.

Abstract

The era of Society 5.0 brings a change to the purchase decision for one activity done at home, As workers, content creators, students, and schoolchildren urgently require a device that is appropriate for their daily demands, the buying decision for one activity done at home, for instance, changes in the era of Society 5.0. Given the widely recognised advantages of Xiaomi products, the company takes advantage of this change in market sales transactions as evidenced by the abundance of fresh creator material that surfaces on social media. The content appears more professional when it has clear camera features, high-quality photos or videos, and 4K video capabilities. Many consumers are purchasing Xiaomi products during a pandemic to meet their current demands. A legitimate company controlled by PT United Media Tbk manufactures the Xiaomi products that are sold in Indonesia. As ratio data must be analysed in this research approach, quantitative research is used to determine the extent of the connection between the variables.
