Labor absorption in the cooperative sector in West Java is still relatively low at 10,434 people or 0.05 percent. Based on this fact, the absorption of labor in the cooperative sector can still be increased in line with the program of the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs in implementing total cooperative reform through three strategic measures, namely Reorientation, Rehabilitation and Development. Therefore, it is expected that the absorption of labor in the cooperative sector of West Java is increasing. To find out and see this, this research was done. The categories of respondents in this study are divided into two groups, namely the group of member respondents and the non-member respondent group. The analysis used to see the potential used descriptive analysis, while the Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to see how much work stress, job satisfaction affect turnover intention for non-member groups of respondents. For the respondent group SEM members were used to see how much work stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention affect member participation and cooperative development. The results showed that for the non-member respondent group both variables had a significant influence on turnover intention, while for the group of respondents members pointed out that the three variables had a significant direct influence on member participation and cooperative development.

At this time stock investment is one investment option. To obtain optimal profits a stock portfolio is needed. A portfolio is a combination of several shares. To form a portfolio, a model is needed to achieve an optimal portfolio. This research uses Single View Black-Litterman Model with ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) approach. The selected shares are PT. Jasa Marga (JSMR), PT. Unilever Indonesia (UNVR), and PT. Waskita Karya (WSKT).

Penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor koperasi di Jawa Barat masih tergolong rendah yaitu sebesar 10.434 orang atau sebesar 0,05 persen. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor koperasi masih dapat ditingkatkan sejalan dengan program Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM dalam menjalankan Reformasi Total Koperasi melalui tiga langkah strategis, yakni Reorientasi, Rehabilitasi dan Pengembangan. Oleh karena itu diharapkan penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor koperasi Jawa Barat semakin besar. Untuk mengetahui dan melihat hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian ini. Analisis yang digunakan untuk melihat potensi tersebut menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh stress kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Information Technology Strategic Planning is a derivative of an institution's Strategic Plan (Renstra). The purpose of this research is to find the need for Information Systems and Information Technology (IS / IT) for institutions with a case study method of the Strategic Plan "XYZ College" The research begins with an analysis of the â€œPT XYZâ€ external and internal business environment to determine the five forces model and critical success factors. Next is an analysis of the external and internal IS / IT environment in order to determine world technology trends and the current application portfolio of institutions. The next stage is the strategic process (IS, IT, and IS / IT management. The final stage is to determine the institute's future IS / IT applications. The results achieved are recommendations for the IS / IT application portfolio that "PT XYZ" should have.

AbstrakPenjualan mobil di Indonesia saat ini terus meningkat. Untuk melakukan perencanaan yang baik, perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah nilai prediksi penjualan agar dapat menentukan target penjualan mobil. Salah satu model prediksi yang sering digunakan untuk memprediksi sebuah data yaitu metode ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average). Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan yaitu data Retail Sales mobil Toyota dari bulan Januari 2017 sampai dengan Maret 2020. Retail Sales merupakan penjualan mobil dari dealer kepada konsumen sehingga diharapkan pabrik mobil Toyota memiliki prencanaan terhadap produksi mobil sehingga menjadi efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci : ARIMA, time series, Toyota, MobilAbstrackCar sales in Indonesia are growing. To do good planning, the company needs a sales prediction value in order to determine the car sales target. One prediction model that is often used to predict a data is the method of ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average). In this study the data used is the Toyota Sales Retail data from January 2017 to March 2020. Retail Sales is a car sales from dealers to consumers, so it is hoped that the Toyota automobile factory has a preproduction to the automobile manufacturing so that it becomes effective and efficient.Keywords : ARIMA, time series, Toyota, Car

This research was aimed to know: (1) Procedure of honorariumâ€™s payment at Dinas Pemakaman dan Pertamanan Bandung, (2) Solving the problem that appear to the reporting process, (3) Development of Honorarium Information System Design. This research use the waterfall design method and observation technique with through literature research that related to set of problems. The problems that are found are the less effective for recording because it is still using Microsoft Office Excel 2007. The result of the research: (1) Make a standardized procedures of honorariumâ€™s payment, (2) Problems solved in the report, (3) Created an adequate of Information System Honorarium. Based on the explanation above, then , it can be concluded that the information systems honorarium can reduce the problem that appear to the reporting process. There are some suggestions: (1) Provide special training to employees, (2) Create a programs better in the future, (3) Produce of Human Resources that can be responsible for system maintenance

Understanding and capital market literacy is needed in determining investment decisions. Likewise with an understanding of capital market products needed by students or young people to invest. One that helps students determine investment decisions is to provide capital market literacy in the form of workshops, seminars, Capital Market Schools (CMS). This is an activity that students must follow to determine the best investment decisions and which in turn will improve Indonesia's economic development through the existence of the investment. The sample of this study was 98 people drawn from the population of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic Investment Gallery Investor. This research is a quantitative study, aimed to find out how much influence the capital market literacy has on the decision to invest in student shares in Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic.

Membentuk portofolio optimal adalah metode yang dapat membantu para investor meminimalkan risiko dan mengoptimalkan keuntungan. Beberapa model untuk portofolio optimal termasuk Single Index Model (SIM), Treynor Black Model (TBM), dan Black-Litterman Model (BLM). SIM didasarkan pada pengamatan bahwa harga sekuritas berfluktuasi sejalan dengan indeks pasar. Pada TBM, seorang investor dapat melihat bahwa model ini kurang fokus pada nilai beta tetapi lebih berfokus pada risiko tidak sistematis. BLM menggabungkan elemen data historis dan pandangan investor untuk membentuk prediksi baru tentang portofolio sebagai dasar pemodelan. Prediksi pandangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan time series ARIMA dan GARCH. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membentuk tingkat pengembalian portofolio optimal dengan menggunakan SIM, TBM, dan BLM berdasarkan pandangan tunggal investor serta kombinasi pandangan beberapa investor dengan pendekatan ARIMA dan GARCH.
