Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Pop-Up Book media on interest and learning outcomes on the human digestive system of class VIII students. This type of research is the type of research used in this research is quantitative, namely collecting, compiling, managing and analyzing data in the form of numbers. The research design used is Quasi Experimental Design. The research design used in the form of a quasi experiment is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This design is similar to the pretest-posttest Control Group Design. The sample for this research was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Lamasi with a total of 30 students. The results of the research and discussion show that the significant value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. then H0 is rejected. and H1 is accepted. There is an influence in the use of Pop-Up Book media on human digestive system material on the learning outcomes of class VIII.B students at SMP Negeri 1 Lamasi.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effectiveness of relaxation techniques in reducing learning stress levels in students at SMAN 11 Luwu. Using a quasi-experimental design One-group Pretest-Posttest, the study involved 26 students who showed symptoms of learning stress. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). The intervention was carried out in 8 sessions, incl pretest, 6 treatment sessions, and posttest. The results showed a significant reduction in students' stress levels after the intervention. Before the intervention, 53.8% of students were in the moderate stress category, while after the intervention 88.5% were in the mild stress category and 11.5% reached normal conditions. Analysis Paired Sample T-test showed a significant difference between stress scores before and after intervention (p < 0.05), with an average decrease in score of 12,808 points. These results confirm the effectiveness of relaxation techniques in reducing students' learning stress, providing important reinforcement for the development of stress management programs in educational settings.

Abstract

Instruksi Permendagri Nomor 110 Tahun 2016 tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, bahwa keanggotaan BPD harus diisi oleh minimal satu orang perempuan. Adanya perwakilan perempuan  diharapkan mampu menyerap aspirasi kepentingan perempuan di desa tersebut. namun yang terjadi, setelah perwakilan perempuan terpilih, aspirasi kepentingan perempuan tidak di serap. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana pelaksanaan keterwakilan perempuan dalam memperjuangkan kepentingan perempuan  di Desa Makrampai dan apa saja faktor penghambatnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian lapangan dengan Pendekatan sosiologis empiris. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama, Peran perempuan di pembangunan desa sudah cukup turut dalam forum perencanaan dan pembangunan desa dengan adanya partisipasi dalam organisasi yang didominasi perempuan di desa yaitu PKK, Posyandu, kelompok pengajian Kelompok Tani, dan kelompok Persatuan Hajatan. Namun penyampaian pendapat dan perjuangan aspirasi kaum perempuan di desa masih dianggap lemah dan hanya sebagai bagian pelengkap dalam anggota BPD Desa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengakuan dari anggota BPD yang masih kurang memahami  secara detail tentang rincian tugas dari keterwakilan perempuan tersebut. Kedua, faktor yang menghambat adalah minimnya pengetahuan anggota keterwakilan perempuan dalam BPD, kurangnya koordinasi kepada masyarakat. dan Belum ada kegiatan secara khusus untuk peningkatan kapasitas maupun pembinaan bagi anggota keterwakilan perempuan dalam BPD.

Abstract

This study aims to self-determination theory approach. This theory emphasises the importance of three basic aspects in building intrinsic motivation, namely autonomy, competence, and connectedness. In the context of digital policy, these three aspects are crucial to be studied further in order to understand how technology contributes to students' enthusiasm for learning. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from various literature sources, such as scientific journals, books, and policy reports that are relevant to the theme of educational digitalisation and learning motivation. The analysis was carried out thematically to explore the relationship between digital policies and students' psychological conditions in the learning process. The results of the study show that digitalisation policies can increase students' learning motivation if supported by adequate facilities, teacher training, and a fun learning approach. However, in areas that are less ready in terms of infrastructure, this policy actually creates gaps and reduces learning enthusiasm. Therefore, an inclusive and contextual implementation strategy is needed so that digitalisation really has a positive impact on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kurikulum Pendidikan Islam berbasis nilai moderasi beragama terhadap implementasi nilai moderasi beragama di lembaga pendidikan formal. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kurikulum tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap internalisasi nilai moderasi seperti toleransi, antikekerasan, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman di sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu menggunakan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel berjumlah 66 siswa kelas 10 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dan dibagi dalam kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen berupa angket skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur implementasi nilai moderasi yang meliputi lima indikator: integrasi nilai toleransi, sikap siswa, peran guru, kebijakan sekolah, dan kegiatan sekolah. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis nilai moderasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan sikap dan perilaku moderat siswa. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pengembangan kurikulum yang menjunjung kebhinekaan dan perdamaian guna membentuk generasi inklusif dan harmonis di tengah masyarakat multikultural.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of promoting equality, tolerance, and inclusion in multicultural societies, focusing on the role of religion and the challenges faced in achieving these ideals. Utilizing a qualitative literature review method, the research analyzes secondary sources, including books, scholarly journals, and relevant articles. The findings reveal that discrimination, conflict, and extremism pose significant barriers to equality in diverse contexts. However, principles such as pluralism, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue provide pathways to overcome these challenges. Religion plays a crucial role in shaping societal dynamics through moral values, social structures, and cultural identities. Interfaith dialogue serves as an effective means to foster understanding, build positive relationships, and promote peace among different religious communities. The study emphasizes best practices for fostering inclusion and tolerance, such as inclusive education, open communication, collaboration among faith communities, and a commitment to peace. Ultimately, this research argues that through collective efforts, multicultural societies can develop into inclusive and tolerant environments where individuals coexist peacefully and respectfully, appreciating the richness of diversity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the hypothesis that current ratio, debt to equity ratio and sales growth affect financial distress. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were real estate and property companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The total population was 79 companies. Researchers apply a non-probability sampling method, which specifically will be carried out using purposive sampling method, then a total sample of 15 companies is found. The data collection technique used in this exploration is the documentation strategy. Then the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent which is processed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 22 software program. Based on hypothesis testing, the results show that current ratio and sales growth have no significant effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on financial distress.
