Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi pada zaman disaat sekarang ini sangat begitu pesat. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi tersebut membuat kita harus selalu mengasah ilmu dan kemampuan agar kita tidak ketinggalan oleh ilmu teknologi informasi yang selalu berkembang tersebut. Penggunaan komputer merupakan hal yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk memulai pengetahuan kita terhadap teknologi informasi. Salah satu ilmu yang bisa dijadikan sebagai modal kita untuk memahami dasar penggunaan komputer adalah dengan menguasai aplikasi paket niaga, dalam hal ini berupa aplikasi paket perkantoran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Bukit Lawang, Kecamatan Bahorok, Kabupaten Langkat khususnya terhadap pemuda-pemudi di komunitas Bukit Lawang Care. Komunitas pemuda-pemudi tersebut sangat menginginkan sekali adanya kegiatan seperti pembelajaran aplikasi komputer karena masih banyak diantara mereka yang belum bisa untuk menguasai aplikasi perkantoran tersebut. Adapun materi dari aplikasi perkantoran yang dibahas adalah aplikasi dari MS Office, yakni MS Word, untuk membuat format tulisan, MS Excel, untuk membuat perhitungan, dan MS Power Point, untuk Persentase. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah ceramah dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mereka dapat menguasi penggunaan dari MS Word, untuk membuat sebuah tulisan dengan format tulisan yang berbeda-beda, MS Excel, untuk membuat perhitungan dari beberapa data yang digunakan, serta MS Power Point, untuk membuat sebuah persentasi sederhana dari materi yang sudah di bagikan untuk masing-masing kelompok. Sehingga, walaupun di era pandemi ini masih minim kegiatan disana, komunitas bukit lawang care mungkin akan terbantu dalam memanajemen kegiatan di hari-hari kedepan setelah pandemi usai nanti.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat dirasakan oleh semua kalangan, baik kalangan pelajar maupun umum. Banyaknya ilmu pengetahuan saat ini bisa kita dapatkan dari banyak sumber, baik dari sumber buku, internet bahkan mengikuti kursus pelatihan-pelatihan. Tingginya tingkat persaingan dalam mencari lapangan pekerjaan bagi seseorang, khususnya tamatan SMA atau SMK menjadi hal yang sangat harus di perhatikan. Ilmu design grafis dan multimedia merupakan suatu ilmu yang dapat dimanfaatkan seseorang untuk dapat membuat suatu wadah lapangan pekerjaan setelah selesai menamatkan pendidikan di SMA / SMK. Untuk itu perlunya membuat sebuah pengenalan tentang apa itu ilmu design grafis dan multimedia terhadap siswa/i baik SMA maupun SMK. Kegiatan pengenalan Design Grafis dan Multimedia ini dilaksanakan di SMK Sandhy Putra Medan. Adapun materi yang diberikan meliputi dasar pengenalan design grafis, contoh penerapan design grafis, seperti pembuatan spanduk, pembuatan sertifikat, pengenalan software untuk design grafis, pengenalan multimedia, dan contoh penerapan multimedia, seperti pembuatan animasi pembelajaran. Para peserta dapat memahami materi tentang pengenalan design grafis dan multimedia, serta dapat menambah wawasan mereka dalam pengembangan kreatifitas untuk menjadi wirausaha. Dengan demikian mereka bisa termotivasi untuk menguasai bidang design grafis untuk bidang editing foto, periklanan dan pembuatan animasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Humans as living beings cannot be separated from the need for food. One of the activities in making food iscooking. People in general view food recipes in books or magazines where this method is considered inconvenientfor some people. This research was conducted to design an android-based recipe application, which will providesolutions to the community to make it easier to get food recipe information. This application provides food recipesfrom several well-known chefs in Indonesia such as Renatta Moeloek, Junior John Rorimpandey, ArnoldPoernomo and Farah Fauzan Quinn. This application is designed using the Flutter Framework and the Dartprogramming language through the Visual Studio Code editor. Previous research was carried out by HandikaJuliansyah, 2020 in creating an android-based Al-Qur'an application that aims to implement the FlutterFramework as a tool to build an Android-based Al-Qur'an application. Flutter itself is an SDK made by Googlewhich is intended for high-performance mobile apps development. Mobile apps developed with Flutter can bepublished to both Android and iOS platforms from a single codebase. Based on the test results, this Android-basedrecipe application successfully runs on the Android operating system version 7.0 (Nougat).

Abstract

Indonesia has two seasons, wet and dry. During the rainy season, rain can occur at high intensity and cause floods. Add another clogged drain to the river caused by the garbage. A flood can cause both material and life damage. It is necessary to inform the public about the hight discharge of water as an erly warning, so that people can prepare for the flood. The web-based high-altitude monitoring system and the IoT uses ultrasonic sensors if efficient to provide high water information to the public. It will read the water level with an ultrasonic sensor and will transmit realtime water-discharge information over the internet to the website. For the system to work as it would like, NodeMCU must be connected to the internet. All data read by the sensor will be displayed and stored in the thingspeak database.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social assistance program for underprivileged and vulnerable families by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with various conditions. This program aims to help the poor as well as a mechanism for social protection and poverty alleviation. The selection process that took place at the Pasar Merah Timur Kelurahan office still had several drawbacks, because the selection process was still manual and there was an element of subjectivity in determining potential PKH beneficiaries, this would result in PKH beneficiaries not being on target. To solve this problem, a web-based information system for determining Family Hope Program Assistance (PKH) was designed. The existence of this web-based system can help make it easier to determine the PKH assistance process using the information system.

Abstract

This research aims to help the Ayaa Fashion Store improve its sales strategy by understanding customer shopping patterns. This research was carried out by utilizing the FP-Growth algorithm to analyze consumer purchasing patterns based on sales transaction data at the Ayaa Fashion Store which operates in the sales of women's clothing, mukenas and headscarves. The data collection method is carried out through daily sales transaction information, with a total of 365 transactions recording goods purchased by consumers. The use of the FP-Growth Algorithm allows identifying events that frequently occur in the dataset, producing association rules that describe consumer shopping patterns. The analysis is carried out by paying attention to the support and confidence values, as well as using the lift ratio to assess the strength of the association rules. Data processing was carried out using RapidMiner software. The research results include 12 association rules and 20 itemsets of goods that are often purchased by consumers. The results of this research evaluation show that the FP-Growth algorithm is effective in analyzing sales transaction data, providing valuable guidance for designing sales strategies, and optimizing the supply of goods for Ayaa Fashion Stores.

Abstract

This research aims to build a Decision Support System (SPK) for the selection of prospective librarians at the Indonesian Business Polytechnic using the ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method. In the era of globalization and advances in information technology, the need for competent librarians is increasingly urgent. The SPK developed aims to assess prospective librarians objectively based on various criteria such as GPA, age, work experience, psychological test scores and interview scores. This research collected data from 10 prospective librarians and applied the ARAS method to normalize and calculate the value of each alternative. The research results show that the best alternative is A1 with a value of 0.94780, followed by A6 and A7 with a value of 0.91508 and 0.87145 respectively. The application of the ARAS method in this SPK provides selection results that are more transparent, objective and efficient, and supports a better decision-making process in the context of librarian selection.
