Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan dan hambatan yang dihadapi Kantor Keluarahan Lanna terkait tata kelola pengarsipan surat dan pelayanan masayarakat yaitu pegawai masih belum aktif dan paham akan sistem informasi secara meluas dan masih kurangnya fasilitas atau media untuk sistem informasi yang dibuat serta pegawai terbiasa dengan pengarsipan yang sifatnya manual dalam pendataan. Tujuan PkM Pemula ini adalah untuk memberikan media di Kelurahan Lanna untuk menata seluruh arsip surat secara terarsip. Pengelolaan administrasi yang lebih baik berbasis digital serta meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan apartur desa. Luaran pengabdian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengarsipan surat berbasis digital dan modul.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh intensitas, pendapat, serta pengaruh informasi terhadap keputusan pembelian kendaraan kendaaraan roda dua merk Honda pada kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna seluruh pengguna motor honda pada kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling yaitu Sampling Accidental sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengolahan data primer menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada pengujian hipotesis uji F (secara bersama-sama atau simultan) dan uji T (secara parsial) Intensitas, Pendapat dan Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Honda Pada PT. Makassar Inti Motor di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Taxes are the largest source of revenue in Indonesia. Sources of tax revenue come from many sectors, one of which is UMKM. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are businesses or businesses carried out by individuals, groups, small business entities, and households. Indonesia as a developing country makes UMKM the main foundation of the community's economic sector. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive effect of 0.5% tax incentives on the financial performance of UMK in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The sample in this study were 30 UMK in the city of Makassar. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the 0.5% tax incentive variable has a significant level of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. A decent t value of +8,395 indicates that the effect given is positive on the dependent variable. So it can be said that the 0.5% tax incentive has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of UMK in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

Membangun dan mengembangkan potensi dan kemampuan ekonomi masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Menciptakan kemandirian berusaha, membuka lapangan kerja, sehingga dapat membawa perubahan mendasar dalam ekonomi keluarga. Meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, menarik untuk dikaji dan ditelaah bahwa sebagian masyarakat baik di perkotaan maupun di pedesaan perlu dilibatkan untuk memberdayakan potensi ekonomi, sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia tersebut. Pengelolaan Stik Jagung ini dapat dipasarkan secara luas, baik pada sekitar Desa Bontomangiri Kecamatan Bulukumba Bulukumba maupun diluar wilayah Kabupaten Bulukumba. Pemasarannyapun sangat mudah, baik di toko-toko kue, warung makan, pasar tradisional, super market, maupun tempat-tempat lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially the influence of leadership style, compensation, and sanctions on the performance of employees of the Perum Bulog Sub Division Regional II Parepare. To determine simultaneously the influence of leadership style, compensation, and sanctions on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Division II Parepare. Data collection techniques that researchers use in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was the researchers, namely all employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare, totaling 37 people. In order for this research to be precise and professional, in this research a saturated sample technique was used, meaning that all employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare with a total of 37 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no significant effect partially on the performance of the employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. Compensation has a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. Sanctions do not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. Leadership style, compensation, and sanctions have a significant effect simultaneously. on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. The R square or R squared value obtained is 0.251 meaning that leadership style, compensation, and sanctions on employee performance have an effect of 21.1% while the remaining 74.9% is influenced by variables not examined such as work motivation, work environment, training work, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee competence on employee performance in the Balo'ta Savings and Loan Cooperative in the South Sulawesi region. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study are KSP employees. Balo'ta for the South-Sulawesi region by taking on eight branch offices totaling 45 employees. Data collection used a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling which was distributed to 45 respondents. The method used is multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, while employee competency does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee competency on employee performance simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance as indicated by a significant level of f count> f table (F count 14.441 > F table 2.85) with a significant level of 0.000, a significant level of <0.05 Test

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe the different risk perceptions of consumers towards food service business providers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kota parepare based on differences in education level, gender and generation (age), because people today are also still ambiguous and confused about the truth of the information received regarding the spread of covid-19 both through food and food packaging. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis method with non- probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique & quota sampling with adjusted criteria. The sample were 162 respondents who were users of delivery applications (Grab/Gojek/Shoppe Food), had eaten at restaurants during the pandemic, had used drive thru, had shopped independently and had eaten raw foods such as sushi, during October – December 2022). The results showed that there were significant differences in consumer perceptions of food and packaging risks by age, education level and gender
