Abstract

Eggs are a product of animal origin that is famous as a high source of protein compared to other protein source ingredients. Damage that can cause a decrease in egg quality is caused by microorganisms, one of which, bacteria that can contaminate eggs is Salmonella sp. This study aims to analyze the presence of Salmonella sp bacteria in chicken eggs sold in several traditional markets in Palembang City. This study used 6 samples of chicken eggs from 3 traditional markets with a simple random sampling method. The test results of all positive egg samples contained Salmonella sp. This shows that the quality of eggs sold at the Palembang Traditional Market does not meet the requirements of the Indonesian National Standard, which is negative/25 grams.     Keywords: Salmonella sp, chicken egg, traditional market.

Abstract

Peningkatan tekanan darah minimal 140 mmHg untuk sistolik dan 90 mmHg untuk diastolik, diukur dalam selang waktu lima menit pada 2 kali pengukuran, merupakan indikasi hipertensi, suatu kondisi kardiovaskular. Berdasarkan WHO 2023, sekitar 1,28 miliar orang dewasa menderita hipertensi. Riskesdas 2018 melaporkan bahwa prevalensi hipertensi sebesar 34,1%. Pada tahun 2024, capaian pasien hipertensi terkendali menurun menjadi 20% (4.119 kasus) dibandingkan tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan capaian cakupan penderita hipertensi terkendali di Puskesmas Sindang Jaya. Analisis situasi menjadi dasar dalam pendekatan diagnosa komunitas. Kemudian mengidentifikasi masalah dengan Paradigma Blum. Prioritas masalah ditentukan dengan metode non-skoring Delphi dan diagram fishbone untuk mengidentifikasi akar dari penyebab masalah. Data hasil intervensi didapat melalui wawancara, pengukuran tekanan darah, kuesioner pre-test, post-test serta monitoring card. Berdasarkan hasil intervensi menunjukkan kasus hipertensi terjadi pada 40 pasien (40%) poli umum dan 15 pasien (55.55%) poli lansia. Didapatkan juga 59 pasien umum (98,3%) dan 15 lansia (83,2%) dengan nilai post-test ≥ 70. Jumlah yang menggunakan dan membawa monitoring card saat kontrol poli umum sebanyak 37 pasien (88,09%) dan 6 pasien (40%) poli lansia. Kami menyimpulkan bahwa faktor penyebab penurunan cakupan hipertensi terkendali di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sindang Jaya adalah medical care services dan lifestyle.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic outbreak has made the economy experience a decline. Economic activity is increasingly uncertain. This is also experienced by housewives RW17 Babadan, Banguntapan, Bantul Regency. Family Welfare Education women help the family economy with culinary businesses. They established micro, small and medium enterprises. The first problem is that these housewives experience difficulties in selling, due to their limited movement to offer their culinary works to consumers. Second, the understanding of media literacy in using social media as a new media is still lacking and thirdly, the understanding and ability to make messages is minimal through social media. Community service methods are discussion, focuse group discussion, socialization, and media literacy training. The solution to this problem is to hold training and mentoring on understanding media literacy in carrying out sales promotion activities. In addition, by holding skills training in documenting culinary products and in packaging messages through social media. The conclusion is that community empowerment by providing promotional media literacy makes them understand the benefits of using modern communication tools and new media. In the end, they were able to take advantage of smartphones to sell their products.
