Results: Community service activities received positive appreciation with the provision of stunting kits, early detection of stunting training, competition for making local Supplementary Food (PMT) and stunting early detection competitions through measuring body weight, height and reading KMS. The results of the survey of respondents' knowledge about stunting after education got an average score of 80.This is reinforced by the average skills of respondents from the competition for making local food PMT and early detection of stunting, which showed satisfactory results with a value range of 70 to 80. Abstract

Some online learning methods are experiencing very fast dynamics these days. The dynamics that are developing are a form of adjustment to the needs of lecturers and students when the Covid-19 pandemic is severe. Airlangga University's online learning system e-Learning Application (AULA) has tried to be maximized to face the current dynamics of change. This study aims to evaluate online learning in theoretical and practical classes. The evaluation is seen from the perceptions of students from the Vocational Faculty. This evaluation is used to analyze three main aspects of the use of AULA, namely delivery, interactive, and assessment in the implementation of theoretical and practicum courses. This evaluation research uses a quantitative approach with the main data collection being a questionnaire. In addition, in-depth interviews were also conducted to confirm the questionnaire. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the perceptions of students tend to be dissatisfied with the use of AULA in the practical class. Almost all sections in the interactive and assessment aspects have a fairly low score. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of online practicum classes is still not able to accommodate students' interests related to the full mastery of skills from practicum classes. Although, the combination of vocational education and training with E-learning during a pandemic is considered the only logical choice. This is because learning objectives can only be achieved using this method compared to having to face to face during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The aims of community service activities is to increase public awareness in monitoring the development of children's growth and development since they are still in the womb through screening methods using diagnostic imaging. This program of proposed community service activities is based on an analysis of the needs of partners and considers the capabilities of the implementing team. The solution that will be provided in this community service activity is by providing training to village health workers (village midwives) on screening methods for early detection of stunting in pregnant women. Routine examinations in pregnant women can help find out whether the growth of the fetus is appropriate for age. In order to avoid stunted fetal growth, pregnant women must not be in a state of malnutrition and must avoid infection during pregnancy so that premature birth does not occur. One of the accurate tests to monitor fetal development is to use ultrasound diagnostic imaging. This community service activity was carried out on September 17 2022 at the Bremi Eco Park, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. The form of activity that will be carried out is in the form of counseling related to screening methods using diagnostic imaging modalities to the Bremi village community, especially health cadres as well as stunting screening examinations for pregnant women using Ultrasonography (USG).

Abstract

Safety performance among healthcare workers is an important issue, and currently, the factors related to it remain unclear. The aim of this study was to identify the factors related to safety performance among the healthcare worker population. This meta-analysis study was conducted in accordance with the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) standards. Data on the factors affecting safety performance in the healthcare population were collected from each article to determine pooled point estimates. Data heterogeneity was evaluated using the Q statistic. Numerical data were analyzed using the inverse variance test, and the Mantel-Haenszel test was used for categorical data analysis. Pooled point estimates were presented as mean difference (MD) or odds ratio (OR) along with a 95% confidence interval (95%CI). Fifty articles were included in this study. Our results showed that nurses had lower safety performance compared to other professions (OR: 0.66; 95%CI: 0.56–0.79; p-Egger: 0.3739; p-Heterogeneity <0.0001; p<0.0001). On the other hand, it was also identified that housekeepers were associated with better safety performance compared to other professions (OR: 1.90; 95%CI: 1.08–3.35; p-Egger: 0.1577; p-Heterogeneity: 0.0950; p=0.0220). Furthermore, our findings revealed that healthcare workers who had undergone work safety training had better safety performance compared to those who had not (OR: 1.40; 95%CI: 1.01–1.95; p-Egger: 0.6124; p-Heterogeneity <0.0001; p=0.0430). In conclusion, this study has identified the factors contributing to safety performance in the healthcare population. These findings can inform policymakers in developing regulatory improvements regarding safety performance in healthcare workers.
