Abstract

Cooperatives play an important role in the Indonesian economic system. In the current situation, competition between cooperatives is very tight and makes each cooperative compete to improve service, product quality, trust in the satisfaction of each member. This study aims to determine the effect of service, product quality, trust partially, simultaneously, and predominantly on member satisfaction. Meanwhile, the population used was 404 with a sample of 80 people. The data analysis methods are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), correlation test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. In addition, based on the results of the study it can be seen that the product quality variable (X 2 ) has no partially significant effect on member satisfaction (Y) while the service variable (X 1 ) and trust variable (X 3 ) have a partially significant effect on member satisfaction (Y) with the results (X 1 ) t count = 3,679 > t table = 1,992, (X 2 ) t count = 1,251 < t table = 1,992, (X 3 ) t count = 3,469 > t table = 1.992. These three variables have a significant effect simultaneously on member satisfaction (Y) with the result of F count = 60.658 > F table = 2.72. Thus, regarding from those three variables, the service variable (X 1 ) has the highest value or is the most dominant of other variables. It can be concluded that partially the quality of the product quality variable (X 2 ) has no partially significant effect on member satisfaction (Y) while the service variable (X 1 ) and trust variable (X 3 ) have a partially significant effect on members satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on member satisfaction (Y). So of the three variables that have a high value or the most dominant is the service variable (X 1 ).

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of SWOT analysis and the increase in turnover was carried out by Bu Juariyah's Restaurant Business, Ngimbang District, Lamongan Regency. The sampling technique in this study is the snowball sampling method, which is a sampling method obtained by rolling from one respondent to another, generally this method is used to explain social or communication patterns (sociometrics) of a particular community. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively through a strategic management concept approach. The results of this study indicate Mrs. Juariyah's restaurant business. From the results of internal factors (IFAS) and external factors (EFAS), the scores can be broken down as follows. Strengths have a total score of 2.44, weaknesses have a total score of 0.78, opportunities have a total score of 2.28, and threats have a total score of 0.64. So it can be seen that the score of strength over weakness is with a difference of (+) 1.66, while the score for opportunity above threat is at odds with (+) 1.64.

Abstract

Community income becomes a reference that an area is considered prosperous. The existence of the industrial revolution 4.0 makes the spirit for the community to compete to improve the quality of community resources so that they are not colonized by technological sophistication. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of the amount of production and quality of human resources on employee income in the Al-Vieta hijab convection. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample used is a saturated sampling of production employees with 25 respondents. Analysis of the data used is validity, reliability, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. The mathematical model as a representation of the effect of the number of production and quality of HR on employee income in hijab convection Al-Vieta. The results showed that there was an effect simultaneously on the amount of production and the quality of human resources on employee income at the Al-Vieta hijab convection. The results of the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) of 0.725, meaning that the amount of production and quality of human resources contribute to affect employee income by 72.5% while the remaining 27.5% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied by researchers.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

Abstract

Appropriate marketing strategies are needed to increase sales and achieve the goals of a company. This research was conducted to determine marketing strategies using SWOT analysis so that a company is able to maintain its existence and face competition and what is the most appropriate strategy that can be applied to a company. The research was conducted at Gemilang Art Glass Company in Modo. From the results of the SWOT analysis showed that the strength (strength) 3.66, and weakness (weakness) 0.76, opportunity (opportunity) 2.86, and the threat (threatr) 1.28. From the SWOT diagram above can be seen from the difference in strength (strength) and weakness (weakness) score higher strength (strength) with a difference (+) 2.9, while the difference in the opportunity (opportunity) and threat (threat) score value is higher the opportunity (opportunity) with a difference (+) 1.58. So that it clearly shows that Gemilang Art Glass has been dealing with the right path by continuing to carry out aggressive strategies to increase sales. Based on the above results it can be concluded that an aggressive strategy that can be done is the S-O strategy. The strategy includes improving quality and service so that consumers feel satisfied and comfortable and attract new customers, increase company capacity by utilizing the ability of teamwork and company experience to reach potential markets, provide information about new products to consumers by using internet technology, and by treating employees well and establish a sense of brotherhood will make employees always professional and disciplined in carrying out the work.

Abstract

Kemendikbud menerbitkan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), salah satu bentuknya adalah Program Kampus Mengajar yang merupakan bagian dari kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah dan mendukung pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah. Merekrut mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari penguatan keterampilan membaca dan matematika serta bekerja sama dengan pengajar untuk menghadirkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam proses belajar mengajar di kampus,ada tujuan utama. Fokusnya adalah mendukung pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi dengan memperkenalkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan mendukung pengelolaan salah satu sekolah binaan awal untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di SDN Sambongrejo 1.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of labor market considerations, financial rewards, and professional risks on accounting students' interest in pursuing a career as public accountants at the Islamic University of Darul Ulum Lamongan and STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro. Methods: The research employed a quantitative associative approach, using a saturated sampling technique, with a sample of 71 final-year accounting students. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 25. Results: The findings reveal that labor market considerations, financial rewards, and professional risks each have a significant positive effect on students' interest in becoming public accountants, with t-test results indicating strong statistical support for all three variables. Simultaneously, these factors collectively influence students' career interests, highlighting their complementary role in shaping aspirations. Novelty: This study underscores the significance of professional risks as a motivating factor, demonstrating that perceived risks, when associated with high potential rewards, can positively influence career decisions. This insight provides a nuanced understanding of the factors driving career preferences among accounting students in Indonesia, with implications for educational institutions and professional organizations aiming to enhance interest in the public accounting profession.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the impact of the 7th Batch Teaching Campus Program, part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, on enhancing literacy, numeracy, and the overall learning environment at Tikung Islamic Junior High School. Methods: Employing a combination of observation, discussion, and program implementation, university students collaborated with school staff to design activities such as literacy and numeracy games, interactive media, and teacher training. This structured work program, developed through the School Communication and Coordination Forum (FKKS), included activities like the Student Work Gallery, Visual Voyage, and a Mathematics Fair, aiming to foster creativity, critical thinking, and engagement among students. Results: The program significantly improved students' literacy and numeracy skills, fostered a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment, and equipped students with essential digital skills. Teachers also benefited from training, enhancing instructional effectiveness. Novelty: By integrating community-based teaching initiatives with structured school programs, this study offers an innovative model for school-university partnerships in underperforming educational settings, highlighting scalable strategies for sustained educational enhancement. Conclusion: The program demonstrates a sustainable and impactful approach to improving educational quality through collaborative efforts between university students and secondary schools, contributing to a holistic and inclusive learning experience.

Abstract

Desa Kawistolegi memiliki berbagai macam potensi salah satunya yaitu potensi desa dalam hal pertanian khususnya sayuran hortikultura. Namun pada saat ini terdapat kendala yaitu pada saat musim kemarau tanah menjadi kering sehingga petani tidak dapat menanam tanaman dengan maksimal di musim kemarau. Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pertanian semakin tahun semakin pesat, sehingga masyarakat khususnya petani kurang dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang layak disebarluaskan adalah teknologi hidroponik, hal ini dikarenakan semakin langkanya lahan pertanian akibat dari banyaknya sektor industri dan jasa, sehingga kegiatan usaha pertanian konvensial semakin tidak kompetitif karena tingginya harga lahan. Teknologi budidaya pertanian dengan sistem hidroponik diharapkan menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi masyarakat yang mempunyai lahan terbatas atau pekarangan yang luas, dan dapat mengurangi pengangguran sehingga bias dijadikan sebagai sumber penghasilan yang memadai.
