Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, almost all companies follow business competition that needs to be tight this is done for competitive competition, this is where the role of human resources will compete for quality and performance capacity to find out otherwise or vice versa. Research conducted to understand leadership style, work discipline and the environment on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the company PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan with 50 respondents. This research data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (2) Significant work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (3) The work environment is significant on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (4) simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and work environment significantly influence employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan.

Abstract

Industri tenun ikat tradisional di Desa Parengan, Lamongan, merupakan warisan budaya bernilai tinggi, namun menghadapi tantangan kompleks seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, minimnya literasi digital, dan ketergantungan pada pemasaran konvensional. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa 85% pengrajin hanya menjual produk secara lokal dengan margin keuntungan rendah, sementara potensi pasar global belum tergarap optimal. Permasalahan prioritas meliputi: (1) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang e-commerce, (2) keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, (3) manajemen produksi tradisional yang tidak efisien, serta (4) kekhawatiran akan keamanan transaksi online. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menerapkan metode partisipatif melalui lima tahap: (1) pelatihan intensif literasi digital bagi 30 pengrajin, (2) pendampingan pembuatan platform e-commerce berbasis kearifan lokal, (3) implementasi sistem manajemen inventari digital, (4) workshop keamanan siber, dan (5) kolaborasi dengan influencer untuk branding produk. Hasil monitoring selama 6 bulan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 72% pengrajin mampu mengoperasikan platform e-commerce secara mandiri, penjualan online meningkat 210%, serta terbentuknya 5 kelompok usaha berbasis digital. Pembahasan mengungkap bahwa sinergi antara pelestarian teknik tenun tradisional dengan adaptasi teknologi berhasil menciptakan model bisnis berkelanjutan. Tantangan utama adalah kesenjangan generasi dalam adopsi teknologi, yang diatasi melalui pendekatan pelatihan intergenerasi. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan rata-rata pengrajin sebesar 45%, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi tenun ikat Parengan di pasar nasional melalui sertifikasi produk berbasis Indikasi Geografis

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed learning systems in Islamic boarding schools. Santri no longer rely solely on traditional kitab-based learning but also utilize digital technology and artificial intelligence in daily academic activities. This study aims to analyze the effects of Turats Learning, AI Assisted Learning, digital literacy, spiritual leadership, and collaborative learning on santri academic achievement through student engagement. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 250 santri from several modern Islamic boarding schools in East Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The hypotheses examined both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that Turats Learning and digital literacy have strong effects on student engagement and santri academic achievement. AI-assisted learning and collaborative learning also significantly improve student participation in the learning process. This study contributes to the development of an adaptive Islamic boarding school education model that integrates digital transformation while maintaining spiritual values and traditional Islamic learning culture. The findings highlight the importance of balancing modern technology with pesantren academic traditions to improve the quality of santri education.
