Abstract

Mortality and morbidity is major problems in developing countries like Indonesia. Based on Indonesian demographic survey, the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) reaches 228/100.000 live births, Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) reaches 34/10.000 live births and MMR in Central Java province reaches 121/100.000 live births. IMR and MMR reduction target is expected to be succeed by establishing Making Pregnancy Safer (MPS) that initiated by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health Departments of Indonesia. The Indonesian government issued Presidential Decree No. 32 in 1994 that states an appointment to midwives as temporary employees which will be utilized in rural areas which will occupy the village health clinic as the facilities and health service place in order to improve the quality and approach to maternal and child health including family planning as well as emergency cases to the community. The Objective of this study is to find out correlation between village polyclinic visit frequencies with mothers’ attitudes to polyclinic’s services in the Buayan Community Health Center work area. It is a descriptive analytical research that used cross sectional approach. There were 96 respondents taken as the samples by using cluster random sampling technique. The primary data were obtained through questionnaires. This study  Showed that there was a significant relationship between frequency of visits with mothers attitude towards the health services in the Buayan Community Health Center work area (p = 0.000 <0.005). The majority of respondents who did frequency visits in Buayan Community Health Center was classified in adequate category (56 respondents or 58.3%). Mother's attitude toward the health service in the working area in Buayan community health center was classified in is good less category (­73 respondents or 76%).   Keywords: Visits Frequency, Maternal attitudes in Village polyclinic’s services

Abstract

Latar belakang: Preeklampsia memiliki dampak negatif yang sangat besar pada derajat kesehatan ibu dan perinatal, terutama di negara berkembang. Penyakit ini adalah penyebab utama hampir sepertiga dari satu juta kematian ibu di negara negara berkembang dan merupakan penyumbang proporsi besar lebih dari enam juta kematian perinatal, sekitar delapan juta kelahiran prematur dan hampir dua puluh juta bayi berat lahir rendah. Tujuan : Untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Luaran Maternal dan Perinatal pada Persalinan dengan Preeklampsia Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 132 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis dalam penelitian ini hanya menggunakan analisis univariate.Hasil:. Hasil uji univariat menghasilkan Luaran maternal pada persalinan dengan preeklampsia di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong sebagian besar mengalami Sindrom HELLP yaitu sebanyak 54 responden (40.9%). Luaran perinatal pada persalinan dengan preeklampsia di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong sebagian besar mengalami BBLR yaitu sebanyak 46 responden (34.8%)Kesimpulan : Sindrom HELLP dan BBLR merupakan luaran maternal dan luaran perinatal terbanyak pada kasus persalinan dengan preeklampsia di RS PKU Muhammadiyah GombongKata kunci : preeklampsia, luaran maternal, luaran perinatal

Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is a scary scourge for every woman. The cause of the high number of breast cancer due to lack of knowledge early on related to early detection of breast cancer through breast self examination. The Covid- 19 pandemic has affected almost all sectors of life. Breast self examination health education intervention through Zoom becomes an alternative that can be done to provide health education in pandemic era.Objective: Knowing the effectiveness of providing breast self examination health education through Zoom on the level of knowledge of teenage girls in Kedungjati village.Metods: This type of research an experimental quasi study with pre-test and post-test with desaign group control. The study sampled 80 respondents, who were taken using purposive sampling. The data analysis used statistical tests of Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney. Using a questionnaire with 13 questions.Results: Wilcoxon tests found p=0.003 (p<0.05) in the leaflet group and p=0.000 (p<0.05) in the Zoom group. While the effectiveness difference test using mann whitney obtained a result of p = 0.000 (p<0.05).Conclusion: Breast self examination health education through Zoom is effective at increasing the level of knowledge in teenage girls.Recommendation: Health agencies are expected to cooperate with schools or village communities to provide health education at regular intervals.
