Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of PJOK learning in State Elementary Schools throughout the Tanjung Kemuning Kaur District. This research is a type of field research using descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this study were 11 PJOK teachers and several representatives of class V students as many as 3 people from each State Elementary School in Tanjung Kemuning District. Data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the overall ability of physical education teachers in public elementary schools throughout the Tanjung Kemuning district was included in the good criteria with a percentage of 69.82%. Overall, the condition of students in physical education learning at public elementary schools throughout the Tanjung Kemuning sub-district has entered the good criteria with a percentage of 69.44%. However, there are some schools with very good and good scores. The highest score was obtained by SD Negeri 44 with a score of 35 and the lowest score was obtained by SD Negeri 37 with a score of 22. Abstract

Improving scientific argumentation skills through the application of the ADI learning model is the main goal of this research. Classroom action research through cycle 1 and cycle 2 was applied to achieve the research objectives. The procedure in this study consisted of five stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. A total of 50 students were involved as subjects in this classroom action research. The subjects are physical education students in the fifth semester who are taking research methodology lectures. Data collection was carried out in 2 cycles, the first cycle was carried out in August- October 2022. Data collection techniques and instruments in this classroom action research were used techniques such as observation, argumentation ability test, and interviews. From the results of the analysis of observational data, it is known that in cycle 1 there is an average value of 70.67% and in cycle 2 it increases to 84%. Scientific argumentation skills in cycle 1 are 68.4% and in cycle 2 are 82%. In cycle 1, it is known that student learning completeness is 72%, while in cycle 2, student learning completeness is 82%. So it can be concluded that applying the ADI learning model can improve the scientific argumentation skills of physical education students.

Abstract

Program pembinaan olahraga dan kesehatan merupakan fondasi utama untuk mampu mewujudkan anak didik pemasyarakatan (andikpas) yang sehat secara jasmani dan mental. Namun, untuk mewujudkan program tersebut bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah untuk dilakukan. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan pemberdayaan terhadap Andikpas di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Bengkulu. Berdasarkan kajian analisis situasi dan permasalahan mitra diketahui pokok permasalahan menjadi fokus dalam kegiatan ini yaitu belum optimalnya program pembinaan olahraga disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petugas dalam menyusun program minat dan bakat olahraga. Mitra sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah 91 andikpas dan 10 Wadik LPKA Kelas II Bengkulu. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12-13 Juli 2023 LPKA Kelas II Bengkulu. Metode Community Based Participatory Research. Langkah-langkah yang diterapkan dengan metode CBPR adalah membangun komitmen, perencanaan, pengumpulan informasi, aksi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian mengungkapkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dari 40% menjadi 80%, dan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dari 50% menjadi 80%. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan ini dihasilkan profil potensi olahraga andikpas. Sebanyak 32 andikpas memiliki kategori sangat potensial, 46 andikpas memiliki kategori potensial, dan sebanyak 21 andikpas memiliki kategori cukup potensial. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif dan memberikan dampak positif bagi mitra.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dumbbell weight training on the service ability of volleyball extracurricular at SMKN 3 Seluma. This study refers to a quantitative research approach with the type of research used is an experiment. The population in this study were all male students who took part in volleyball extracurricular at SMKN 3 Seluma, while the sample in this study used total sampling as many as 30 people. The instrument used is a top service eability test. The test results show that there is an effect of dumbbell weight training on the ability to serve up. Hypothesis testing shows the value of t count 9.576 > t table 2.048, so it shows that ho is rejected and ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect on increasing the top serviceability after being treated with the dumbbell weight training method.Keywords: Ability, Dumbell, Extracurricular, Volleyball

Abstract

 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui self efficacy siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitiannya yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler basket SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa self efficacy siswa ekstrakurikuler basket berada pada kategori “sangat tinggi” dengan persentase 40%. Sedangkan padahasil angket self efficacy siswa ekstrakurikuler basket berada pada kategori “tinggi” dengan persentase 60%. Dari penelitian ini di dapatkan bahwa siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu dalam kateori sangat tinggi. Kata Kunci: Ekstrakurikuler, Self Efficacy, Siswa

Abstract

Learning outcomes obtained by students is one of the factors that determine success in the learning process. However, it is very unfortunate that not all students get optimal learning results. This classroom action research aims to analyze the increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the jigsaw learning model in sports massage lectures. Implementation of the action consists of two cycles with each cycle consisting of 4 meetings. The research subjects consisted of 39 physical education students. Collecting research data using written tests and skills tests. Data analysis was performed using a quantitative description. The results of the study revealed that the average value of cycle 1 learning outcomes was 63.85 and classical completeness was 62.23%. While the average value of learning outcomes in cycle 2 is 80.08 and classical completeness is 87.18%. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the application of the jigsaw learning model assisted by e-books and audiovisual media proved effective in improving student learning outcomes in sports massage lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to facilitate Physical Education Study Program students with the renewal of learning media based on the kinovea application, especially in biomechanics courses which not only learn theoretically but have elements of measurement and analysis of motion in humans, this study uses research and development methods using bolt and galt designs. 8 stages. The subjects of this study were physical education students in semester 5, the results showed that the level of validation of learning media from material experts and media experts was 4.13 eligible categories and 3.3 eligible categories. The results of the small scale trial show an average value of 4.1 with the Eligible category. The results of large scale trials show an average value of 3.45 in the appropriate category. Based on the results at the validation stage and small-scale and large-scale trials, this study resulted in a kinovea application-based learning media in the biomechanics course of the Bengkulu University physical education study program.

Abstract

The level of VO2 max has significance in relation to both physical activity and health. Nevertheless, it should be noted that there has been a lack of VO2Max tests conducted on convicted children at LPKA Class II Bengkulu. Therefore, this study aims to determine the VO2 max level among convicted children at LPKA Class II Bengkulu. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach to examine a sample of 91 children between the aged of 14 and 19 years. The VO2 max level test uses a multi-stage fitness test. The analysis of the research data involved the utilization of descriptive quantitative percentages, which were employed to compare the category tables. The study's findings indicated that a proportion of 1.1% exhibited VO2 max levels falling within the lower group, while a substantial majority of 98.90% showed VO2 max levels falling within the significantly lower category. Based on the study results, it was concluded that convicted children at LPKA Class II Bengkulu exhibited VO2Max levels that fell within the extremely bad range. Based on the findings of this study, LPKA supervisors should devise and execute a physical coaching regimen to enhance the VO2 max levels among convicted children.

Abstract

Obstacles in the learning process need to be an important concern for every lecturer in charge of the subject. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to reveal the learning barriers of physical education students in attending basic research lectures. The qualitative descriptive method is implemented to achieve research objectives. A total of 43 physical education students were involved in this study as subjects who provided the required information. Instruments consisting of observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews are used to collect the required data. Analysis of the collected data using data triangulation. The results of the study stated that students experienced obstacles in attending basic research lectures, especially in the section on compiling research backgrounds and conducting research data analysis.

Abstract

Yoga sports socialization is a community service activity aimed at increasing knowledge about yoga among the incarcerated population at the Special Rehabilitation Institution for Children (LPKA) Class II Bengkulu. To achieve this goal, a participatory community-based research method was employed, involving identifying partner needs, defining core issues, planning implementation, conducting workshops, practice or demonstrations, discussions, and evaluation activities. Partners involved in this community service activity included 20 LPKA student inmates. The activity occurred at LPKA Class II Bengkulu in Bentiring, Muara Bangka Hulu District, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu, 38119. The workshop was held on October 10, 2023. Analysis of the activities that were conducted revealed that partners experienced an increase in knowledge about yoga. Partners enthusiastically participated in yoga exercises. Additionally, partners committed to practising yoga independently using videos produced by the service team. In conclusion, this community service activity had a positive impact on partners and was effective in enhancing their knowledge of yoga.
