Abstract

This study aims to improve the results of forward roll learning in physical education through the use of media. This research is an action research research (classroom action research) with subject research is the third grade students of SDN Tengah 07 Pagi Jakarta Timur. This study was conducted for two cycles, each cycle consisting of two actions. Student learning result obtained from observation, interview, field notes and documentation. The results showed that learning by using media improves the learning forward roll, so that it can improve from cycle I as many as 14 students (60.9%) with an average score of 75.6 has reached the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) and 9 students (39.1%) has not reached the minimal minimum criteria. In the second cycle, it increased to 19 students (82.6%) who had reached the minimum completeness criteria, and 4 students (17.3%) with the average score of 78 not reaching the minimal minimum criteria. In this case has exceeded the mastery of individuals in both categories and has exceeded the criteria of classical learning completeness by 80%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat menggunakan alat bantu matrass puzzle dan limas karton pada siswa kelas I Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Bagian – C Kembar Karya Pembangunan yang terdiri dari 15 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode action research, yaitu dengan memberikan tindakan khusus kepada subjek untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat menggunakan alat bantu, adapun tahap lompat horizontal ini yaitu lutut ditekuk, lengan diayunkan ke belakang dan ke depan, tubuh dicondongkan ke depan dan tangan diregangkan, lepas landas dengan kedua kaki, mendorong tubuh dengan bola kaki, dan lutut ditekuk saat mendarat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu melalui metode penelitian action research dengan menggunakan alat bantu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat pada siswa kelas I SLB Bagian – C Kembar Karya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan satu siklus 2 kali pertemuan tindakan penelitian. Hal ini terlihat, dari tingkat kelulusan subjek pada tes awal berjumlah 6 siswa atau 40%. Kemudian setelah diberikan tindakan siklus I pertemuan 1, siklus I pertemuan 2 pada siklus I ini siswa sudah mulai mengerti tahapan gerak dasar lompat. Setelah diberikan tindakan siklus I pertemuan 2 semua siswa sudah mampu melakukan tahapan gerak dasar lompat sehingga seluruh siswa memperoleh hasil yang signifikan dengan memperoleh tingkat kelulusan pada tes akhir berjumlah 15 siswa atau 100%.

Abstract

The aiming of this research and development is to produce training model of pointing skills for petanque athletes. Other than that, this research and development done for gaining in-depth information about developing and application training model of pointing skill, to knowing the effectivity, efficiency, and athlete’s interest towards the training model. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) by Borg and Gall.   The instrument used in this research and development are questionnaires and Petanque pointing skills test, which were used to collect data on the results of athletes pointing. The subject in this research and development were 30 athletes of DKI Jakarta club. The results in this study is a guidebook of pointing skills for petanque athletes with a total of 30 models that have been evaluated by experts, trials and revisions, and have been tested for their effectiveness. The effectiveness test used the “t-test” technique, data taken from the pre-test and post-test result with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the result of the effectiveness test using the t-test, the difference in the results of the pointing skills between the pre test and post test obtained t0 = 14.159 bigger than tt = 0.000, so the hypothesis is rejected. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the skill of pointing on petanque. The average of pre-test on pointing skills was 3.77 smaller than the post-test average of 7. This can be concluded that the pointing skills training model for petanqque athletes is effectively applied in training at the petanque sports club.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan sosial media TikTok di masyarakat sebaiknya disikapi positif oleh guru di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan membangun motivasi dan kreativitas dalam mengembangkan aplikasi TikTok sebagai inovasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani serta memperkaya khazanah ilmu terutama pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk satuan pendidikan sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 23 September 2021, diikuti oleh 117 peserta guru Pendidikan jasmani dari wilayah Jakarta Bogor Tangerang melalui platform Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Dengan materi (1). Pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pembelajaran, (2). Inovasi pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani yang tepat guna dengan fitur-fitur yang disiapkan media sosial TikTok. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini menambah motivasi para peserta untuk dapat menghasilkan karya cipta yang kreatif dalam bentuk media pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani melalui aplikasi TikTok pada satuan pendidikan yang ditekuninya. The rapid development of TikTok social media in the community should be responded to positively by teachers at schools. Community service activities are carried out to seek to build motivation and creativity in developing the TikTok application as a physical education learning innovation and enriching the treasure of science, especially the use of physical education learning media for school education units. The activity was held on September 23, 2021, attended by 117 participants from the Jakarta Bogor Tangerang area and the activities through the Zoom Meeting platform. The materials consist of: (1). how to use social media in learning, (2). what kind of physical education learning innovation can be pursued within TikTok social media effectively and a guide to the ease of using the features prepared by TikTok. Based on this service activity, it can be concluded that this activity increases the participants' motivation to produce creative works in physical education learning media through the TikTok application in the educational unit they are engaged in.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat percaya diri dan motivasi berprestsi atlet atletik remaja. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet Atletik Jakarta Timur yang mengikuti Porprov 2019 Usia 10-18 Tahun. sebanyak 64 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik survey, sebanyak 42 soal dengan menggunakan angket dengan skala 5 likert. Dari hasil analisis korelasi produk moment Pearson dengan nilai 0.52. Yang berarti semakin tinggi rasa percaya diri yang dimiliki oleh atlet atletik, maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi berprestasinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction facilities for services and fitness equipment at the Academic Gym, Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Jakarta. The implementation of this research was carried out at Academic Facility, Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Jakarta. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out in June - July 2020 using Google forms and shared through to the WhatsApp Group. The method of this research using survey and descriptive analysis. It means that the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires on forms collected according to the indicators are then analyzed and finally presented in a report in descriptive form. The population used in this study were all users of the Academic Fitness equipment who are members of the network and not members. While the sample was determined using cluster random sampling, namely the sampling technique in groups. The data returned by respondents indicates that the average respondent is satisfied with the facilities, facilities and infrastructure included in the physical evidence indicator which almost reaches 85%. For reliability indicators, customers who are satisfied and almost satisfied are almost 100%, namely 97.8%. The level of satisfaction and very satisfying indicators of the responsiveness of officers at the Academic Gym reached 93.5%. The guarantee indicator offered by the Academic Gym also scored quite high, namely 90.7%. Meanwhile, the indicator of empathy is also quite high, reaching 96.4% for the satisfaction level of the attitude of the Academic Gym officers. Finally, the decision to be taken by customers who will be loyal to use the Akademik Gym as a fitness center is only 68.6%, meaning that the possibility of the indicator will switch to another fitness place is 31.4%.

Abstract

Abstract This community service aims to overcome partner problems. Lack of knowledge of physical education teachers about materials related to learning devices. There has never been any training or improvement in learning tools for physical education teachers. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the mastery of the creativity of physical education teachers in making learning tools. Partners involved in this community service are physical education teachers who are members of the KKGO in the Bekasi City and DKI Jakarta areas. Implementation Period, starting: Month: March and ending September 2021. The methods used in implementing this community service program are: information discussions, demonstrations, mentoring, training, and hands-on practice. Programs that will be implemented include; This training activity was carried out properly and according to the expected plan. Physical education teachers take part in training materials through online media zoom meetings in their respective homes, this is done because currently social work is still in the covid 19 pandemic period. Abstrak Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan mitra Kurangnya pengetahuan para Guru- guru pendidikan jasmani tentang materi-materi yang berhubungan dengan perangkat pembelajaran. Belum pernah diadakan pelatihan atau penataran tentang perangkat pembelajaran bagi Guru-guru pendidikan jasmani.Perlunya ditingkatkan penguasaan tentang kreatifitas guru-guru pendidikan jasmani dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran. Mitra yang terlibat dalam Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru-guru pendidikan jasmani yang tregabung dalam KKGO di wilayah Kota Bekasi dan DKI Jakarta. Masa Pelaksanaan, mulai : Bulan : Maret dan berakhir September 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam menjalankan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: diskusi informasi, demonstrasi, pembimbingan, latihan, dan praktek langsung. Program yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi; Kegiatan pelatihan ini terlaksana dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai rencana yang diharapkan. Para Guru pendidikan jasmani mengikuti materi pelatihan melalui media online zoom meeting di rumah masing-masing, hal ini yang dilakukan karena saat pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini masih dalam masa pandemi covid 19.

Abstract

Android merupakan salah satu produk teknologi menggunakan jejaring internet yang dimanfaatkan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan Android berisi konten materi ajar gerak dasar lokomotor membahas konsep teori dan praktik gerak dasar lokomotor. Tujuan kegiatan membangun wawasan dalam memanfaatkan inovasi pembelajaran berbentuk Android. Sebanyak 40 guru Pendidikan Jasmani sekolah dasar di kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur mengikuti kegiatan secara tatap muka di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada tanggal 18 Juli 2022. Tahap persiapan sebagai kegiatan awal dilakukan dengan berkoordinasi berbagai pihak yang terlibat, tahap pelaksanaan sosialisasi dengan memberikan materi (1) teori gerak dasar anak sekolah dasar, (2) perkembangan gerak lokomotor di sekolah dasar, dan (3) pengoperasian dan pemanfaatan materi ajar gerak dasar lokomotor dalam bentuk Android, melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktik, sedangkan tahap evaluasi di akhir kegiatan dilakukan dengan membagikan angket dalam upaya mengetahui pencapaian tujuan. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu; kegiatan dapat menambah wawasan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi berbentuk Android yang berupa materi ajar gerak dasar lokomotor untuk anak sekolah dasar.Android is a technology product using internet networks used by physical education teachers in learning. The utilization of Android contains basic locomotor motion teaching materials discussing theoretical and practical concepts of basic locomotor motion. This activity aims to build insight into utilizing learning innovations in Android. As many as 40 elementary school Physical Education teachers in the Pulogadung sub-district, East Jakarta, participated in face-to-face activities at the Sports Science Faculty, Jakarta State University on July 18, 2022. As the initial activity, the preparatory stage was carried out by coordinating the various parties involved and the socialization stage by providing material (1). Basic motion theory of elementary school children, (2). Locomotor development in elementary school, (3). Operation and Utilization of basic locomotor motion teaching materials in the form of Android through discourse, discussion, and question and answer methods, while the evaluation stage at the end of the activity is carried out by distributing questionnaires to find out the achievement of the goals. The results obtained in community service activities. Namely, activities can add insight to physical education teachers in utilizing technological innovations in the form of Android in the form of basic locomotor motion teaching materials for elementary school children.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness and results of a game-based freestyle swimming training model for early childhood (4-6 years). This type of research is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design. Data analysis techniques collect effectiveness test data using the T test with SPSS software. The effectiveness test was carried out in early childhood (4-6 years) at Flobamora Swimming Club in Senen, Central Jakarta with a total of 14 children as subjects who were given treatment using a variety of game-based freestyle swimming training models for 16 meetings. The freestyle swimming motion assessment instrument is carried out by the freestyle swimming test. The results of the study, in the experimental group, the mean pre-test was 8,428 and the mean post-test was 12. Meanwhile, in the control group, the pre-test was 6.5 and the post-test was 8.2. Testing the success of the experimental method with the control, the results obtained are sig 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the subjects who were given control treatment and the experiment, with a difference of 3.80 so that it can be said that the experimental method that has been applied provides better effectiveness than with control group.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the challenges in implementing the physical education curriculum in high school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design to find out information and descriptions about the implementation of the physical education curriculum in high school. The subjects in this study were physical education teachers at high school in Aceh Tengah district, Aceh province, Aceh province. The data in this study were obtained based on the output of interviews with respondents. Data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation or display, and drawing conclusions. The conclusions from this study are: (1) The implementation of the physical education curriculum in high school is not optimal, it is indicated from the learning process where physical education teachers have not been able to carry out systematic learning starting from planning, implementation and evaluation, in addition to the learning process that have not used the scientific approach. The challenge for the physical education curriculum in high school is the lack of teacher knowledge regarding the concept of the physical education curriculum, so that it has an impact on the implementation of the curriculum that is not optimal
