This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity and Intention to Leave on the Performance of Contract Employees at the Surabaya City Manpower Office. The approach used is quantitative with the type of inferential research. The sample in this study was 30 employees in the Surabaya City Manpower Office. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that Job Insecurity has a positive effect on employee performance at the Surabaya City Manpower Office. In this study, job insecurity is influenced by factors such as role conflict, role ambiguity, and organizational change. Intention To Leave has a positive effect on employee performance at the Surabaya City Manpower Service

Kesehatan merupakan pondasi utama bagi individu dan masyarakat untuk menjalankan hidup secara optimal. Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang cukup besar di Indonesia pada saat ini. Diabetes Mellitus adalah penyakit metabolik dan angaka kejadian di Indonesi masih tinggi. Penyuluhan dan pemeriksaan gula darah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan bagi warga RT 02 RW 08 Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak dan kegiatan sosialisasi digital marketing dapat menambah wawasan dalam teknik pemasaran online yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini dapat menstabilkan penjualan produk, dan meningkatkan omset penjualan produk UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan penyuluhan DM, pemeriksaan gula darah, sosisalisai digital marketing dan tanya jawab. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa para pelaku usaha UMKM di RT 02 RW 08 Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak mampu meningkatkan penjualan, lebih dekat dengan konsumen, meningkatkan pendapatan setelah dilakuakn pedampingan digital marketing. Sisi lain edukasi ke warga dalam hal penyakit diabetes mellitus warga juga akan lebih paham tentang penyakit tersebut serta bagaimana upaya dalam mencegahnya.

This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Regional Original Revenues, Balancing Fund and Capital Expenditure partially and simultaneously on the Financial Performance of Regency/City Governments in East Java Province. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The research data used is secondary data. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The population in this study is the East Java Province Regional Budget Realization Report of 38 districts/cities for 3 fiscal years 2018-2020. The sample in this study was all 38 districts/cities of East Java Province consisting of 29 districts and 9 cities with a research period of 3 years. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially the Regional Original Revenues has a positive effect on the financial performance of the regional government, the Balancing Fund has a negative effect on the financial performance of the regional government, and Capital Expenditure have a negative effect on the financial performance of the regional government. Simultaneous test results show that Regional Original Revenues, Balancing Fund and Capital Expenditure together have a significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Regency/City Government of East Java Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, and DER on stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study were 8 companies that were taken using the purposive sampling method that met certain criteria from a population of 30 food and beverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The data processing of this research was carried out using the multiple linear regression method with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that ROA, ROE and DER have no significant positive effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the dividend policy assessed by the DPR has a significant positive effect on stock prices. The results of path analysis in this research state that the effect of ROA, ROE and DER on stock prices is greater through dividend policy as an intervening variable (indirect effect) than its direct effect on stock prices.

After the Covid-19 pandemic had a huge impact on the community, especially in the health and economic sectors, we conducted a survey and data collection in the RT 05 RW 04 Gunung Anyar area, Some of the problems we found were high blood pressure or hypertension problems in public health and we also found some problems in MSME players who are not familiar with marketing using internet networks or digital marketing. With this, we approach with observation methods or observation and data collection in the hope that it can be accepted by the people in the region. We conduct a work program, namely training on antihypertensive herbal drink processing and MSME consultation and MSME consultation. With this work program, we hope to help the community towards health, especially hypertension and MSME actors begin to understand digital marketing or digital marketing through the internet network.

Hal ini untuk menilai dan menyelidiki tiga variabel. secara bersamaan dan parsial mempengaruhi audit delay: kesulitan keuangan, opini audit serta pergantian auditor. Ada pengambilan sampel yang disengaja untuk memilih 26 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Khususnya sampel penelitian yang telah diaudit. Penelitian lapangan dan investigasi perpustakaan digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26 digunakan untuk melakukan metode analisis data yang meliputi pengujian hipotesis, pengujian, dan asumsi tradisional. Hasil studi memberikan nilai uji F signifikan sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 menunjukkan tingginya pengaruh secara simultan perubahan kesulitan keuangan dan Pandangan auditor mengenai keterlambatan audit. Uji t dengan signifikansi signifikan untuk temuan parsial antara lain 0,235 > 0,05 untuk pergantian parsial auditor dan 0,697 > 0,05 untuk financial distress. Angka-angka Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa turnover mempunyai pengaruh yang kecil terhadap waktu audit auditor parsial atau masalah keuangan. Sebagai lawan nilai signifikan uji t opini audit dengan 0,003 < 0,05 menunjukkan pandangan auditor secara bersamaan mempengaruhi audit delay secara berarti

Pelatihan manajemen pemasaran dan sertifikasi produk pada UMKM Tahu “Sidodadi” Kediri dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Pelatihan ini penting, karena sertifikasi produk dan manajemen pemasaran yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan melalui kuesioner. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 33,8% peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman sangat baik, 49,2% peserta menilai baik, dan 17% peserta menilai cukup baik. Kegiatan pelatihan tersebut berhasil memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh UMKM, sehingga dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk tahu “Sidodadi” di pasar lokal maupun nasional.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on sales performance at PT XYZ in Surabaya. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, involving 100 respondents who were active consumers. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that both product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on sales performance, either partially or simultaneously. Product quality shows a stronger influence compared to service quality, with a regression coefficient of 0.412. The adjusted R² value of 0.327 reveals that 32.7 percent of sales performance variation can be explained by the two variables, while the remaining 67.3 percent is influenced by other factors. These findings highlight the importance of integrating product quality and service quality to strengthen competitiveness in the beverage industry.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at a traditional medicinal powder company in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with a Likert-scale questionnaire. The sample was determined using Slovin’s formula, involving 71 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation also shows a positive and significant effect, and it is identified as the most dominant factor in improving performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work motivation contribute 75.9% to variations in employee performance, while the remaining 24.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening organizational culture and enhancing work motivation to sustain employee performance in the traditional cosmetics industry.
