Abstract

Desa Manang memiliki jumlah penduduk yang cukup banyak, sebagian besar masyarakat di Desa Manang tidak memiliki waktu untuk berkomunikasi di masyarakat karena kesibukannya masing-masing sehingga mengurangi komunikasi dan informasi di desa tersebut. Karenanya diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah proses komunikasi antar masyarakat dan proses transfer informasi di Desa Manang. Penulis menggunakan metode penulisan deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan studi kasus melalui wawancara dan observasi. Penerapan sistem informasi desa dapat bermanfaat bagi pemerintah kota itu sendiri karena dapat mengetahui informasi tentang desa hanya dengan membuka website. Hal ini menunjukkan keterbukaan informasi dewan desa terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Selain membuka informasi kepada masyarakat, juga memudahkan komunikasi antara pengurus desa dengan warga. Dalam pelaksanaan sistem informasi desa diperlukan peran serta paguyuban, agar pelaksanaan sistem informasi desa tersebut berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan tujuan. Masyarakat Desa Manang membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan komunikasi antar masyarakat dan penyampaian informasi di Desa Manang.

Abstract

Di kehidupan sehari-hari, komunikasi dengan cara supaya orang lain tunduk, bisa dinamakan komunikasi satu arah,ini banyak terjadi, misalnya pelanggaran atas UUPK, khususnya hal adanya klausula baku. Banyak klausula baku dalam perjanjian kredit, jasa parkir, maupun di dunia perdagangan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis bentuk komunikasi satu arah yang masuk dalam jenis klausula baku yang melanggar ketentuan UUPK. Metode penelitian, merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan sumber data normatif didukung dengan data empiris. Hasil penelitian, komunikasi satu arah merupakan klausula baku, sering terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya; dalam perjanjian kredit yang menyatakan debitur tunduk pada peraturan yang berupa aturan baru, tambahan, lanjutan dan/atau pengubahan lanjutan yang dibuat sepihak oleh pelaku usaha; dalam nota jual beli barang yang bertuliskan “barang yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan”; dalam bidang jasa, misalnya jasa parkir, tiket parkir sering bertuliskan “barang hilang/rusak bukan tanggung jawab pengelola parkir”, Kesemuanya itu merupakan tindakan yang melanggar UUPK khususnya Pasal 18. Dalam hal ini UUPK sekaligus sebagai bentuk kepastian hukum bagi konsumen terhadap adanya klausula baku.

Abstract

Communication is a vital element that influences all aspects of organizational life, from interpersonal relationships, teamwork, to interactions with external parties. In this context, research is conducted to understand how effective communication can enhance collaboration, efficiency, and creativity in the workplace. Through literature review and empirical studies, this article describes how communication errors can lead to barriers in task execution, create interpersonal tensions, and even impact the organization's reputation. Conversely, effective communication can foster a harmonious environment and support individual and organizational development. Good communication has a significant impact on overall organizational performance. Therefore, organizations need to recognize the importance of communication as a valuable tool to achieve strategic goals and cultivate a positive and productive work environment. By understanding and implementing the principles of effective communication, organizations can enhance productivity, collaboration, and creativity, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the long-term success of the organization.

Abstract

Pelatihan peningkatan literasi media sosial untuk menanggulangi dampak negatif internet pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan mempunyai tujuan memberikan cara atau melatih siswa dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang literasi, mempertajam diri dalam memperoleh informasi di media sosial, meningkatkan kemampuan menyimpulkan makna dari suatu informasi guna mencegah dampak negatif yang muncul dari internet. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari tim dosen Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta bermitra dengan SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat menggunakan metode pengenalan, pelatihan, diskusi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi pengetahuan siswa dalam memanfaatkan media sosial di internet.

Abstract

The faster the times, we are required to be more responsive to everything that has to do with today's technology. One example of influential technology today is WhatsApp. The WhatsApp application facility is one of the information sharing facilities that is used to disseminate information quickly and accurately. WhatsApp as a medium for exchanging information with the employees of the SPBU Association in Sukoharjo Regency is divided into two parts, namely: first, identifying activities, socializing projects, conducting open coordination and determining projects in terms of: project formulation, determining project objectives. Implementation must be considered in the technical aspects including: facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Home Product Design to Increase Sales Productivity on CV Visual Karya Utama. The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing communication strategy is applied to increase sales of CV Visual Karya Utama's sales products and what are the influencing factors of the marketing communication strategy. This research uses a descriptive method. Data obtained from information through interviews with CV Visual Karya Utama employees. The research results obtained are that CV Visual Karya Utama implements a strategy to increase sales by becoming a design site that is known to many people. CV Vida Karya Utama has many advantages to attract many consumers. Improve sales promotion methods so that many customers order the CV Visual Karya Utama model. Supporting factors in product marketing are domestic designs, where product prices are more affordable and comprehensive, and the capital spent is relatively small. Factors that hinder CV Visual Karya Utama are the availability of models which sometimes sell out, lack of staff, ineffective managers, lack of advertisements uploaded to social media. Based on the results above, it is expected that CV Visual Karya Utama will continue to improve its marketing communication strategy so that revenue will increase.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has changed the business landscape, forcing companies like PT Mazzoni Java Utama to continue to innovate. PT Mazzoni Java Utama, a manufacturer of sauces and condiments, has been relying on information and communication systems in its operations, although it still uses local systems that are not integrated. In an effort to increase productivity and efficiency, this company needs to adopt a centralized and integrated approach by integrating information and communication technology. This research uses a qualitative method with direct observation as the main approach. With the implementation of more advanced information and communication systems, it is expected that this project will result in significant improvements in productivity, operational cost savings, and reinforcing PT Mazzoni Java Utama's position in an increasingly competitive market. Better alignment between departments within the company, improved workflow, and faster decision-making capabilities are expected to be the positive impacts of this project. Thus, PT Mazzoni Java Utama is ready to face the challenges in the ever-changing and evolving business world.

Abstract

This research aims to study the role of WhatsApp social network users in improving or breaking interpersonal communication between employees of the Samkyung Jaya Busana Garment Company. WhatsApp has become an inseparable part of everyday life, including in the work environment. The research results show that the use of WhatsApp can facilitate interpersonal communication between employees of the Garment Company Samkyung Jaya Busana. However, this research also identifies possible communication disruptions due to the use of WhatsApp. Too many notifications, ineffective group discussions, and constant changes in work schedules can disrupt employee productivity. Additionally, misunderstood or rude messages can create interpersonal tension. In summary, WhatsApp plays an important role in communication between employees of the Samkyung Jaya Busana textile company. Proper use and awareness of potential disruptions are essential to ensure WhatsApp contributes positively to communication in the work environment. By understanding the positive and negative impacts of social media use, businesses can develop appropriate guidelines to ensure effective and healthy communication between employees.

Abstract

Type This research aims to explore the use of Google Sheets as a communication tool in the context of integrated information systems at Mariee Konveksi. The data collected identified communication barriers between sections within the company, including suboptimal response times and delays in the availability of information needed by various sections. This research adopted a qualitative approach and took a descriptive form, involving staff from various sections at Mariee Convection who used Google Sheets as a data reporting tool. Careful planning for the use of Google Sheets is key in ensuring the smooth running of the integrated information system. This research explores the features and benefits of Google Sheets as a collaboration and data reporting tool. The results show that real-time data changes enable quick and accurate data access by various departments, improving internal communication and operational efficiency. As such, this research presents an important contribution to the understanding of how the use of up-to-date technology such as Google Sheets can improve a company's productivity and competitiveness, with a positive impact on faster product delivery, higher levels of customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth for Mariee Convection.
