Abstract

Work environment is everything around employees who can influence the employees in carrying out the tasks that are sacrificed by the company. And work productivity is something that can be dictated by the spirit and work discipline of the employees in completing every task he has to offer, always based on the method of work or methods that have been established so that it will By the satisfactory results of work. A good working environment is needed to improve the productivity of employees ' work at the Kabanjahe General Hospital. So researchers are interested in researching part of the working environment towards employee work productivity. The respondent used to complement the study was a clerk of the Kabanjahe General Hospital. In this research researchers use multiple linear regression analyses, using partial hypothesis tests or t tests and also using coefficient of determination (R2) tests.Based on simple regression equations, the work environment has a positive regression coefficient that proves its contribution to working productivity at the Kabanjahe General Hospital. This suggests that the working environment can affect the productivity of work at the Kabanjahe General Hospital.Based on the partial hypothesis test or T-Test obtained then reject Ho and receive H1 for the working environment variable. Thus, a partial working environment is positively influential with a significant degree of influence on work productivity against the Kabanjahe General Hospital. Thus, a partial working environment is positively influential with a significant degree of influence on work productivity against the Kabanjahe General Hospital.Based on coefficient of determination (R2), the value of the coefficient of determination is 0.484. This suggests that the ability of the Working environment variable (X) explains its influence on the working productivity variables of the Kabanjahe General Hospital by 48.4%. The remaining 51.6% is the influence of other free variables not examined in this study, such as working discipline, corporate culture, and employee commitment.

Abstract

The present study is a survey using an associative quantitative approach aimed at analyzing the effect of both brand equityand promotion on the buying interest of comsetic product of PT. Oriindo Alam Ayu (Oriflame Medan). The population of thestudy included all the customers of Orindo Alam Ayu Medan as of 251 people during 2018 and the sampling method usedSlovin formula so that there were 111 samples. The instrument of data collection used a questionnaire and the collecteddata was then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression. The result of the study showed that brand equity partially hada significant effect on buying interest. Promotion partially had a significant effect on buying interest. Brand equity andpromotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. It is suggested to PT. Orindo Alam AyuMedan to further improve promotion so that buying interest may be maximized. It is also suggested to the employees ofPT. Orindo Alam Ayu Medan to further improve the quality of the brand so that buying interest can be maximized.

Abstract

Adam Malik General Hospital Medan is a government company which is engaged in providing services, where its main activity is providing health services for the community. This study aims to determine the application of drug management procedures in drug supply management information systems at the Adam Malik General Hospital, Medan. This research uses primary research. Data analysis was performed using descriptive data techniques. The focus of this research is the procedure for purchasing drugs, procedures for receiving and storing medicines, procedures for distributing drugs, and procedures for calculating the physical supply of drugs. Based on the evaluation of drug supplies at the Adam Malik General Hospital in Medan, the procedures for purchasing drugs have been carried out effectively and efficiently, while in the system of receiving and storing drugs there is still a double task, the distribution procedure is in accordance with the FIFO principle, and the physical inventory calculation procedure (stock hospitalization) was done according to schedule. Drug inventory accounting system can run well if some improvements are made to the elements. In this study the elements that need to be corrected immediately are the hospital management must separate the function of receiving and storing medicines, and carry out routine physical examinations according to the schedule.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve English language skills for teachers and elementary school staff at SDN 104211. The method applied is the provision of materials and practice. This service uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Which aims to describe learning the introduction of English. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, documentation with data collection tools, namely interview guides, observation guidelines, field notes, and documents. The research subjects were teachers and elementary school staff at SDN 104211. The results showed: (1) in planning language recognition learning there were themes, indicators, main activities, media adapted to students' needs (2) in implementation, teachers carried out language recognition learning English is in accordance with the lesson plans, (3) the supporting factors for learning English introduction are the availability of learning media for the introduction of English provided by institutions and teachers. (4) the inhibiting factor in learning the introduction of English is not the main language for children so that teachers must be creative in teaching; classroom teachers do not have sufficient knowledge of English; Child development is a consideration so that children are not depressed.

Abstract

With compensation serving as a moderating variable, this study seeks to understand the relationship between job security and employees' intention to leave at one the company that focus on managing restaurants. 50 employees were used in the purposive sampling technique to determine the study's sample. Path analysis was used in this study's data analysis process, which was supported by the SPSS 26. The findings indicated that job security influences inclination to leave, the likelihood of turnover influences pay. According to the results of the Sobel test, reward is a mediating variable but is unable to mediate the relationship between and influence of job security characteristics on variables relating to turnover intention.
