Abstract

PHBS (Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat) di Tatanan Rumah Tangga adalah semua perilaku kebersihan dan kesehatan yang dilakukan atas kesadaran masing masing sehingga setiap anggota keluarga atau keluarga dapat menolong dirinya sendiri di bidang kesehatan dan ikut berperan aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan kesehatan di masyarakat. Sasaran PHBS tatanan rumah tangga adalah seluruh anggota keluarga yaitu: anak dan remaja, pasangan usia subur, ibu hamil dan atau ibu menyusui, usia lanjut, dan pengasuh anak. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis hubungan strategi promosi kesehatan (advokasi, bina suasana, dan gerakan pemberdayaan masyarakat) dengan tingkat Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada tatanan rumah tangga di Kecamatan Silih Nara Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PHBS terbesar 41 orang (48,2%) berada pada kategori sehat II, 29 responden (34,1 %) pada kategori sehat IV, dan hanya ada 15 responden (17,6 %) yang berada pada kategori Sehat II, sedangkan strategi promosi kesehatan (advokasi) terbesar yaitu 44 responden (51,7%) bependapat kategori tidak baik, dan hanya ada 5 orang responden (5,9%) yang berpendapat kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi diperoleh angka nilai signifikansi dari variabel advokasi sebesar sig= 0,034 < 0,05, berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi yang diperoleh dari bina suasana sebesar sig= 0,045 < 0,05. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi yang diperoleh dari pemberdayaan sebesar sig= 0,038 < 0,05

Abstract

Stunting is a type of infant growth retardation (stunting) caused by prolonged inadequate food intake due to the provision of food that does not meet nutritional needs. Stunting can occur while the fetus is still in the womb and does not occur until the child is two years old. It is generally caused by food intake that does not meet nutritional needs. Various efforts are being made by government agencies. Upon investigation, it was discovered that there were gaps in stunt processing, resulting in a continuous increase in stunt processing that never stopped. This gap is reflected in the daily life of stunted children, the way mothers treat them. The role of mothers is one of the key issues in dealing with stunting. One of her efforts is to provide education for mothers of stunted children. General goals: Expand mothers' knowledge of balanced nutrition for children and raise awareness among mothers about keeping their children healthy. Special: Reduces stunting, prevents stunting from an early age and promotes a clean and healthy lifestyle. The survey method is a compound survey, that is, a method of combining quantitative and qualitative surveys and conducting interviews with informants. Conducted in Bahari sub-district, Belawan 1 sub-district, Belawan II sub-district and Baganderi sub-district. The number of informants for this study was 77, of whom a total of 77 were mothers of stunted children.

Abstract

Stres di tempat kerja merupakan sebuah masalah yang sangat sering dirasakan oleh karyawan, dimana para karyawan menemui kondisi-kondisi kelebihan kerja, ketidaknyamanan kerja, tingkat kepuasan kerja yang rendah. Stres ditempat kerja juga dapat mengakibatkan pengaruh yang merusak kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan karyawan, seperti halnya dapat berpengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas dan keuntungan ditempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggali lebih dalam tentang semua hal yang terkait dengan terjadinya stres pada Dokter Umum IGD di RS dr. Hadrianus Sinaga Kabupaten Samosir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri yang bersifat subyektif, maka data yang diperoleh diperiksa keabsahannya dengan teknik triangulasi, yaitu, triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Informan adalah dokter umum yang bekerja di Ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat, perawat IGD dan pihak manejemen rumah sakit. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memang benar telah terjadi stres pada dokter umum IGD di RS dr. Hadrianus Sinaga Kabupaten Samosir. Penyebabnya adalah beban kerja dan waktu kerja, keterbatasan fasilitas di ruangan terutama obat, pekerjaan emergency, pengembangan karir belum maksimal dan dibebani urusan keluarga, kejenuhan kerja terkait masa kerja di atas 10 tahun sehingga menyebabkan kelelahan yang berlebihan. Stres yang terjadi menunjukkan gejala yang ringan. Stres yang terjadi pada Dokter Umum IGD berdampak pada menurunnya prestasi kerja, Kinerja dan kepuasan kerja. Untuk mengurangi stress yang timbul, dokter melakukan meditasi , menonton tv, tidur, bercerita kepada teman atau keluarga, berlibur, merawat tanaman dan hewan peliharaan. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan manejemen rumah sakit untuk mengurangi stress pada Dokter Umum IGD adalah dengan penambahan tenaga dokter sebayak 3 orang dan melakukan pertukaran jadwal dengan dokter lain bilamana mereka membutuhkan istirahat..

Abstract

Breast milk is the ideal nutrition for babies which contains nutrients that are best suited to the needs of babies as well as protective substances to fight disease. The success of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors. The aim of the research is to find out the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding at Buhit Samosir Health Center in 2023. Quantitative research method with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out at the Buhit Samosir Health Center in November 2022-July 2023. The study population was 30 people, the total sampling technique was 30 people. Bivariate analysis of chi-square test and multivariate multiple logistic regression test. The results of the study showed that 10 people (33.3%) who gave exclusive breastfeeding were mostly 25-35 years old and 17 people (56.7%) who did not exclusively breastfeed were 25-35 years old. The majority of breastfeeding mothers have good knowledge (score 23-30) of 24 people (80%), the majority of mothers who give exclusive breastfeeding have good knowledge (score 23-30) of 8 people (26.7%) and the majority of mothers who do not give exclusive breastfeeding good knowledge (score 23-30) as many as 16 people (53.3%). The majority of breastfeeding mothers have a fairly good attitude (score 49-55) as many as 15 people (50%), the majority of mothers who give exclusive breastfeeding have a good attitude (score 56-75) as many as 5 people (16.7%) and the majority of mothers who do not exclusively breastfeed attitude is quite good (score 49-55) as many as 12 people (40%). The majority of breastfeeding mothers had no history of illness as many as 22 people (73.3%), the majority of mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding had no history of illness as many as 11 people (36.7%) and mothers who were not exclusively breastfed the majority had no history of disease as many as 11 people ( 36.7%). The majority of breastfeeding mothers with first parity gave birth or parity > 4 as many as 18 people (60%), the majority of mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding with first parity gave birth or parity > 4 as many as 7 people (23.3%) and mothers who were not exclusively breastfed the majority with first parity gave birth or parity> 4 as many as 11 people (36.7%). The dominant factor in exclusive breastfeeding is the attitude factor with a significance value of 0.001 <0.005. Keywords: Exclusive breastfeeding, age, knowledge, attitudes, medical history, parity

Abstract

Stress is often associated with accumulated levels of fatigue which can be a factor influencing stress, fatigue not only affects the health and welfare of officers but also endangers the performance of officers, resulting in an increased risk of patient safety. Empirical evidence suggests that accumulated fatigue can accelerate thrombotic reactions and even cause sudden cardiac arrest. The medical and health care industry is particularly vulnerable to the accumulation of work-related fatigue due to its specific nature, such as workload, fatigue, interactions with superiors, interactions with co-workers and interactions with patients which are related to stress levels. This study used an analytical research method, which is a research design that aims to determine the factors associated with stress levels in IFRS officers at Tgk Hospital. Abdullah Syafii. This research was conducted on 46 pharmaceutical installation staff respondents consisting of 27 women and 19 men. In this study, data analysis was carried out using a questionnaire and the data would be analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the most dominant factor influencing the stress level of Pharmacy Installation Officers in Hospitals is interaction with colleagues and interactions with superiors. For this reason, it is hoped that the hospital will have problems interacting with colleagues and interactions with superiors to find ways to make good relations happen for all so that there is no stress on the installation staff even though the stress that occurs is only at a mild stress level. Abstract

This study discusses the issue of stunting in Indonesia, particularly in the Tapanuli Utara District. Indonesia, with its vast population, faces fundamental health challenges, including stunting resulting from malnutrition in toddlers. The research indicates that the rate of stunting in Indonesia surpasses the threshold set by the WHO, especially in areas with high poverty and low education levels. The primary objective of this research is to understand the implementation of stunting prevention policies in the Tapanuli Utara District. The study adopts a qualitative approach using a phenomenological research design. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings from this study show that even though various stunting intervention programs have been implemented, there remain obstacles in their application. A primary factor is the community's lack of knowledge about the significance of the stunting issue and the perception that stunting is caused by hereditary or genetic factors. Policies at the national and provincial levels have been developed to address this issue, but their implementation at the district level requires stronger coordination among various stakeholders. In conclusion, despite ongoing efforts to address the stunting problem in Indonesia, a more integrated and holistic approach is still needed, as well as increased community awareness of the issue.

Abstract

Stress experienced by nurses is stress that is obtained or experienced at work which is included in work stress. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the stress level of nurses who work in the inpatient room at Hospital. This research is an analytical study with cross sectional. The population in this study were all nurses totaling 115 people. The research sample uses the Slovin Formula so that the number of samples is 54 people. Data collection was obtained through a questionnaire. The data processing process starts from editing, coding, and tabulation. Data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. Multivariate analysis with simple linear regression test. Research results There is a relationship between workload and stress levels in inpatient nurses based on the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis obtained p value = 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between work fatigue and stress levels in inpatient nurses based on the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis obtained p = 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between work shifts and stress levels in inpatient nurses based on the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis obtained p value = 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between age and stress levels in inpatient nurses based on the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis obtained p value = 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between job security and stress levels in inpatient nurses. Based on the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis, the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 was obtained. The most dominant factor influencing the stress level of inpatient nurses at Hospital is job security. As for suggestions for nurses at Hospital in order to improve self-coping so that stress does not occur at work, especially stress occurs because of job security.

Abstract

Stigma is a negative label that is a sign for someone given by someone else or yourself. Stigma is influenced by the environment and becomes a barrier for that person to get attention, opportunities and social interaction and becomes one of the inhibiting factors in improving the quality of life of PLHIV. The purpose of this research is to find out the life story, stigma and its impact, and the factors that influence acceptance of stigma. This type of research is qualitative research and data collection uses the interview method. The informants in this study were divided into 2, namely 4 key informants and 4 respondents as triangulation informants. The results of this study indicate that there is a life story effect with the causes of key informants being exposed to HIV. Stigma obtained by key informants can be categorized into several levels of stigma, namely self-stigma, family/community stigma and also institutional stigma. Furthermore, there are 2 factors that affect the acceptance of stigma for PLHIV, namely external factors and also internal factors. Based on this, it is suggested to the family that it can be a place where children can get education and love. People also need to understand more about HIV so that stigmatization can be reduced. Medical personnel must also improve services for people living with HIV so that they can also get proper services, and the local government must be able to assist HIV-related programs so that they can run smoothly.

Abstract

There is a serious problem of stunting in Indonesia, specifically stunted growth due to malnutrition during a child's growth period. This condition not only affects physical health but also affects cognitive, emotional, and mental aspects. Therefore, specific measures are needed to overcome this problem. With the aim of overcoming developmental delays, this service explores the potential of the TOR BISCUIT innovation as a Breast Milk Supplement (MP-ASI) for stunted children aged 12-18 months. The service uses a case study approach and combines quantitative and qualitative methods. The service's sample included 77 stunted children who received cookies, and the military also conducted face-to-face interviews with parents in the target service area, specifically the Belawan region. This undertaking not only aims to explore the effectiveness of TOR BISCUIT Innovation as MP-ASI but also aims to provide concrete and effective solutions to tackle the problem of stunting in Indonesia. By applying a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches, it is hoped that this service can provide a comprehensive picture of the impact of providing these biscuits on growth and development of stunted children. It is hoped that the results of this service can provide a solid basis for governments, health organizations and communities to implement effective and sustainable interventions to reduce stunting rates. in Indonesia. In this way, it is hoped that Indonesia's young generation can grow and develop optimally, thereby better contributing to the country's progress.
