Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the influence of price perception, product design, and consumer preferences on thepurchasing decision of Mitsubishi Xpander (study case in PT Nusantara Berlian Motor Medan). This research is anassociative research. The population in this research are all consumers whoever bought Mitsubishi Xpander car in PT.Nusantara Berlian Motor Medan. Questionnaire used as the instrument in this research, within the interview anddocumentation. The data analyzed used descriptive method and quantitative that is double linear regretion with significancylevel 0.05. The F test result shows that of price perception, product design, and consumer preferences together has positiveand significant influence towards the dependent variable that is purchasingdecision.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers do, the phenomenon that occurs in the company is the number of employees who relaxed when the work is still loose, the experts in the company feel comfortable because of the absence of rivals, as well as lack of trust given the company to employees in providing jobs in scale the greater one. This is behind the lack of affective commitment of employees to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of demographic characteristics, length of work and perceived organizational support to affective commitment at PT. Bensatra Advertising Medan.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously variable of demography characteristic, work period and perceived organizational support have significant effect to affective commitment. Demographic characteristics have no significant effect on affective commitment, tenure and perceived organizational support affect affective commitment.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers do, the phenomenon at the office of CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri Lubuk Pakam, among others, placement of employees who have not been in accordance with the demands of office and educational background, so as not to meet the capacity capability as appropriate. The need for competent employees in accordance with the position of his position that has not sufficient cause the consequences of less responsible attitude towards his work, the motivation for achievement to be lost, not enthusiastic in work and feeling saturated. Such trends can occur in CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri Lubuk Pakam, all of this stems from the mismatch of employee position placement with existing work load so that the interest or job satisfaction of employees decreased, while in terms of facilities and infrastructure and has been very supportive of employees in completing their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement, workload and organizational culture on work motivation at CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri Lubuk Pakam. The number of samples in this study amounted to 79 people using saturated sample technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously work placement variables, workload and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee work motivation. Job placement has no significant effect on employee work motivation, work load and organizational culture have an effect on employee work motivation

Abstract

Supermarket Irian is a retail company where this company provides basic daily needs such as cooking oil, food, drinks and other basic ingredients. With increasingly fierce competition in the retail sector, the Supermarket management is trying to maintain the quality and completeness of its products for the public with the aim of increasing a good impression for its consumers. The problem that occurs is how to maintain the quality and completeness of its products so that it can influence consumer repurchases and have an impact on time efficiency and a good impression for consumers who shop. Based on the description above, the research title is, "The Influence of Product Quality and Completeness on Consumer Repurchase at the Irian Pasar Merah Supermarket". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and completeness on consumer repurchasing at Irian Pasar Merah Supermarket and the problem formulation in this study was how much influence product quality and completeness together had on consumer repurchasing at Irian Pasar Merah Supermarket . The results showed that the influence of product quality with the dimensions of performance, features, characteristics or features, reliability, conformance, service ability, aesthetics and perceived quality (impression and quality) on repurchase decisions was 20.3% . The magnitude of the influence of product completeness with the dimensions of variety (product completeness), width or breath (product availability), depth (product type and characteristics), consistency (maintaining product conformity) and balance (product adjustments) on repurchase decisions is 8.2%. That 8.6% of the repurchase decision variable (Y) is influenced by the X1 variable (product quality) and X2 variable (product completeness), while the remaining 91.4% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

Objek riset ini pada mahasiswa Psikologi UNPRI Medan yang melakukan keputusan pembelian atas e-commerce Lazada. Pendekatan yang diterapkan pada riset ini mempergunakan kuantitatif, Hasil riset Uji t menjelaskan bahwasannya harga, promosi dan ulasan porduk mempunyai dampak positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian barang di e-commerce Lazada. Uji F menjelaskan bahwasannya harga, promosi, dan ulasan produk secara simultan berdampak signifikan pada keputusan pembelian barang di e-commerce Lazada. Dari nilai Adjusted R Square Harga, Promosi serta Ulasan Produk bisa diterangkan oleh variasi variabel indenpende sebesar 6,60% sementara sebesar 6,72% (100% - 6,60%) sisanya diterangkan oleh variable lain yang masih belum diteliti pada riset ini.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers did, the phenomenon within the company was related to the employees' work awareness for the organization, where it was an obligation that needed to be further developed. For that reason the clarity of goals and policies applied by the organization is a very important factor and needs to be implemented properly and correctly so that employee job satisfaction with the organization can grow. Of course employee job satisfaction can grow along with the creation of a conducive organizational climate. The warmth of the work relationship at the workplace, the organization's attention to the facilities and infrastructure that are increasingly adequate, the better employee rewards need to get the attention of superiors because these factors contribute positively to employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out the elements that influence the formation of employee job satisfaction on the CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri. The number of samples in this study amounted to 10 people using saturated sample techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the most dominant factors affecting employee job satisfaction CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri is a desire for a decent life. This is based on the desire to get compensation in the form of basic salary, incentives in the form of additional bonuses outside of basic salary, benefits such as THR, leave due to illness, leave because of the interests of holding a marriage, pregnancy and so forth. Likewise with career development, job allowances, family allowances that play a role as a driver of his desire to work harder and improve his abilities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of reviews, free shipping and non-cash payments on purchasing decisions for the Shopee Marketplace in Medan City among students at the Faculty of Law, Prima Indonesia University. This research method uses quantitative. The total population is all students from the Faculty of Law at Prima Indonesia University with a sample of 97 students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that reviews with tcount > ttable (2,251>1,985), free shipping (6,822>1,985), and non-cash payments (2,213>1,985) have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Shopee Marketplace in Medan City. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that reviews, free shipping, and non-cash payments have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for the Shopee Marketplace in Medan City with a value of Fcount > Ftable (47,848 > 3.09) and a significance of 0.000. Dalam kegiatan ini kami memilih PKM-Dosen Prodi Informatika dan Mahasiswa yang mana tujuan kami adalah mengembangkan minat serta kreaktivitas siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam membuat blog yang bisa menambah pengalaman dan memotivasi kita dalam mengembangkan inovasi-inovasi dan kreasi. Salah satunya dengan blog ini. Mungkin ini suatu hal yang baru bagi kita, sering kita dengar dan mungkin tidak asing lagi di telinga kita. blog ini banyak kita lihat di google sebagai alat untuk informasi, baik itu digital marketing, media dan lain-lain. Kebanyakan dari masyarakat khususnya mereka yang awam tentang manfaat dari blog ini mengannggap bahwa kegunaan blog ini hanya sebatas alat publis informasi, padahal memiliki banyak manfaat seperti berbagi pengetahuan, mengasah kemampuan menulis, belajar menghasilkan uang secara online dan lain-lain.
