Abstract

In general, companies have problems that make a job more difficult. Apart from taking a long time, ineffective processing can also have a negative impact on a company. PT. Anugerah Mitra Semesta is a company engaged in PVC trading. The problem that exists in PT. Anugerah Mitra Semesta is the Sales Information System which is still done manually. Thus making the company slower in pursuing sales targets. Therefore, the solution that can help these problems is to conduct an analysis in order to create a good sales program, easy to use and become an illustration for making a sales program for the company. This analysis is used with UI/UX design using the prototype method. The Prototype method is a design display system design process that is created as an example to develop a product as an illustration for the user directly, and the types presented are Wireframe, Mockup and prototypes

Abstract

Analysis of the Maturity Level of Information Systems at Costomer Service at PT Metrox Fortuna With Cobit 4.1 Framework. PT Metrox Fortuna is a retail retail company engaged in the fashion and lifestyle sector that focuses on the upper middle class market since 2004. This company utilizes information technology in managing its business processes, one of which is the management of service information systems. The application used as a payment information system is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The problem found in the governance of the information system is that it is not optimal in using information technology systems effectively and efficiently, so that business needs have not reached the maximum and the company has not maximized the potential of each employee so that there is still a critical dependence on key individuals. Based on the results of research using the COBIT 4.1 framework, the current maturity level is 3.85 from the expected maturity level of 4, so there is a gap or average gap of 0.15. So there are several recommendations that can be applied to PT Metrox Fortuna. Several recommendations were made, namely the need for management to evaluate the training methods communicated to system users according to the standards needed to meet organizational goals and deliver the training intensively, the need for documented knowledge sharing and the provision of staff reserves

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a social organization as a forum and means of development for every member of the community who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the region, especially engaged in social welfare businesses. Meanwhile, the membership of DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth Network (JPRMI), hereinafter referred to as DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth Network (JPRMI) is every member of the community. Limited understanding of the management and processing of quite large data or big data in optimizing the JPRMI management environment. The data used is the JPRMI DKI Jakarta membership information system database. Therefore, because of that, Nusa Mandiri University carried out Community Service in the form of Data Management and Processing Training on the Tableu Visualization Application at JPRMI DKI Jakarta. With this training, it can help DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth (JPRMI) in managing and processing data with the tableu visualization application. The results of this community service with the results of the questionnaire obtained and obtained by producing r count > r table, the overall results of the questionnaire are valid and very good.

Abstract

Companies for their daily activities use Office applications such as Word and Excel for bookkeeping, they switch to Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Management applications because they often lose data when there is a sudden power failure. The purpose of this Audit is to find out how much the effectiveness and efficiency of the Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Applications are used in the Company. Benefits for PT. Semesta's work is to evaluate whether they are using the Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Applications correctly. COBIT is a framework that is often used by auditors, especially information systems auditors. COBIT can be used as a comprehensive tool to create information technology governance in a company. The results of the study were carried out to measure the performance of the application in the form of analysis, level of capability mapping, and recommendations for the company. The standards used in research are COBIT 5 focusing on the EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA.PT domains. Karya Semesta With the Cobit 5 Framework, a conclusion can be drawn based on the deployment of the questionnaire, there is the highest value in the domain EDM04 Ensure Resource Optimization has a gap of 0.38 with Ti Managed and Measurable capabilities and APO12 has a gap of 0.33, DSS5 has a gap of 0.28 with the P level or Partially achieved in its entirety, while for the APO10 maturity level it is smaller, namely 2.67, it has not reached the target level, then GAP will occur -0.33 and also BAI09 maturity is smaller than the target level, a gap of -0.23 will occur, and MEA01 the maturity level is also below the target level L or Largely achieved, with IT capabilities in the Defined Process for those that are still below the target level must be increased again so that the company is better

Abstract

PT Grandspot Cipta Solusi is a company engaged in the field of information technology which focuses on leasing systems and hardware for call centers. The recording of hardware data is still done manually through Excel media files. The current manual recording method is less effective and efficient and has the potential for data discrepancies and loss of goods. Therefore, we need a system that can help work so that it becomes more effective and efficient. The system development model used in designing this system is Rapid Application Development or RAD. Rapid Application Development is a fast system development method that usually takes 60 to 90 days. There are 4 stages in this method, namely: 1) Requirement Planning stage, 2) Design, 3) Construct, 4) Cutover. Entity Relationship Diagram is a depiction of a database conceptual design that represents the relationship between objects in the real world. PostgreSQL is one of the database software that has been actively developed to date and has been tested for its reliability. PHP is a programming language that can be integrated with HTML. The Goods Administration System is a system designed to help the user's work. With the creation of this system, it can make it easier for users to record existing hardware and make it easier for users to make reports addressed to superiors. In addition, recording also becomes more organized so that the user's work becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Hospitals are Health Facilities or Health Services for the community. In hospitals, medical records are a mandatory and important component that should not be ignored in hospitals. With medical science, law, health technology, and public awareness of their rights, medical record management must change and needs to be done effectively. Moreover, the development of technology and computer devices has become very sophisticated. The aim of the author's research is to make the hospital service process more efficient, including patient satisfaction and speed up the claims process against insurance underwriters, so an adequate and ideal information and communication technology service system is needed, namely an Electronic Medical Record System or medical record application to improve service quality. Apart from that, hospitals must have good medical records to facilitate and speed up the claims process with insurance underwriters. Implementing an electronic medical record system that can help employees no longer record and process medical record data manually. If it runs, there will be changes, namely the faster the process of insurance claims against hospitals and the system which was originally manual will become computerized, thereby speeding up service times at hospitals.

Abstract

Technological advancements are rapidly evolving, particularly in organizations or businesses that heavily rely on valuable information to enhance their strategies. St. Carolus Hospital has integrated an HIS (Hospital Information System) to harness the power of information technology. The vision of St. Carolus Hospital is “To become a trusted family health partner that provides international standard medical and nursing services, supported by appropriate medical & digital technology, by 2025.”. Effective management of information data enables companies to gain insights into industry trends and the progress of other organizations within their respective fields. COBIT 2019 provides a comprehensive framework designed to assist organizations in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating their information technology. Following the analysis, specific evaluation objectives were identified, namely APO02 – Managed Strategy, APO03 – Managed Enterprise Architecture, and DSS06 – Managed Business Process Controls. Based on the capability level evaluation, both APO02 and APO03 achieved level 2, indicating operational processes that have achieved their goals but fell short of expectations. On the other hand, DSS06 reached level 3, indicating the usage of a defined process in achieving results, despite some processes not being fully operational. Thus, these three domains require improvement based on the discovered gaps to reach the expected level.

Abstract

PKK Cadres, Ragunan Subdistrict, South Jakarta, social organization as a forum and means of development for every member of the community who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the region, especially engaged in social welfare businesses. Difficulty accessing information & technology as well as other sources of information. Limited understanding of managing and processing large or big data in optimizing the Ragunan Village, South Jakarta. There are several obstacles related to their activities, one of which is related to storing images, and other files to create then catalogs and social activities which can later be distributed and used anytime and anywhere, one of the technologies that can be used for storage is using cloud technology from Google, namely google drive, by utilizing and using this technology PKK Cadres can store data and social activities anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

There are many information technology applications that are widely used, so the analysis process that we are currently using is one of them at the South Tangerang 1 State Vocational High School (SMK), which is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia which is committed to providing quality and relevant education with technological developments. In the midst of the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT), the approach to educational evaluation must also change. This shift is reflected in the use of computer-based exams. Computer Based Test is an evaluation tool that utilizes computer technology to measure student knowledge and skills. At SMK Negeri 1 South Tangerang, computer-based exams have an important role in the context of modern education. The problem behind this research is that the Computer Based Test application service that has been implemented does not yet have sufficient evidence to state that the application is acceptable and considered by vocational school teachers and students. Users (class 10 students) don't understand much about the application, because they are not used to using it. For the application to be used only per year, it has not/does not automatically move to the following years, the admin/programmer must change the settings to move the settings by coding. The current problem is that the Telkomsel provider is blocking the application. If the test on CBT will be safe and run smoothly, you won't be able to screenshot or record layers and the complaint is that if you use the link/barcode you will be able to find out the answers and be able to screenshot and record layers. There are many possible errors in class and subject selection. This research measures the quality of the Computer Based Test application through the Webqual 4.0 dimensions (usability, information quality, interaction quality) and user satisfaction variables, namely teachers and students of SMK Negeri 1 South Tangerang. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 305 respondents. Data processing was carried out by comparing manual calculations with calculations using SPSS. Based on data processing, it can be seen that user perceptions regarding ease of use, quality of information, quality of interaction are included in the unsatisfactory category. Based on the research results, it was found that these three variables had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. From the research results, it can be seen that the interaction quality variable provides the largest contribution, namely 67.28% of the other variables.
