Abstract

Mts Miftahul Amal is an agency that operates in the education sector. This agency carries out payroll using online banking. However, the calculation is done by calculating the data manually and is also only done by one person, so it is prone to delays in providing salary slips and in calculating attendance fines. This thesis will discuss creating a payroll system that can provide convenience for MTs Miftahul Amal admins in calculating employee monthly salaries. This payroll application was created using the Laravel programming language, using the MySql database management system as the database or data storage and Maven as the project management. The payroll application developed using the RAD method has features such as calculating monthly salary, attendance, taxes, BPJS and creating pay slips. It is hoped that by creating this application the process of calculating payroll, absenteeism (absence from work) and permits will become faster and more accurate so as to minimize errors in calculations.  So that the final result obtained from this researcher is to successfully implement the payroll application at MTS Miftahul Amal so that it becomes an appropriate application and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of using the payroll application at MTS Miftahul Amal starting from the beginning of the process of inputting payroll component data to obtaining employee payslips and payroll reports.

Abstract

In facing the digital era, Perum LKBN Antara continues to innovate to remain a relevant source of information. The presence of online platforms, news applications, and integration with social media allows Perum LKBN Antara to reach a wider and more diverse audience. Information technology support and modern content management systems are key in maintaining speed and accuracy in delivering news. In addition, in internal aspects, Perum LKBN Antara has successfully implemented an integrated information system, one of which is in the financial sector using the Antara Information System website. The Antara Information System website contributes to organizational efficiency by automating processes related to website management. The integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system helps combine back-end operations, such as finance, human resources, and inventory management, with the website. This integration reduces manual work, reduces errors, and improves overall operational efficiency. This study measures the quality of the Antara Information System website through Usability Testing dimensions (understandability, learnability, operability, attractiveness) and user satisfaction variables, namely LKBN Antara employees. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 109 respondents. Data processing is done using SPSS. Based on data processing, it can be seen that user perceptions of the variables of understandability, learnability, operability, attractiveness are included in the very good category. Based on the research results, it is found that there is only an influence of the attractiveness variable on user satisfaction. From the research results, it can be seen that the understandability variable provides the largest contribution of 87.22% of the other variables.

Abstract

In this community service, the aim is to explore the role of the Notion application in increasing productivity. Notion is an all-in-one workspace application used for taking notes, managing knowledge and data, and managing projects and tasks. Initially, this application was intended to create notes or notes with a simple appearance of Karang Taruna in managing the system. Karang Taruna is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the region, especially engaged in social welfare efforts. While the membership of the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Teenagers Network (JPRMI), hereinafter referred to as the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Teenagers Network (JPRMI) is every member of society. Limited understanding of the management of information system management that has not been carried out in optimization in the JPRMI management environment. Abstract

This study aims to understand and predict the unemployment rate patterns based on educational background in Indonesia between 1986 and 2024, with a focus on university graduates. The data, which was initially complex, was successfully processed into a format ready for time series analysis, and the GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity) model was applied to measure the volatility of unemployment. The evaluation results show that the GARCH model's assumption regarding the stability of the average unemployment rate is inaccurate, as evidenced by the large error values (RMSE 283209.26 and MAE 246252.37), indicating that this model does not fully capture the fluctuations in unemployment. The average coefficient (mu) is 436.50, and the log-likelihood is -284.05, with conditional volatility forecast values ranging from approximately 1.91e+11 to 2.79e+11. The Bayesian Structural Time Series (BSTS) model was also applied to decompose the data into long-term trend components and seasonal patterns, providing a clearer picture of unemployment movement. However, technical constraints in the implementation of BSTS using TensorFlow Probability resulted in predictions not being completed. Nevertheless, this analysis shows that the unemployment rate of university graduates is highly volatile, and improvements in the GARCH model, as well as resolution of the technical constraints in the BSTS model, are crucial for generating more accurate and reliable predictions.

Abstract

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, work cannot be done at home, it is intended to reduce the number of people exposed to Covid-19. Likewise with the activities carried out by the South Jakarta Indonesian Mosque Youth and Youth Network. Indonesian society is very adaptive to the progress of information and communication technology development, now there are many modern facilities available to facilitate access to information, including the presence of Google Forms (google form) as an innovation to collect data and information from Google's corporate platform and manage and process it. google forms data. Likewise, the administrators of the South Jakarta Jakarta Indonesian Mosque Youth and Youth Network (JPRMI) who have to adapt to current developments in making activity reports, because they have to report these activity reports online. Based on these reasons, Nusa Mandiri University held a socialization on the Management and Processing of Google Forms for Reporting Management Activities. The administrator of the Indonesian Mosque Youth and Youth Network is a group of young men and women. After the group is formed, one person is appointed who has the responsibility as chairman. This socialization aims to introduce one of the facilities for managing and processing Google Forms that can facilitate reporting of activities that have been carried out by the management of JPRMI Ragunan. The result of the implementation of this community service activity is that participants in the activity acquire new knowledge in managing and processing Google Forms.

Abstract

Tingginya minat generasi muda Indonesia untuk bekerja di Jepang menuntut penguasaan bahasa Jepang, khususnya pada level dasar JLPT N5 dan N4. Sayangnya, metode konvensional dinilai kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan daya serap kosakata peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah game edukasi interaktif berbasis animasi sebagai media pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Jepang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahapan, mulai dari inisiasi, pra-produksi, produksi, pengujian, beta hingga rilis. Dalam proses produksi, pengembangan game dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Animate untuk mendesain animasi dan interaktivitas game serta pemrograman Actionscript. Untuk memastikan kualitas aplikasi, dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan standar ISO 25010 dan User Experience (UX) Testing. Proses desain awal memanfaatkan Canva untuk prototipe visualnya. Hasil pengujian ISO 25010 menunjukkan bahwa game edukasi memiliki skor rata-rata 4,196 yang termasuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”, dengan nilai tertinggi pada aspek portability dan maintainability. Sementara itu, pengujian UX juga menunjukkan bahwa game ini mampu meningkatkan respon kognitif pengguna dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan efektif. Dengan demikian, game ini dinilai layak digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran interaktif bagi peserta didik yang sedang mempersiapkan diri menghadapi ujian JLPT dasar

Abstract

Kanker paru-paru merupakan salah satu jenis kanker paling mematikan di dunia dengan angkamorbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi. Deteksi dini memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkanpeluang kesembuhan, namun masih sering terkendala keterlambatan diagnosis. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk melakukan komparasi performa sembilan algoritma klasifikasi dalam mendeteksikanker paru-paru menggunakan aplikasi NusaMiner, yaitu AdaBoost, Artificial Neural Network(ANN), Decision Tree, Gradient Boosting, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Logistic Regression,Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Dataset yang digunakanberasal dari Kaggle, terdiri atas 309 record dengan 16 atribut yang mencakup faktor risiko dangejala pasien. Tahapan penelitian meliputi preprocessing data (data cleaning, encoding,normalisasi, dan pembagian data), pelatihan model, evaluasi performa menggunakan ConfusionMatrix, Classification Report, ROC Curve, dan AUC, serta pengujian aplikasi dengan metodeblackbox testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NusaMiner mampu memberikan akurasiyang tinggi dan stabil pada berbagai rasio pembagian data, dengan algoritma Gradient Boostingdan Random Forest menempati posisi terbaik dengan akurasi hingga 100% pada beberapaskenario. Dengan demikian, NusaMiner berpotensi menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mendukungdeteksi dini kanker paru-paru yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan mudah diimplementasikan dalampraktik pelayanan kesehatan.

Atsiri Women's Cooperative is a social community organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially engaged in medium and small businesses. While the membership of the Atsiri Citayem Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as the Cooperative Mothers, is every member of the community. Atsiri Women's Cooperative, Established on December 11, 2011, is located at Jl. Jalan Sedap Malam Raya no 45 Rt 01 RW 12 Atsiri Permai Housing, Ragajaya Village, Bojonggede District. Bogor Regency. Postal Code 16920, engaged in the field of All Kinds of Business. The problem of limited understanding of social media management that has not been carried out in optimization in the UMKM management environment. The use of social media used is still manual for sales information. Artificial intelligence has become the main focus in the development of computer systems that have the ability to resemble the function of the human brain. One of them is the development and utilization of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) as a tool to help work in various fields and in Kopwan Atsiri, One of which is through further training activities on the use of information technology, online marketing, business management, and other relevant aspects. So that the training and socialization carried out do not stop only in the scope of meetings, but can also be applied by the community in their daily business activities. In this context, the training aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the type of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), in providing customer service at Kopwan Atsiri. Through the implementation of direct implementation of practicing Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), which is the most efficient in the context of customer service. These results are expected to provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) in improving the effectiveness of customer service, as well as one solution in increasing knowledge, and making it easier to get fast information and provide a more accurate and strong understanding of efficiency.

Abstract

Café Gezellig in East Jakarta still relies on manual reservation methods through WhatsApp and Instagram, leading to operational inefficiencies, delayed confirmations, and low customer engagement. This study aims to develop a web-based reservation system integrated with a point-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature to enhance customer loyalty. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which involves users in every iteration stage, including baristas, cashiers, managers, and regular customers. The system was built using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL database, covering modules for table and room reservations, payment management, and loyalty point management. Software quality was evaluated using the ISO 9126 standard through a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) across six aspects, completed by five respondents from the café’s internal team (owner, manager, cashier, reservation admin, and waiter). The test results show functionality at 88%, reliability at 87.5%, usability at 86%, efficiency at 88.89%, portability at 88.75%, and maintainability at 93.75%, with an overall average score of 88.81% categorized as good. These findings indicate that the SIGEZEL system is feasible to replace manual processes, simplify reservation confirmations, improve staff operational efficiency, and support customer management through an integrated point program, thereby strengthening customer loyalty and increasing the likelihood of repeat purchases.

Abstract

In this selection of the best TikTok Content Creator using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. ROC and SAW were chosen because they are simple and efficient and can allow proper weighting of criteria and proper ranking. Many factors must be considered in choosing TikTok Content Creators. The selection of the best TikTok content creators is useful for helping audiences assess and select quality content and can add insight and entertainment that is useful for the future. Judging must also be based on predetermined criteria. There are five criteria that are assessed such as creativity, originality, content quality, interaction, ethics. The results of the assessment of each criterion will be normalised and the total weight calculated. The system will sort from the highest value as the first and last rank. With the existence of a decision support system that uses the ROC and SAW methods, it can make it faster and easier to make decisions to choose the best TikTok Content Creator according to predetermined criteria. Ranking results in applying the SAW method shown in table 5 above, the best alternative is the first rank produced, namely A10 with a final acquisition value of 0.956. The second rank is alternative A3 with a final value of 0.935 and the third rank is alternative A1 with a final value of 0.909.
