Abstract

UKK PUSBANGKI takes advantage of advances in information technology, namely by using the website (pusbangki.id) as a means to encourage the creation of visionary business cooperation programs. UKK PUSBANGKI has never conducted usability testing on the pusbangki.id website, so there is a need for usability testing to help evaluate the pusbangki.id website so as to assist in developing the website as one of the websites that has a major impact for UKK PUSBANGKI. The method used in this study is Cognitive Walkthrough, which aims to provide a tool to assess the usability of a system, and determine the causes of usability problems on websites. The results of the analysis show that task scenario 1 achieves a success rate of 90%, task scenario 2 achieves a success rate of 70%, task scenario 3 achieves a success rate of 100%, and task scenario 4 achieves a success rate of 60%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The M.TIX application has several features that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. There are still some user complaints against the currently operating M.TIX application. One of them concerns the look and feel of the UI/UX which seems old-fashioned and unattractive. The purpose of this study is to analyze user ratings of the M.TIX ticket purchasing function using the system usability scale (SUS) method and recommend user interface improvements to the original application. Data collection was carried out by distributing Likert scale questionnaires online via the Google form, where the number of research samples was 61 people. The results of this study indicate that the average SUS score for the ticket purchasing function of the M.TIX application is 68.5 which is included in the Very High, OK category and is given the title D. Based on this, UI/UX needs to be improved, and see also the performance of the application. M. TIX

Abstract

Rapid developments in the business world encourage organizations to be more adaptive and responsive in the face of challenges. To create new products and stay competitive with competitors, organizations need to plan carefully. Efficient project management and optimal use of resources are key to success in this regard. The Agile method has been recognized as an approach that can meet the needs of organizations in the face of rapid change. Therefore, this research will use the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to review and summarize previous studies related to the application of Agile methods in project management. After conducting a search with several conditions, the researcher collected journal articles, as many as 16 relevant journal articles were collected for review. The results of the study show that the application of Agile methods helps significantly in project management.

Abstract

A thorough examination of the deployment of blended learning after the COVID-19 pandemic is necessary to ensure its efficacy in enhancing the educational quality in higher education. The objective of this study is to identify the key elements that strongly impact the adoption of a blended learning system. It will be achieved by applying both the technology-organization-environment framework and the technology acceptance model. The study formulated eight hypotheses and administered online surveys on social media platforms to gather data from a total of 249 participants from four Islamic state universities. Analyzed data with the PLS methodology. The findings indicated that 92% of participants concurred that blended learning enhanced the quality of education. In addition, seven assumptions have been accepted, with the relationship between the technology context and the perceived ease of use in the blended learning system being the most relevant component. On the other hand, the PLS prediction results demonstrate that the suggested model possesses moderate predictive capability, as evidenced by its lower RMSE and MAE values in comparison to the linear regression model. Subsequent investigations should focus on analyzing the four blended learning models while taking into account factors such as teacher competence, educational systems, and social impacts.

Abstract

The rapid development of telemedicine has significantly transformed health services, leveraging technological sophistication to enhance medical consultations and treatments. Halodoc, a leading telemedicine application, has positively impacted the health sector. However, user reviews on the Google Play Store indicate issues that may affect user satisfaction and behavioral intention. Despite Millennials and Generation Z being major digital platform users, Generation X reports the highest satisfaction with telemedicine services. This study aims to validate the factors influencing and interrelating user satisfaction and behavioral intention in using the Halodoc application. Employing a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM data analysis, the study integrates the UTAUT 2 model with the Delone & McLean model. The results reveal that out of eight hypotheses, seven are supported, with Effort Expectancy on User Satisfaction being the only rejected hypothesis. The findings highlight that User Satisfaction significantly influences Behavioral Intention, underscoring the importance of enhancing user experience to improve telemedicine adoption.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) has an important role in increasing efficiency and providing benefits to decision making in various sectors. IT governance is important for organizational sustainability and performance. This research focuses on the Integrated Laboratory Center (PLT) FST UIN Jakarta which still depends on external parties for IT governance, creating potential risks and uncertainty in its operations. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the implementation of COBIT 2019 as a guide in identifying IT governance objectives that suit the needs of PLT FST UIN Jakarta. The research method used in this research involves the COBIT 2019 theoretical approach, with a focus on the goal cascade concept. This approach enables a systematic translation process of stakeholders' needs for IT systems into more specific goals and appropriate strategic steps. The results show eight COBIT 2019 domains that are relevant to IT governance objectives in PLT, which include APO02 (Managed strategy), APO08 (Managed relationships), APO10 (Managed vendors), APO11 (Managed quality), BAI04 (Managed availability and capacity), DSS01 (Managed operations), DSS03 (Managed problems(, and MEA02 (Managed system of internal control) The recommendations resulting from this research are designed to improve the performance and maturity of IT processes at PLT FST UIN Jakarta in accordance with the IT governance objectives that have been identified. This is expected to provide a stronger foundation for managing and optimizing the use of IT to support operations and achieve organizational goals more effectively.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi software Visual Studio Code, serta untuk menilai dan menganalisis seberapa baik Visual Studio Code memenuhi berbagai aspek usability menurut kriteria yang dikemukakan oleh Jakob Nielsen. Tujuan utama dari pengukuran usability adalah untuk memastikan bahwa perangkat lunak dapat digunakan dengan efisien, efektif, dan memuaskan oleh pengguna yang dituju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Nelsen's Attributes of Usability terdiri dari aspek learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, serta satisfaction. melibatkan 93 responden berjumlah 34,8% perempuan dan 65,2% laki laki. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pengguna Visual Studio Code. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Visual Studio Code memiliki nilai learnability, efficiency, dan memorability yang tinggi. Namun, nilai errors dan satisfaction masih tergolong rendah. Dari perolehan keseluruhan total evaluasi usability terdapat 3,06 % (Netral) dari penilaian sekala likert. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa software visual studio code mudah untuk digunakan, hanya saja perlu sedikit perbaikan pada tampilan yang dimiliki saat ini.

Abstract

Studi tentang sistem halal telah mendapatkan banyak perhatian dari kalangan peneliti maupun dari kalangan praktisi atau pelaku bisnis. Penerapan sertifikasi halal secara global tidak hanya berlaku secara eksklusif untuk produk makanan saja tetapi mencakup produk dan layanan jasa lainnya. Ini berarti penelitian tentang sistem halal mencakup area yang sangat luas yang memerlukan berbagai macam pendekatan penelitian (multi dimension approach) dan dalam konteks yang bervariasi. Meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen Muslim atas kewajiban agama mereka juga telah berkontribusi pada meningkatnya permintaan produk dan layanan halal. Akibatnya, permintaan terhadap produk makanan halal yang besar akan menyebabkan peningkatan pasokan untuk jaminan sertifikat dan logo Halal. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesadaran dan persepsi generasi milenial khususnya di wilayah perkotaan terhadap restoran bersertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima variabel ukur yaitu religious beliefs, self identity, religious commitment, attitude toward Halal Certified, dan social influences. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa religious commitment dan self identity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran dan persepsi generasi milenial pada Restoran Bersertifikat Halal. Hasil dan temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah khususnya kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dalam menerapkan kebijakan pada sistem sertifikasi halal ke depannya.

Abstract

In the context of the globalization of the halal industry, the Halal Inspection Institute (LPH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta faces challenges in improving halal certification services. This research develops a web-based information system with the integration of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's SiHalal using the REST API and Prototype model. The main goal is to increase LPH credibility, integrate the LPH system with SiHalal, and improve LPH operational management performance. The system development method used is the Prototype Model, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study to understand user needs. The first stage focuses on communication to understand needs, followed by rapid planning and prototype design. System implementation using JavaScript, NodeJs, and ReactJs. After a series of tests, the system resulted in effective integration with SiHalal and more efficient operational management. The research results include three prototypes. The first prototype focused on building an LPH profile website to increase credibility and access to information. The second prototype successfully integrated the LPH system with SiHalal, ensuring the efficiency and validity of audit reports. The third prototype adds report management, income/expenditure recording, and information updates, increasing LPH's operational efficiency.

Abstract

Koperasi Guru dan Karyawan MAN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan merupakan koperasi yang berfungsi untuk melayani kebutuhan simpan pinjam bagi para guru dan karyawan, baik yang berstatus PNS maupun honorer. Selama ini, pengelolaan data koperasi dilakukan secara manual melalui pencatatan di buku dan kemudian dipindahkan ke Microsoft Excel untuk kebutuhan pengolahan data dan pelaporan. Proses ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti keterlambatan layanan, kesulitan pencarian data, serta potensi kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam berbasis web yang diterapkan pada Koperasi Guru dan Karyawan MAN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dalam proses pengembangan sistem, digunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang berfokus pada kecepatan dan fleksibilitas pengembangan, serta pemodelan sistem dilakukan dengan bantuan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam berbasis web yang mampu mengelola data anggota, mencatat transaksi simpanan dan pinjaman, memproses angsuran, serta menyajikan laporan secara otomatis. Sistem ini juga dirancang untuk mempermudah akses informasi baik bagi pengurus koperasi maupun para anggotanya.
