Abstract

This study aims to identify validated constructs and their attributes that are used to assess the effectiveness of the public organization's information system functions. In this study, the function of information systems can be in the form of work units, groups of people, or individuals, who are given responsibility for an organization's information system. This study uses literature studies and in-depth interviews with individuals who are responsible for the development, management and operation of information systems in 5 public organizations in Semarang City, to identify 98 items measuring the effectiveness of information system functions. A total of 192 sample items were obtained from a survey of end users of information systems in 5 public organizations in Semarang City. Using principal component analysis and second-order confirmatory factor analysis methods, this study has succeeded in validating 4 main dimensions, namely: Institutional (3 factors), Service Quality (3 factors), System Quality (4 factors), and Individual and Organizational Benefits ( 4 factors). The final instrument can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of existing information system functions, and the results obtained can be used to determine the initial status of effectiveness and for benchmarking.

Abstract

This literature review uses a systematic review approach and bibliographic analysis. The data source is google scholar, and the search for article data uses PoP by using the terms: "co-creation", "co-create", "value-in-use" and service-dominant logic. The articles sampled are articles of the Q1 / Q2 category based on the Scimagojr. Books, book sections, conferences, Indonesian and foreign languages (except English) were not included as sample articles. The sample of articles is limited to the period 2014 – 2019. This literature review uses software assistance: Excel, PoP, Mendeley and VOS viewer. Co-creation or the perspective of service-dominant logic has received great attention by researchers and has been studied in a wide variety of research fields. The systematic review that was carried out resulted in several theories that were often used, namely, social exchange theory, social role theory, planned behavior theory, self-identity theory and self-determination theory. Co-creation as a study is implemented in various research contexts, such as: tourism, hospitality and so on. The authors with the most cited articles are: Lusch Nambisan (2015), with a total of 950 citations. Researchers who produced the most articles in the period 2014 - 2019 are Edvardsson, Bo (12 documents); Brodie, Roderick J. (7 documents). Co-creation variables are generally used as independent and dependent variables, but some researchers have used them as mediating and moderating variables. During the period the samples were taken, qualitative research dominated over empirical test research. The journal with the most prolific publication of articles is the Journal of Business Research. The most prolific publisher is Emeraldinsight.com. China is the country that most often research on co-creation. Co-creation research with a focus on dyadic relationships is still very limited.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work stress, and work discipline on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive data analysis techniques to determine symptoms of work stress and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect between variables. The population in this study were all employees of Dr's Clinique Batam, while the samples were 72 employees of Dr's Clinique Batam using a saturated sample. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work stress has a positive effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan selama pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif untuk mengetahui gejala stress kerja dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan Dr’s Clinique Batam, adapun yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 72 karyawan Dr’s Clinique Batam dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Keywords:Work environment, Work stress, Work discipline, Employee performance

Abstract

Entering the New Order government, the government carried out various ways to be able to increase the country's foreign exchange earnings, create job opportunities and create welfare for the people. Therefore, the government implemented a PIR pattern plantation improvement program linked to the transmigration program. However, this program run by the government did not succeed optimally because many transmigration residents lived their lives without any success in life and chose to return to their respective hometowns. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation, training and work ethic on the performance of plasma farmers in achieving success in transmigration communities. The population in this study were the original participants of the transmigration program which was implemented in 1995. The sample used was 98 respondents who were taken using the Non Probability Sampling method with saturated sampling with the analytical method using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that motivation, training and work ethic had a positive and significant effect on the performance of plasma farmers. Memasuki pemerintahan orde baru, pemerintah melakukan berbagai cara untuk bisa meningkatkan pendapatan devisa negara, menciptakan peluang kerja dan menciptakan kesejahteraan untuk rakyat. Oleh karena itu Pemerintah menjalankan sebuah program peningkatan perkebunan pola PIR yang dikaitkan dengan program transmigrasi. Namun program yang dijalankan pemerintah ini tidak berhasil dengan maksimal karena banyak penduduk transmigrasi yang menjalani kehidupan tanpa adanya keberhasilan hidup dan memilih untuk pulang ke kampung halaman masing-masing. Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, pelatihan dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja petani plasma dalam mencapai keberhasilan hidup masyarakat transmigrasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta asli program transmigrasi yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 1995. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 98 responden yang diambil dengan metode Non Probability Sampling dengan sampling jenuh dengan Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, pelatihan dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja petani plasma. Keywords:Work environment, Work stress, Work discipline, Employee performance

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi menciptakan berbagai inovasi baru dari para pelaku bisnis, yang termasuk di dalamnya yaitu kualitas layanan untuk pemesanan tiket dengan cara online. Pada terjadinya era digital, pelanggan memfokuskan pada nilai kepraktisan melalui memanfaatkan teknologi. Tujuan atas dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat melakukan pengembangan tipe penelitian mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji pengaruh mediasi kepuasan konsumen terhadap niat beli ulang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Dengan Kriteria responden berusia 20-30 tahun, yang menggunakan aplikasi yang berupa KAI Access dimana paling sedikitnya sebanyak 1 kali pernah melakukan transaksi. Proses analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwasanya kualitas layanan aplikasi mempengaruhi dengan positif signifikan kepada aspek kepuasan konsumen serta adanya niat membeli kembali. Kepuasan konsumen mempengaruhi dengan positif dan signifikan kepada niat yang berupa membeli ulang. Kepuasan pelanggan berhasil memberikan mediasi pada kualitas layanan aplikasi kepada niat beli ulangnya.Kata Kunci: kualitas layanan aplikasi, kepuasan konsumen, niat beli ulang, kemudahan penggunaan, kemudahan pemesanan, kegunaan informasi, keamanan & privasi, desain website.
