Abstract

Consumer purchase decisions for cosmetic products are influenced by various factors, including product quality and the impact of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM). In today's digital era, e-WOM has become one of the key elements shaping consumer perceptions of a product, especially in the highly competitive beauty industry. This study aims to examine and explain the role of e-WOM in moderating the influence of product quality on consumer purchase decisions. The research was conducted on consumers of Luxcrime Blur & Cover Two Way Cake in Denpasar City, with a sample size of 150 consumers obtained using a non-probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique employed was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the analysis indicate that: Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, e-WOM has a positive but not significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, and e-WOM moderates by strengthening the influence of product quality on consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management adalah kegiatan pengelolaan untuk mengintegrasikan jaringan rantai pasok mulai dari supplier sampai ke konsumen. SCOR model merupakan pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui efisien tidaknya jaringan rantai pasok tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja Supply Chain Management pada CV. Denara Duta Mandiri. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SCOR Model. Wawancara dan observasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode SCOR menunjukkan nilai POF sebesar 99,91%, OFCT selama 3 hari, COGS sebesar 48,43%, dan CTCCT selama 353 hari. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan teori Supply Chain Management menggunakan pendekatan SCOR Model yang baik, maka perusahaan dapat mengetahui kinerja perusahaan saat ini dibandingkan dengan perusahaan sejenis. Sehingga dapat melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan dalam peningkatan kinerja rantai pasoknya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of firm size, business risk, asset growth, profitability and liquidity on capital structure partially (Uj t). The sampling method with precision Slovin formula in this study was 5%, 300 samples obtained from 965 manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the period of 2008-2012. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results of the study showed that the size of the company, growth in assets, profitability and liquidity and significant positive effect on the capital structure of the business risks, while significant negative effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Kelancaran proses produksi perusahaan diperlukan untuk peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Hal tersebut akan berakibat pada output yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran proses produksi diantaranya yaitu layout dan penjadwalan produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh layout dan penjadwalan produksi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Layout dan penjadwalan produksi akan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kelancaran proses produksi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di workshop perusahaan Montys Handyman dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 42 orang karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Statistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa layout dan penjadwalan produksi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Implikasi yang dapat diambil pada penelitian ini secara teoritis selaras dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, dan dapat menjadi tambahan wawasan, refrensi, dan informasi yang mendukung bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh layout dan penjadwalan produksi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Secara praktis pihak perusahaan Montys Handyman dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas dengan melakukan penyusunan ulang layout, serta meningkatkan ketepatan tersedianya bahan baku dengan cara melakukan komunikasi lebih kepada supplier yang berkaitan dengan bahan baku produksi. The smoothness of the company's production processes is essential for enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency. This, in turn, impacts the company's output. Numerous factors influence the smoothness of production processes, including layout and production scheduling. This research aims to elucidate the influence of layout and production scheduling on production process smoothness. Both layout and production scheduling jointly affect the smoothness of production processes. The research was conducted at Montys Handyman company's workshop, involving a population and sample size of 42 employees. Data collection employed a validated and reliable questionnaire. Data analysis techniques encompassed Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results demonstrate that layout and production scheduling significantly and positively influence production process smoothness. The implications drawn from this research are theoretically aligned with prior studies, offering supplementary insights, references, and supportive information for future research concerning the impact of layout and production scheduling on production process smoothness. In practical terms, Montys Handyman can enhance flexibility through layout reconfiguration and improve raw material availability accuracy by engaging in more effective communication with suppliers related to production materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the determinants of customer loyalty in the restaurant industry and identify opportunities for future research. A systematic literature review was conducted using the PRISMA protocol, involving a final sample of 33 articles published between 2015 and 2024. The databases used include Scopus journals, with inclusion and exclusion criteria applied to ensure relevance and quality. Key factors influencing restaurant loyalty were identified, including satisfaction, service quality, and food quality, which are crucial for fostering long-term relationships and ensuring repeated patronage. Additional significant factors include brand image, price fairness, sensory experiences, sustainable practices, and customer engagement. Enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service, quality food, and positive dining experiences is paramount for building a loyal customer base. The study highlights key factors for improving customer loyalty in restaurants, such as satisfaction, service quality, and sustainable practices. It offers valuable insights for both academics and practitioners, suggesting future research on mobile food-ordering apps and sustainability. The findings emphasize the importance of understanding these factors to develop effective strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
