Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine: (1) how is the description of critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence and learning independence of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (2) whether there is an influence on the ability to think critically, emotional intelligence and independent learning together on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (3) whether there is a positive influence on the ability to think critically on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (4) whether there is a positive effect of emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (5) whether there is a positive effect of independent learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. This type of research is an ex-post facto research which is causality with a research sample of 57 students from class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa in the 2019/2020 school year using the sampling technique using cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence and learning independence of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa were in the good category while the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa were in very high criteria. (2) the ability to think critically, emotional intelligence and independent learning together have an effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sunggguminasa. (3) the ability to think critically has a positive effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (4) emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (5) independent learning has a positive effect on mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMengatasi tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh penduduk pedesaan adalah topik yang sangat menarik bagi pemasar, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti. Namun, hanya ada sedikit penelitian tentang bagaimana penduduk pedesaan menerima atau menolak teknologi digital baru. Dengan perubahan kekuatan ekonomi dan tingkat adopsi ketika komunitas digital tumbuh antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan, menjadi semakin penting bagi pemasar untuk memahami bagaimana mereka menggunakan teknologi dan bagaimana mereka menggunakan saluran digital. Agar pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan memahami sepenuhnya bentuk masa depan masyarakat digital berbasis data, penelitian perlu lebih mempertimbangkan dampaknya terhadap kelompok generasi yang berbeda dalam hal adopsi dan penggunaan teknologi digital oleh konsumen di daerah pedesaan.Melalui tinjauan multidisiplin literatur tentang orang-orang tradisional menggunakan lensa teoritis kelompok geografis, penulis mengidentifikasi tantangan penelitian utama, peluang, dan dampak bagi pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan. Kata Kunci : pemasaran digital; kebijakan publik; kesenjangan demografis; generasi; kesenjangan digital ABSTRACTAddressing the challenges posed by rural populations is a topic of great interest to marketers, policymakers, and researchers. However, there is little research on how rural residents accept or reject new digital technologies. With changing economic power and adoption rates as digital communities grow between urban and rural areas, it is becoming increasingly important for marketers to understand how they use technology and digital channels. For marketers and policymakers to fully understand the future shape of a data-driven digital society, research needs to consider its impact on different generational groups in terms of consumer adoption and use of digital technology in rural areas. Abstract

The training aims to provide insight, abilities, and skills of PAUD Luwu Timur teachers in graphing using excel software. The method used is to conduct lectures, practice, and discussions between teachers and the implementation team. The result of this training is that the teachers are skilled and proficient in using Microsoft excel features in drawing graphs or charts, including Bar charts, Scatter, Line charts, and Pie, the teachers are also pleased and interested in using the features possessed by Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap daya tahan kuliah di Universitas Terbuku. Konsep belajar mandiri dengan masa belajar yang dijalani bukan tidak mungkin mengalami kejenuhan sehingga produktivitas menyebabkan pudarnya daya tahan kuliah di Universitas Terbuka. Kepentingan dan kepuasan mahasiswa baik mahasiswa baru maupun mahasiswa dalam studi (on going) yang tidak terpenuhi menyebabkan berubah pikiran untuk tidak melanjutkan atau pindah ke perguruan tinggi lain. Kuliah menunut daya tahan, kecuali talenta dan bakat. Daya tahan akan mampu mengatasi waktu yang lama dan menghasilkan hasil yang besar atau maksimal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jumlah populasi 4277 dan sampel 155. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif retatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa enam layanan dan tiga puluh satu subindikator yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah layanan umum (90,64%), layanan registrasi (88,16%), layanan tutorial 88,55%), layanan praktik dan praktikum (88,19), layanan bahan ajar (83,85), dan layanan ujian akhir semester (88,27) dan total capaian persentase layanan sebesar 87,94%. Kepentingan dan kepuasan layanan yang diperoleh mahasiswa masih sekitar 12,11%. Implikasinya adalah dapat menjadi perhatian UPBJJ UT Makassar membenahi layanan-layanan akademik dan nonakademik dengan inovasi yang komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis persiapan tutor dalam pemberian tugas sesuai pedoman pemberian tugas TTM/Tuweb-UT; (2) menganalisis pemberian tugas sesuai pedoman pemberian tugas TTM/Tuweb-UT; (3) menganalisis tindak lanjut dari pemberian tugas sesuai pedoman pemberian tugas TTM/Tuweb-UT; dan (4) menganalisis tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap pemberian dan penilaian tugas TTM/Tuweb. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto yang dilaksanakan bulan Maret – Desember 2020. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang diolah dengan statistik non parametrik. Sampel penelitian ada 63 dari 364 tutor yang bertugas di UPBJJ-UT Makassar masa registrasi 2020/2020.1. Pada era pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020 ini, pengambilan data secara langsung dilakukan di pokjar kabupaten Luwu Timur, Pinrang, dan Toraja Utara sedangkan pokjar lain diberikan angket via google form. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert dengan 4 skala yaitu Sangat Tidak Setuju; Tidak setuju; Setuju; dan sangat setuju terhadap 15 item pernyataan pada instrumen penelitian ini. Data hasil angket diolah dengan statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil verifikasi dokumen tugas tutorial sebanyak 63 tutor ada sebanyak 54% yang lengkap, sedangkan 46% tutor yang tidak lengkap dokumen tugas tutorialnya dan menjadi pertimbangan untuk penugasan berikutnya. Hasil perhitungan descriptive dengan SPSS 23 diperoleh nilai skor total tertinggi dari seluruh item yaitu 3.412. Berdasarkan tabel kriteria kedisiplinan, tutor yang bertugas di UPBJJ-UT Makassar tergolong = sangat disiplin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Tutorial Tatap Muka Mahasiswa Non-Pendas dan Non PGPAUD di UPBJJ UT Makassar. Secara spesifik penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan relevansi latar belakang pendidikan, kesiapan Kit tutorial tutor, dan kompetensi tutor, dengan prestasi belajar. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 55 orang dan jumlah sampel 35 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik monitoring dan dokumentasi. Data dianlisis dengan bantuan fasilitas IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat 62,85% tutor yang memberikan tutorial tidak relevan dengan latar belakang pendidikannya, (2) kesiapan Kit tutorial tutor 64,68%, (3) kompetensi tutor > 3.00 sebesar 66%, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara relevansi latar belakang pendidikan dengan prestasi belajar, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kesiapan Kit tutorial tutor dengan prestasi belajar, (6) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kompetensi tutor dengan prestasi belajar, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara relevansi latar belakang pendidikan, kesiapan Kit tutorial tutor, dan kompetensi tutor, dengan prestasi belajar koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,722.

Abstract

The training on making diamonds from raw materials of Jawawut is based on the abundant production of Jawawut in this area and is used as bird feed. A small portion is traditionally processed as a snack that cannot last long. This training aims to provide knowledge, understanding and skills to the people of the Selayar Islands to process Jawawut raw materials become diamond-jawawut that last a long time so that they become people's food and can support the community's economy. This training was carried out for 3 (three) consecutive months, starting from June – August 2020, the participants of this training were 22 people, consisting of the Village Head, and staff, PKK members, entrepreneurs in the Selayar Islands Regency. Participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training, the results obtained by participants have understood, mastered and skilled in processing millet raw materials into diamonds that can last a long time as a source of additional income, can also be consumed by the local community and used as gifts for tourists both locally and abroad. Abstrak Pelatihan pembuatan wajik dari bahan baku jawawut dilandasi oleh produksi jawawut di daerah ini melimpah dan dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan burung, Sebagian kecil diolah secara tradisonal sebagai penganan yang tidak dapat bertahan lama. Olehnya itu pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat kepulauan selayar mengolah bahan baku jawawut menjadi wajik-jawawut yang bertahan lama sehingga menjadi bahan pangan masyarakat dan dapat menjadi penopang perekonomian masyarakat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan berturut-turut, dimulai Juni – Agustus 2020, peserta pelatihan ini sebanyak 22 orang, yang terdiri dari Kepala Desa, dan staf, anggota PKK, pengusaha di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan, hasil yang diperoleh peserta telah memahami, menguasai serta terampil mengolah bahan baku jawawut menjadi wajik yang dapat bertahan lama sebagai sumber penghasilan tambahan, juga dapat dikomsumsi oleh masyarakat setempat dan dijadikan oleh-oleh bagi wisatawan baik lokal maupun manca negara.

Abstract

This research aims to develop website-based digital teaching materials for junior high school mathematics in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The current teaching materials are still manual although some are already in digital form. This type of research is development research or known as Research and Development (R & D). To achieve this goal, the process of developing this device will use the Plomp Development Model consisting of the preliminary investigation phase; design phase; realization/construction phase; test, evaluation and revision phase; and implementation. The implementation of this research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Barru, South Sulawesi Province. The validation results obtained are the level of media feasibility in terms of usability (82.5%); functionality (83.3%); and Visual Communication (73.3%) with an average feasibility level of 80% or in other words the feasibility level of this media is in the "FEASIBLE" category. The results of the media expert assessment show that SchooLearn in terms of all aspects can be declared valid, but there are still suggestions for improvement that need to be considered for the perfection of the developed device.

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning by utilizing graphic media in the teaching and learning process in Mariowawo District, Soppeng Regency. Guidance on the design and development of graphic learning media in elementary schools in Marioriwawo District, as a community service activity (PkM) lecturers in collaboration with partners UPTD Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The implementation method is carried out face-to-face (offline) and online and supported by WhatsApp group. Implementing face-to-face activities by doing group work and individual assignments. Mentoring and monitoring evaluation of activity implementation. Increasing the capacity of teachers by designing and designing graphic media, carried out in stages by starting participants to choose a field of study then designing graphic media to support learning materials according to the subject matter. The results of the activity, participants increased their knowledge, skills, and ability to design and create graphic media by utilizing materials around their environment showed good results. Abstrak Meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memanfatkan media grafis dalam proses belajar mengajar di Kecamatan Mariowawo Kabupaten Soppeng. Pembimbingan desain dan pengembangan media pembelajaran grafis di SD di Kecamatan Marioriwawo, sebagai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dosen bekerjasama dengan mitra UPTD Kecamatan Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara tatap muka (luring) dan (daring) online dan ditunjang whatsApp group. Pelaksanakan kegiatan tatap muka dengan melakukan kerja kelompok dan tugas perorangan. Pendampingan dan monitoring evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Peningkatan kapasitas guru dengan merancang dan mendesain media grafis, dilakukan secara bertahap dengan memulai peserta memilih bidang studi kemudian merancang media grafis dengan untuk mendukung materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan pokok bahasan. Hasil kegiatan, peserta meningkat pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan mendesaian merancang dan membuat media grafis dengan memanfaatkan materi yang ada disekitar lingkungannya menunjukkan hasil yang baik.
