Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of parental anxiety when children interact socially during the Covid-19 pandemic in the work area of the Beringin Raya Public Health Center, Bengkulu City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the description of the level of anxiety of parents when their children interacted socially during the COVID-19 pandemic from 45 respondents, the category of not being anxious was five respondents (11.1%), mild anxiety was 37 respondents (82.2%), and moderate anxiety was three respondents. (6.7%). In conclusion, the description of the level of anxiety of parents when children interact socially during the COVID-19 pandemic in the work area of the Beringin Raya Public Health Center in Bengkulu City is mainly classified as mild anxiety. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of slow deep breathing exercise on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Telaga Dewa Health Center work area, Bengkulu City. This research method is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design. The results of univariate analysis obtained that the average respondent was 64 years old, with the majority gender being female, namely seven respondents (53.3%). Most respondents have a family history of hypertension, as many as 12 respondents (80%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p-value <0.05. In conclusion, there is a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after slow deep breathing intervention in hypertension sufferers in the Telaga Dewa Health Center Work Area, Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on the development of elementary school-age children at SD Negeri 26 Pagar Alam City. The research design used is a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach, 15 informants were taken by Stratified Random Sampling based on inclusion criteria. The instrument used is an in-depth interview guide related to the aspects studied. The results of the study obtained 3 themes, 1) Aspects of Cognitive/Language Development of Children, 2) Aspects of Children's Motor Development, 3) Aspects of Children's Socio-Emotional Development. In conclusion, the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Child Development has a bad impact because online learning creates a lack of stimulation that can improve children's language, motor and socio-emotional development. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the combination of nebulizer therapy and guided imagery affects respiratory frequency in patients with asthmatic status. The research design used in this study was Queasy Experimental in one intervention group. The results of the study showed that p-value = 0.02, with 0.02 < 0.05 meaning that there was an effect of the combination of nebulizer therapy and guided imagery on reducing the respiratory frequency in patients with asthmatic status in the emergency room at M. Yunus Hospital, Bengkulu City. In conclusion, a combination of nebulizer therapy and guided imagery reduces respiratory frequency in patients with asthmatic status in the emergency room at M. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of diabetes self-management education (DSME) on the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.This study used pre experimental design with one group pre and posttest with 15 respondents. The result analysis there were mostly 8 (53,3%) who were 56-70 years old, most of them were 14 (93,3%) female, mostly 8 (53,3%) Who had junior high school education, most of whom were 9 (60.0%) who 1-5 years suffering from diabetes, before DSME did the lowest quality of life score was 86 and the highest was 99, the average was 90.93, People after the DSME lowest life quality score was 88 and the highest was 105, the average was 98.67. The average quality of life after treatment has increased with the difference in the mean score of quality of life by using DSME (p = 0,000) in Bengkulu City Pasar Ikan Puskesmas Working Area. In Conclusion, There is an influence of Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) on the quality of life of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the work area of ​​the Pasar Ikan Health Center, Bengkulu City.   Keywords: Self Management Education (DSME), Quality of Life
