Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between peers and access to pornographic media on adolescent sexual behavior at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The research method used is analytical survey research with a cross-sectional approach. The results of the study show that univariate analysis calculations can explain that the actions of respondents' peers have little influence on the sexual behavior of adolescent respondents (52.1%), the majority (37.5%) of respondents rarely access pornographic media, and as many as 82.3% of respondents never carry out this behavior. In conclusion, there is no relationship between peers and access to pornographic media on adolescent sexual behavior. Keywords: Pornographic Media, Sexual Behavior, Teenagers, Peers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the experience of asthma sufferers in managing status asthmaticus. This research design uses a qualitative phenomenological study approach. The results of this research obtained 3 (three) aspects, namely the knowledge aspect of participants knowing that asthma is characterized by shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing and difficulty breathing, which is caused by allergies and hereditary factors. In the psychological aspect, the impact of the attack was felt by participants as anxious, silent, pain in the lungs and shortness of breath. In the aspect of home management during a recurrence, namely taking medication, spraying an inhaler, if it doesn't resolve, take him to the hospital. In conclusion, the experience of asthma sufferers in managing asthma in the knowledge aspect is good status, the psychological aspect of the impact of attacks is felt by anxiety and in the management aspect they have taken initial action during a relapse. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using swaddling and skin wrap in regulating the body temperature of premature babies in the NICU room of RSHD Kota Bengkulu. The research method used is quasi-experimental with the design of this study using two group pretest posttest. The results showed that the average body temperature of premature babies in the NICU room of RSHD Kota Bengkulu before using swaddling was 35.890C. After using swaddling the average body temperature of premature babies increased to 37.04oC. The average body temperature of premature babies before using skin wrap was 35.930C and after using skin wrap the average body temperature of premature babies increased to 37.180C. The results of the analysis using paired sample t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, the use of swaddling and skin wrap is effective in regulating the body temperature of premature babies in the NICU room of RSHD Kota Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of mothers' knowledge and education regarding immunization. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research design using descriptive methods. The results of the study showed that mothers' knowledge about immunization was the highest at 69 (67.0%). The majority of mothers' education was 72 respondents (69.9%). The study concludes that mothers' knowledge and education affect immunization. Keywords: Toddlers, Immunization, Education, Knowledge
