This study aims to determine the Z generation digital native of Instagram social media account owners with public features that have a tendency to develop integrated account owners, through the use of multimedia broadcasts and the potential to promote visual works in the creative industry. The data collection period was observed by observing the posting of the respondent's portfolio on the feed from May - September 2020. The research design was correlational quantitative research between the Characteristics of Generation Z (X1), Social Media Broadcast (X2) and Creative Industry Integrated Development Multimedia (Y) variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the ability of Generation Z Characteristics in processing learning outcomes with the use of social media. Broadcast is integrated into a part of promoting portfolios in Creative Industry Integrated Development. Research data from a population of 180, of which there are 91 generation Z, and 20 accounts with Digital Native characteristics with public settings, taken as the research sample. The results obtained 1) Generation Z tends to have Digital Native Characteristics obtained as much as 84%, 2) Generation Z tends to have digital native characteristics that carry out the activity of Social Media Broadcast as much as 84%, 3) There is a native digital indicator of Generation Z doing Integrated Creative Industry Development for 88%. 4) Producing an accredited national publication research journal indexed.Keywords: Sosial Media broadcast, Multimedia, Creative Industry, Digital Native, Z Generation

PT Hero Supermarker Tbk merupakan pasar swalayan (supermarket) terbesar di Indonesia, melihat kondisi tersebut keberhasilan perusahaan untuk dapat mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tidak lepas dari upaya pihak perusahaan untuk mengadakan proses seleksi yang baik.Dimana dengan adanya ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku dalam merekrut seseorang agar dapat menghasilkan satu kelompok pelamar yang memenuhi syarat untuk bekerja di perusahaan tersebut.Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengetahui proses seleksi seorang karyawan di PT Hero Supermarket Tbk sehingga memilki karyawan yang berkualitas dan professional sesuai dengan bidangnya agar dapat terus meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas perusahaan.Keyword :Seleksi, Karyawan, Kualitas dan Kemampuan

Technological development supports the rapid growth of online shops. Online shopping has now become a lifestyle and habit for many people due to the convenience offered. Customers need to be more careful in making purchase decisions, including the decision to purchase NIKE preloved products at Brandedfashi online shops in Bandung. This study focused on the customer's decision to purchase preloved NIKE products. It aims to identify the impact of product quality, price, and brand perception on the decision to purchase preloved online shop products. This study used a quantitative method involving a sample of 100 respondents. The data obtained from the respondents were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results show that the Fisher (F) test of the product quality, price, and brand views affect purchasing decisions of preloved NIKE products from Brandedfashi online shop. Quality is a significant aspect influencing the decision to purchase preloved products as Brandedfashi. Brand images are influenced by integrity, applied strategies, and customer perceptions. To increase customer satisfaction with preloved products, it is important to improve the advertising methods, packaging, and price compliance.

This research was conducted at the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic, Business Administration Study Program for the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year in November 2019 to March 2020 with treatment given for 8 (eight) meetings including the initial test and final test using the experimental method, while the research design was design. treatment by level 2 x 2. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in learning outcomes of archiving subjects in office administration students, between students who studied PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning strategies and students who studied withlearning strategies CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) and The interaction between learning strategies and early office administration skills on learning outcomes of archiving subjects. The influence oflearning strategies PBL (Problem Based Learning) is higher for students who have a low level of initial ability than thelearning strategy CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) on archiving learning outcomes. Students with low initial abilities usinglearning strategies PBL (Problem Based Learning) will be better at solving problems with group friends. So that thelearning strategy PBL (Problem Based Learning) has a greater influence on students who have a low initial ability level compared to using thelearning strategy CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning). To improve archival learning outcomes for students at the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic, office administration majors that have high initial abilities uselearning strategies. PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning outcomes are higher, as well as for students who have low initial abilities, their learning outcomes can be improved by followinglearning strategies. PBL (Problem Based Learning), in general, to improve the learning outcomes of LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic students, office administration majors can be done using thelearning strategy. PBL (Problem Based Learning).

The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of Human Resources in conducting job interviews which is the first door for someone to get a job. It is hoped that the key to successful training in preparing for administration and job interviews using English and Indonesian can improve the ability of participants in preparing the administration needed to apply for jobs and also the ability of participants to conduct job interviews using both Indonesian and English. The method used is through presentation and practice (drilling). Thus, students from State PKBM 23 Central Jakarta will gain experience on how to conduct job interviews. Kurikulum memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis dan berfungsi sebagai penjabaran dari visi, misi, dan tujuan pendidikan pada instansi pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran teknologi pendidikan dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pustakan atau System Literature Review (SLR). Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya dalam literatur penelitian. Literatur yang digunakan adalah literatur dari hasil penelitian atau kajian yang disajikan dalam artikel ilmiah. Semua artikel yang digunakan bersumber dari mesin pencari literasi data elektronik Mendeley dan Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran teknologi pendidikan dalam kurikulum merdeka sangat memberikan pengaruh yang positif dalam mengaplikasikan dan mengimplementasikan teknologi dalam konsep merdeka belajar secara nyata.

Pembelajaran STEAM mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan menganalisis informasi. Melalui eksperimen, proyek, dan tugas-tugas kreatif, siswa belajar untuk menyusun argumen, membuat prediksi, dan mengevaluasi hasil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran STEAM pada kelas rendah di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pustakan atau Literature Review. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya dalam literatur penelitian. Literatur yang digunakan adalah literatur dari hasil penelitian atau kajian yang disajikan dalam artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan literature review dari beberapa artikel kesimpulan pada artikel ini adalah pembelajaran STEAM di kelas rendah khususnya di sekolah dasar mmerupakan pembelajaran kontekstual, dimana anak diajak untuk memahami kejadian yang terjadi dalam ruang lingkup kehidupan sehingga anak mengeksplorasi semua kemampuan yang dimilikinya dan memunculkan karya yang berbeda dari individu maupun kelompok. Kolaborasi, Kerjasama, dan komunikasi diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran karena STEAM dilakukan secara berkelompok untuk merangsang kemamampu bertanggung jawab dan memecahkan masalah baik personal ataupun interpersonal terhadap pembelajaran serta mampu mengkonstruk pemahaman terhadap materi yang disampaikan.

This study aims to determine what factors influence the decision to purchase tickets online at Traveloka. The public's need for transportation is so high, especially in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The limited space for people to carry out activities requires people to carry out activities online. In marketing activities, brand image and price become a reference for people to make purchases. For this reason, the company is expected to be able to improve public services and convenience in transacting through brand image and pricing. This study uses quantitative methods with a population of 78 consumers. The distribution of questionnaires is done by using google forms to make it easier to get consumer data. The results of the F test are known that the calculated F value is 191.704 > F table 3.15, which means that there is a significant influence between brand image and price on purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression value obtained Y = 3.440 + 0.171 X1 + 1.442 X2 where the most influential variable on purchasing decisions is the price variable.

Based on government data, one of the contributors to the unemployment rate is vocational school graduates due to a lack of mastery in several new technologies, especially the digitization of archives. So, through this community service program, the Jakarta LP3I Politkenik has increased the ability to digitize archives for vocational school teachers in Cikarang. for MGMP Vocational School Teachers Department of Business Services Management (MPLB) Cikarang. This training aims to improve additional soft skills and hard skills and develop teaching skills for teachers. In the digital era, correspondence is an inseparable part. The use of digital letters should be done to reduce paper use and speed up the process of letters reaching the recipient. This training aims to create digital letters, archive letters, and send letters in digital form. The training was attended by 105 Vocational School Teachers who are members of the Cikarang MGMP Department (MPLB). The methods used are planning, implementation and observation. Apart from that, the cooperative learning method is used which aims to make participants active. The training evaluation was very good training, in terms of material and speakers. For the next program, a team was created to assist Cikarang MGMP Vocational School Teachers Department of Business Services Management (MPLB) regarding creating digital letters. Correspondence is an inseparable part of the Village Apparatus. The use of digital mail should have been done to reduce paper use and speed up., Key words: Training, Digitalization Archives

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and programs designed to improve critical thinking skills in individuals in preparation for further education and facing the challenges of the world of work. This research was conducted involving a group of participants consisting of vocational school students who were in class The research methods used include literature analysis, surveys, observations and implementation of special training programs focused on developing critical thinking. Surveys were conducted before and after the training to measure changes in participants' critical thinking abilities. Survey results and qualitative data from training sessions were analyzed to evaluate the program's impact. The conclusion of this research and community service activity is that OTKP Vocational School students can improve their ability to think critically so they can make decisions in the future whether they choose to continue their education at college or choose to look for work. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic as one of the tertiary institutions has an active role in providing understanding to the community so that people know more about vocational education.
