Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan sejauh mana penguasaan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UNSAM terhadap materi Integral dengan cara memberikan seperangkat tes yang berisi sejumlah soal tertulis. Kemudian juga untuk menentukan alternatif pembelajaran agar mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika angkatan berikutnya mampu menguasai dan tidak mengulangi kesalahan yang sama. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Samudra untuk satu unit kelas Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 25 orang. Secara umum penguasaan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UNSAM terhadap soal teknik pengintegralan masih rendah. Persentase skor rata-rata terhadap skor maksimal ideal yang dapat dicapai oleh mahasiswa masing dibawah 50%, yaitu 53,12 (53,12 %). persentase mahasiswa didominasi pada klasifikasi kurang menguasai dan tidak menguasai.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to provide an explanation of the teacher's strategy in fostering the morals of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students. This study uses a type of qualitative research with the intention to understand the phenomenon of the things experienced by research subjects in a descriptive way. The research was carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation, and completion. The research subjects were teachers of the Akidah Akhlak subject, students, and parents of class 5A MI Al Fithrah Surabaya. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the strategy used by Akidah Akhlak teachers in fostering akhlakul karimah class 5A students through the 8C program at MI Al Fithrah Surabaya. This program is very helpful in building children's character so that akhlakul karimah can be formed through habituation. The teacher's obstacle in implementing this strategy is the difficulty of directly monitoring the development and evaluation of students. Constraints experienced by students, namely the limitations of the learning process directly with the teacher and the lack of support from parents at home. The solution to this obstacle includes actively involving parents in raising awareness, responsibility, and discipline in their children.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research explores the influence of leadership on employee performance in companies. A quantitative approach was used to analyze data from employee surveys and performance evaluations in several companies. Findings indicate that effective leadership is positively related to employee performance. Leadership that provides clear direction, adequate support, and facilitates employees' professional development tends to create a productive and satisfying work environment. The practical implications of this research highlight the importance of developing competent and employee-oriented leadership in achieving organizational goals. Further studies could explore additional factors that influence the relationship between leadership and employee performance. The results obtained from this research: leadership has no direct effect on employee performance, work ability also has no direct effect on employee performance, but trust has a direct positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership and work ability directly have a positive effect on trust.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar LKS berbasis cerita bergambar materi kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan sangat layak. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan menggunakan metode ADDIE dengan lima tahap pengembangan, yaitu: analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Jenis diambil dari kelayakan dan kualitas media. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket validasi untuk mengukur kelayakan media dan respon siswa untuk mengukur kualitas media. Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 12 siswa kelas V SD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS berbasis cerita bergambar materi kegiatan ekonomi mayarakat Indonesia memenuhi kriteria valid dan sangat layak dengan persentase validator ahli materi sebesar 86,45%, ahli media sebesar 90,13%, dan praktisi sebesar 91,80%, persentase uji coba satu-satu adalah 84,16%, dan uji coba terbatas mendapatkan skor persentase 87,29. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS berbasis cerita bergambar sudah layak digunakan.
