Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan konsep Tri Hita Karana di The Trans Resort Bali. Informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proporsional Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, karyawan The Trans Resort Bali memiliki persepsi bahwa rata-rata indikator penilaian dari variabel konsep Tri Hita Karana yang diterapkan di The Trans Resort Bali dikategorikan baik. Penerapan konsep Tri Hita Karana di The Trans Resort Bali sudah diterapkan dengan baik, namun ada beberapa dari indikator penilaian dari konsep Tri Hita Karana yang belum terpenuhi seperti: tidak adanya Sosialisasi Tri Hita Karana kepada Wisatawan yang menginap di Hotel, tidak memiliki Program Tertulis tentang kegiatan Dharma Tula atau Ceramah Agama/tentang Tri Hita Karana, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Lokal yang masih rendah serta belum tingginya Keanekaragaman Flora dilingkungan Hotel. Hasil dari analisis tersebut dirumuskan menjadi strategi alternatif. Ada beberapa strategi SWOT yang sudah dimodifikasi yang dapat disarankan untuk menerapkan konsep Tri Hita Karana dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Adapun strategi penerapan konsep Tri Hita Karana yang dapat diterapkan di The Trans Resort Bali yaitu: Strategi Menerapkan Program Tertulis Tri Hita Karana (Parhyangan), Strategi Memberdayakan Tenaga Kerja Lokal (Pawongan), dan Strategi Mengembangbiakan segala jenis Flora di Lingkungan Hotel (Palemahan). Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaku yang menunjang tercapainya tujuan. Sumber daya manusia dikatakan produktif apabila dapat menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab tepat waktu. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini memilih lokasi di Komaneka Bisma dikarenakan persentase okupansi kamar di Komaneka Bisma pada tahun 2019 mengalami fluktuatif apabila dilihat dari bulan februari sampai mei di tahun 2019 dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Komaneka Resorts, Komaneka Bisma. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan 112 kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan operasional di Komaneka Bisma Ubud. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, hipotesis (uji t), dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for Windows versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan di Komaneka Bisma Ubud. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 46% variabel motivasi kerja. Uji t pada variabel motivasi kerja (X), menunjukan bahwa nilai t-hitung dengan nilai 9,688 lebih besar daripada t-tabel dengan nilai 1.981 serta nilai signifikansi variabel X sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil daripada nilai signifikansi alpha sebesar 0,025, bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dan variabel motivasi kerja (X) memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan layak menjadi variabel penentu produktivitas karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 46% variabel motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata terjadi hampir di seluruh Bali yang menyebabkan ketatnya persaingan akomodasi terutama hotel. Hotel adalah salah satu akomodasi yang digemari oleh wisatawan sebagai tempat menginap selama liburan. Wisatawan yang datang ke Bali berasal dari berbagai Negara salah satunya adalah China. Jumlah wisatawan China yang datang belakangan ini cukup besar namun, tidak banyak sumber daya manusia yang dapat berbahasa Mandarin. Bahasa Mandarin adalah bahasa utama dari Republik Rakyat China. Hal ini juga terjadi di Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa, Kabupaten Badung. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap body languages karyawan frontliner di Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa. Jenis data yan digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara terstruktur, kuesioner, studi kepustakaan/dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dengan 100 responden yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi body language dalam berkomunikasi dengan wisatawan China meliputi gerakan kinesik, gerakan mata, touching, dan paralanguage. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap body language karyawan yaitu dari 11 pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada 100 reponden, skor rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 3.71 termasuk kategori setuju. Abstract

The research is located at Peliatan Village Ubud Bali. The purpose of this research is 1) to identify the potential of natural tourism at Peliatan Village Ubud, 2) to examine contribution of the development of natural tourism to the local community's economy at Peliatan Village Ubud, 3) to formulate the natural tourism development model at Peliatan Village Ubud. The results showed that the potentials of natual tourism at Peliatan Village are a natural panorama, river, springs, rice fields, flora and fauna. Natural tourism activities that can be developed are tracking, cycling, rural tourism, outbound tours, camping tours, natural education tours, flora and fauna observation tours. The contribution of natural tourism to the local community economy is to directly open new jobs for the community, such as tour guides, ticket guards, parking attendants, Balinese food and beverages sellers, business men on food stalls / restaurants, lodging, making souvenirs, Balinese food, making camping, other outbound activities. It is directly improving the ability of the community to save, sending children to a higher level education. It indirectly could increase income of local community, attract investors to build hotels and inns. Natural tourism development model at Peliatan Village is a SO Strategy: developing new tourist attraction, cooperating with Balinese investors from outside the area to develop natural tourism attraction, penetrating foreign tourist market on special interest in nature, developing potential market of foreign tourists being interested in natural tourism, establishing cooperation with travel agent / wholesaler of special interest tourist market, developing tourism event, and developing micro business. WO Strategy: improving the quality of the natural environment by maintaining the cleanliness of the natural environment, training natural tourist guides, providing broader and more interesting natural tourism information, designing exciting natural tourism packages, developing private-community partnerships, providing and mapping potential diversity data at tourist destination. Strategy ST: reforestating, controlling erosion, analyzing the influence of the behavior of number of tourist, waste generated, developing plans, protecting regional agreement, cooperating with tourism actors and stakeholders, ensuring the security of Peliatan Village. WT Strategy: counseling, formulating, and implementing Code of Conduct (COC) product of marketed natural attraction, strengthening organization or association of entrepreneurs and tourism professionals, establishing and / or strengthening of organization of village organization to prevent environmental degradation, coaching community on green tourism, and doing research on natural tourism and its impact on local communities. Abstract

Aims of this study were identifying the potential of nature tourism, assessing the economic contribution to the local community and formulating a model of eco-tourism development in Peliatan village, Ubud, Bali. Results of this research showed that the potential of nature tourism were: natural landscapes, rivers, water springs, rice fields, flora and fauna. The nature tour activities that can be developed were as follows: trekking, cycling, rural tourism, outbound travel, camping, educational nature tours, and flora and fauna viewing. Source of contribution directly to the local economy were from jobs as tour guides, ticketing, palet parking, selling Balinese food, from stalls / restaurants, lodging/accomodation, souvenirs, camping, and outbound activities. The ability of saving money has made it possible for the parents to pay more money for higher education of their children. Tourism activities have contributed indirectly on increasing income for the regency in general, and also have attracted investors to build hotels. Model development of nature tourism in Peliatan village was as follows: For SO Strategy: develop new attractions, developing cooperation with investors for development of natural tourist attractions, penetrating foreign markets (for nature), in cooperation with travel agents, development tourism events, and development of micro-enterprises. The WO strategies were such as: improving the quality of the environment, nature conservation, training guides, providing more interesting information for visitors, arranging nature travel packages, developing public-private partnerships, and mapping of potential tourist destinations. For ST Strategies including: reforestation, erosion control, analyse behavior of tourists, waste management, protection of the area, which was undertaken in cooperation with tourists, and stakeholders, as well as to ensure the safety. For WT Strategies including: to do counseling, to formulate CoC, strengthening organizations, preventing environmental degradation, certification of tourism workers, community development, as well as research for nature tourism.

Abstract

In recent years, using technology is very important in learning activities, so everyone must be able to use technology wisely. This study describes the potential impact of project-based e-learning on the academic achievement of fourth-semester students in curriculum development courses. This type of research is quantitative, using an experimental research design. The methods used to collect data are observation and tests. The instruments used in collecting data are observation sheets and test questions. The research subjects were 30 students. The data obtained were initially planned to be analyzed using the correlational sample t-test analysis technique. However, because the research data were not normally distributed, the research data were finally analyzed using non-parametric statistical analysis. The results of the data analysis show that first, there are no students whose posttest scores are lower than the pretest scores. Second, there were 23 students whose scores increased from the pretest to the posttest. Third, 6 students experienced identical scores from the pretest to the posttest. It was concluded that there were significant differences in student academic achievement in curriculum development courses before and after implementing project-based e-learning.

Abstract

Keberadaan akomodasi dalam perkembangan pariwisata pada suatu daerah sangatlah penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan akan tempat tinggal selama melakukan perjalanan wisata. Adanya akomodasi akan memotivasi wisatawan untuk tinggal lebih lama di daerah tujuan wisata, dengan harapan akan mampu memberikan keuntungan kepada masyarakat lokal. Banjar Dinas Pengasahan merupakan salah satu daerah pariwisata yang sedang berkembang. Adanya pembangunan akomodasi di Banjar Dinas Pengasahan yang sudah berlangsung selama 20 tahun tentu akan membawa perubahan pada sosial ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak perkembangan akomodasi terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Banjar Dinas Pengasahan. Serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya perubahan tersebut. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumen. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah narasumber sebanyak 3 orang yaitu Sekertaris Desa Lalanglinggah, Kelian Adat Banjar Adat Pengasahan dan Kelian Dinas Banjar Dinas Pengasahan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Hasil menunjukan bahwa perkembangan akomodasi membawa dampak sosial ekonomi pada masyarakat Banjar Dinas Pengasahan. Dampak positif yang paling dirasakan oleh masyarakat adalah adanya perubahan pada mata pencaharian masyarakat, adanya pengembangan aktivitas ekonomi lainnya, terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan serta peluang untuk berwirausaha, sumber revenue bagi daerah dan yang terakhir memacu pengembangan lahan yang kurang produktif. sedangkan dampak negatif yang paling dirasakan oleh masyarakat adalah adanya ketergantungan pendapatan pada jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Faktor-faktor yang paling dirasakan mendorong terjadinya perubahan adalah adanya kontak dengan budaya lain dan adanya ketidakpuasan terhadap bidang-bidang kehidupan tertentu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai motivasi kerja karyawan akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik karyawan, untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik karyawan dengan motivasi kerja karyawan di Hotel Grand Barong Resort Kuta. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Jalan Legian, Poppies Line 2, Kuta, Bali. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik penentuan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 53 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, skala likert, dan analisis crosstab. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa karakteristik karyawan didominasi berjenis kelamin laki-laki, menikah, berusia 20-35th, pendidikan SMU/SMK. Motivasi kerja karyawan di hotel Grand Barong Resort sangat baik yaitu total skor yaitu 36,9 dengan rata-rata 4,6 yang berarti sangat baik dan hasil dominasi crosstab jenis kelamin yaitu sangat setuju dari jenis kelamin laki-laki, usia yaitu sangat setuju berasal dari usia 20-35 tahun, pendidikan terakhir yang paling banyak yaitu sangat setuju dari pendidikan SMU/SMK, daerah asal paling banyak yaitu sangat setuju asal dari Bali (Luar Daerah Kuta), status perkawinan yaitu sangat setuju berstatus belum kawin, dan lama kerja yaitu sangat setuju dengan lama kerja 1-3 Tahun. Abstract

During the two years of this pandemic, there has been an increasing sense of travel boredom. The reopening of various tourist attractions serves as a stimulus for tourists who want to enjoy the beauty of Bali again. With a special focus on Ubud, tourists express interest in exploring attractions, enjoying culinary experiences, and staying overnight. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the interaction between risk perception and beliefs related to tourists' intentions to visit Ubud. In addition, the study investigated the impact of risk perception on trust and subsequent influence on visiting intent, considering trust as a mediating variable. Quantitative analysis, using SEM Smart PLS, was performed on a sample of 100 individuals selected through accidental sampling. The results showed that risk perception had a negative impact on visiting intention and trust, while trust had a positive impact on visiting intent. This highlights the inverse relationship between risk and interest in visiting Ubud, with trust acting as a partial mediator. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights into the dynamics of tourist behavior during the ongoing pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics and perceptions of tourists visiting Batur Geopark, Bali. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 tourists. The findings reveal that natural attractions, such as the beauty of Lake Batur, mountain panoramas, and activities like trekking and camping, are the main factors driving tourists to visit the area. Tourist motivations are categorized into several groups, with the primary motivations being to enjoy nature, seek new experiences, and spend time with family or friends. Overall, tourists' satisfaction with the facilities and comfort in the area is rated as good, although there are some shortcomings in supporting facilities, such as public toilets. The study also suggests several measures to enhance sustainable tourism, such as preserving natural attractions from over-exploitation, conserving biodiversity, and developing tourism packages targeted at the younger generation. The findings are expected to provide insights for local tourism managers in designing policies that support the sustainable development of tourism in Kintamani.
