Abstract

Guava has properties that are easily damaged, improper handling of guava fruit can result in a decrease in quality and quality. In general, to measure maturity is still done manually, the weakness of this method is the level of accuracy that is not consistent and tends to experience errors. Utilization of images is very important to determine the maturity of guava fruit by utilizing digital images. With the existence of digital images, to determine the maturity of guava fruit based on its color, it can be done computing (technology-based), namely by applying image processing using the HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) color space transformation method. The HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) color model groups the intensity components of the carried color information (hue and saturation) in image colors. The results of the ripeness detection can be seen in each test with a percentage value of 91.67% for the ripe guava category, 90% for the raw guava fruit category. The percentage value for testing the overall data has a good percentage value which is influential in detecting the maturity of crystal guava, which is 95%. So it can be concluded that the detection of ripeness of crystal guava fruit can be done by applying the HSV color space transformation method.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a decision-making method that serves to assist the decision-making process to solve problems that are semi-structured and unstructured In this study will determine the priority in the development of village infrastructure by using methods Technique for Order Preference method by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) category, which is a decisionmakin technique from several alternative options, especially MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making). The results of this study suggest that with a decision support system prioritizing village infrastructure development karanggintung is expected can provide recommendations on the use of funds prioritized for rural development.

Abstract

Clustering is one process of data mining that aims to partition existing data into one or more cluster objects based on the characteristics it has. Data with the same characteristics are grouped in one cluster and data with different characteristics are grouped into another cluster. In this study will perform comparation and analyze the best algorithm for categorize flowers by using iris dataset. Clustering algorithm techniques used include K-means, and K-medoids,. The value of davies bouldin and number of clusters will be investigated using the rapidminer tool. The results show that the K-Means algorithm has the lowest davies bouldin value of 0.167, while K-Medoids yields davies bouldin value of 0.291, but among the three algorithms, the K-Means algorithm is the most dominant and best in the comparative process of grouping iris flowers. Abstract

The development of advances in information technology requires business people to use this technology, but there are still many hotels that use manual systems for data handling and recording. The Hotel Management Information System was made using the interview method, literature study, and observation to the location for data collection. This research will be designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the results of this study, it has been proven that the Hotel Management Information System can help hotels to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the booking process, data processing and produce information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Education Operational Aid of the Early Childhood Education unit is the financial assistance which is provided to educational institutions, especially for those who engaged in non-formal education, which is used for the process of education in the curriculum of educational institutions in order to give the appropriate and adequate education for students. However, the reality has stated that there is a lot of financial irregularity and inaccuracy of data in the disbursement of the fund of education operational aidat the institute units of Early Childhood Education. On the other hand, there are many complaints that come from the institution itself due to the inaccuracy of data. This research was conducted by applying the KNN, K-Meansalgorithmand TOPSISmethods. The results of the experiment will be tested with two methods that is using cluster distance performance and K-Means cluster count performance. Meanwhile, to measure the level of ranking of TOPSIS method,the experiment will use the percentage calculation method between the experimental data with the implementation of the data to determine the accuracy of TOPSISmethods.

In running their business cv .Mitrajasa prime gift not using a computer to records the transactions but still use books manually , so as to make data to inefficient , as often happens mistake in writing , the book used could have been exposed to water and make data be unable to read , and often books forget put it even the book missing and causing loss for CV. Abstract

This study proposes a clustering of potential customers at Yamaha Nusantra Motor Purwokerto based on consumer characteristics. Clustering is one of the processes of data mining that aims to partition existing objects into one or more clusters of objects based on their characteristics. The method used in this study is K-Nearest Neighbor as a determination of the feasibility of the data while K-Means is used as customer clustering. The value of the Davies Bouldin Index was examined using rapidminer while the purity validation was using Microsoft excel. The results show that the K-Means training data of the Davies Bouldin Index is 0.266 and the Purity validation is 1.3351. In the K-Means data testing the results show the Davies Bouldin Index value of 0.298 and the Purity validation of 0.6631.

Abstract

Limpakuwus Village is in the Valley of Mount Slamet. It stretches from the top of the mountain towards the south to the border of Kotayasa Village, Sumbang District. In Limpakuwus village, there are several tourist attractions, one of which is the Limpakuwus Pine Forest. This tour is classified as a new tour, where all ticket sales systems are still not computerized. In making information systems, the author uses a prototype development method. The prototype method is used because it is faster and the user's needs can be precisely identified. The writer collected data for the first time, by directly observing the field, and conducting interviews. Then a prototyping system is made, then directly tested with potential users, namely the manager of the Limpakuwus pine forest. After the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, then the researcher wants to measure the prototype of this tour ticket booking information system in terms of usability, reliability, efficiency, and usability. And from the measurement results, it is known that the value of Functionality is 72%, Reliability is 74.3%, Efficiency is 75.6% and Usability is 74.3%.

Abstract

Kenteng Village provides population administration services to the community by means of residents coming to the village and village officials processing administrative applications needed by residents and residents taking printed letters. This is not considered effective and efficient because in making the letter, residents still have to wait to take the letter. Therefore, it is necessary to build a website-based population administration service information system for the Kenteng sub-district that can assist the service process effectively and efficiently. This system is built using the codeignter framework and the system development method using Prototype. The websitebased population administration service information system sub-district was tested for quality using the McCall Software quality method and overall quality was produced in a good category with an overall percentage of 62.18% which included the Correctness factor with a percentage of 69%, Reliability with a percentage of 76.75%, Efficiency with a percentage of 89.25%, Integrity with a percentage of 71%, Usability with a percentage of 70%, Maintainability with a percentage of 52.35%, Flexibility with a percentage of 50.25%, Testability with a percentage of 69%, Portability with a percentage of 66%, Reusability with a percentage percentage of 51% and Interoperability with a percentage of 67%.

Abstract

Dengue Fever (DF) continues to be a major public health threat in Indonesia, especially in urban areas with high population density, such as Purwokerto City. This study aims to develop a predictive model to identify high-risk areas for DF outbreaks by integrating Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The research utilizes historical dengue case data, meteorological parameters (rainfall, temperature, humidity), and population density as predictive variables. Three ML classification algorithms—Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, and Support Vector Machine (SVM)—were implemented to develop risk prediction models. Extensive data preprocessing, feature selection, and spatial integration were applied to ensure model robustness. The results show that the SVM model outperformed other methods, achieving the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score in classifying dengue risk zones. Risk maps generated through GIS visualization successfully identify priority areas for targeted interventions. The novelty of this research lies in the combination of local epidemiological data, multi-algorithm comparison, and geospatial mapping to improve early warning systems for DF in Purwokerto. This integrated approach is expected to support more effective prevention strategies and enhance public health preparedness.
