This research was conducted by focusing on the problem; what is the obligation for halal certification before and before the enactment of Law No. 34 of 2014?, how is the implementation of halal product certification by an institution that is proven in this case BPJPH?, and what is the role of MUI in implementing halal certification?, obstacles and legal impacts of halal certification obligations?. This research is a normative juridical research with qualitative descriptive method. As a result, MUI has the right to issue Halal letters, which is the basis for issuing halal certificates by BPJPH, besides that MUI has other functions regulated by law which at the same time strengthens the legitimacy of halal certificates. The impact is that halal certificates provide added value for UMKM products, but the costs and socialization that are still minimal are an obstacle for UMKM that are still developing

Climate change is due to global warming, global warming is an increase in the average temperature of the atmosphere, sea and land. Global warming is caused by the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect itself is caused by an increase in the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other gases in the atmosphere. If every Muslim has awareness of his obligations as khalifatullah fil Ard, then it is not a difficult matter for Muslims to initiate and preach the importance of maintaining environmental balance to all corners of the world, including industrial-capitalist countries that contribute a lot of carbon dioxide gas emissions that trigger global warming - jointly committed to maintaining environmental balance. Thus, global warming on earth can be stopped.

TMI Al-Amien Prenduan is an educational institution that applies foreign languages (Arabic and English) as the language used in daily conversation. This study aims to find out how the role of language in TMI Al-Amien Prenduan and its correlation with the educational and analytical values of the Taaj al-Ma'had philosophy. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data collection techniques are sourced from book documentation, articles, etc. The data analysis technique uses an approach from Miles & Hubarman with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification or conclusions. The data validity technique uses confirmability through a language development group (Markazul Lughoh) which holds various daily, monthly or yearly language activities. The results show that the role of language is quite closely correlated with educational values, because learning and using (foreign) languages will not run without education., because learning and using (foreign) languages will not run without education. Coupled with the Taaj al-Ma'had philosophy that is ingrained in TMI Al-Amien Prenduan, language will always live and develop throughout time. It can be concluded that the role of language in TMI Al-Amien Prenduan is a fairly important element because if the language is not alive, then the crown of the cottage (taaj al-Ma'had) will be damaged and not develop. Language development has the full support of Markazul Lughoh and all the functionaries of the boarding school, including the students who are active in foreign languages in daily conversation. The theoretical and practical implications can be stated, the theoretical implications, the application of listening, speaking, reading, writing, composing and translating skills will make it easier for students to learn the language, Markazul Lughoh has an important role in improving the language quality of students. Practical implications, the results of this study are used as input for students and all functionaries of the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic boarding school to always use foreign languages in daily conversation accordance with the philosophy of language is Taaj al-Ma'had.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تصميم ألعاب لغوية مناسبة لتدريس اللغة العربية للمبتدئين الملايويين، وذلك يكون في المهارات الأربع وهي مهارة الاستماع ومهارة الكلام ومهارة القراءة ومهارة الكتابة. واعتمد الباحث في إنجاز هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يصف وصفا دقيقا لموضوع الدراسة، وذلك من خلال المقارنة بين اللغتين اللغة العربية واللغة الملايوية بالاعتماد على المعجم العربي وقاموس دايا، ووضع هذه الكلمات في تصميم ألعاب لغوية ونماذج عدة من الاستفادة في تعليم اللغة العربية للملايويين. وأثبتت هذه الدراسة تصميم ألعاب لغوية باستخدام الكلمات ذات أصل عربي من حرف K إلى حرف M في قاموس دايا من خلال لعبة الراوي الهامس في مهارة الاستماع ولعبة ذكر الوظائف في مهارة الكلام ولعبة ابحث عني في مهارة القراءة ولعبة الاشتقاق في مهارة الكتابة. This study aimed to provide design of language games suitable for teaching Arabic for Malay beginners, and that is in the four skills which are listening, speaking, reading, writing, and writing skills. The researcher relied on the completion of this study on the descriptive analytical approach that describes an accurate description of the subject of the study, through a comparison between the two languages, the Arabic language and the Malay language based on the Arabic dictionary and the Daya dictionary, and put these words in designing language games and several models of benefit in teaching the Arabic language to millions . This study proved the design of language games using words of Arabic origin from the letter K to the letter M in the Daya dictionary through the game of whispered narrator in the listening skill and the game of mentioning jobs in the skill of speech and the game search for in the skill of reading Derivation game in the writing skill.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اكتشاف الكلمات المينانجكابوية ذات أصل عربي في قاموس (Bahasa Indonesia – Minangkabau) من حرف "N" إلى "Z"، وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تغير معنى الكلمات العربية بعد دخولها في اللغة المينانجكابوية مع تصميم ألعاب اللغوية من تلك الكلمات لمساعدة المبتدئين في تعليم اللغة العربية. الدراسات تكون بالمنهج الوصف التحليلي. وأثبت الباحث منها بوجود الكلمات المينانجكابوية ذات أصل عربي في قاموس (Bahasa Indonesia - Minangkabau) من حرف "N" إلى "Z" بلغ عددها ثلاثة وثمانون (83) كلمة. وتواصل الباحث إلى وجود التغيرات في الكلمات العربية بعد دخولها في اللغة المينانجكابوية إلى أربعة أقسام كما يتواصل الباحث إلى طرق تصميم ألعاب اللغوية من تلك الكلمات على حسب المهارات الأربع لمساعدة المبتدئين في تعليم اللغة العربية. The purpose of this study is to point out absorbed Minangkabau Words from Arabic in “Bahasa Indonesia – Minangkabau“dictionary from the “N“ to “Z“, and to know meaning’s change from each words in Minangkabau language, and also the aim from this study is how to design language games from these words to help first grade students in their study for Arabic. The study is use method includes an analytical description. And the researcher proved presence of words Minangkabau of arab origin in dictionary (Bahasa Indonesia-Minangkabau) from letter “N” to “Z” reach eighty three (83) letter. And the reseach found meaning’s change when the words are absorbed from arabic to Minangkabau language, and these changes are in four types. And the research found methods of designing language games from these words to help first grade students in their study for Arabic, and these method are in the four language skills.

Regulasi perbankan syariah mengharuskan operasional dan produk yang dijalankan oleh bank syariah selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah (المباديء الشرعية). Bank syariah membutuhkan perspektif fikih dalam melakukan aktivitas perbankan, untuk mengetahui legalitasnya dalam pandangan syariah. Dalam konteks ini, dibutuhkan konstruksi perspektif fikih yang progresif berbasis pada maqashid Syariah (مقاصد الشريعة). Sehingga mampu mengakomodir dinamika perbankan yang berkembang begitu cepat, dengan tetap berpegang dengan ketentuan syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini menguraikan bagaimana mengaktualisasikan maqashid syariah dalam konstruksi pespektif fikih, agar fikih tidak hanya memberikan legalitas syar’i bagi aktivitas bank syariah, namun juga dapat memberikan kontribusi real bagi berkembangnya perbankan syariah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodologi kualitatif penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan aktualisasi konsep metodologi maqashid syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan urgensi aktualisasi maqashid syariah dalam merumuskan legal standing suatu produk bank dalam perspektif fikih. Aktualisasi maqashid syariah mengharuskan konstruksi perspektif fikih dengan maqashid approach. Maqashid syariah harus hadir dan melandasi tahapan-tahapan ijtihad berikut : interpretasi teks, perumusan pespektif fikih, tarjih berbagai pendapat fikih, serta penetapan dan penerapan hukum pada suatu produk atau aktivitas perbankan .

This study is aimed to know the adjectives between the Arabic language and Indonesian language in order to determine the similarities and differences among them in terms of morphology, syntax, and semantics, and then to predict the difficulties that will be faced by Indonesian students during the teaching activities, and then to propose a method of teaching based on the result of the contrastive study to teach Arabic language at the level of adjectives for beginner Students of Indonesian. This study uses the methodology of descriptive analysis to identify the characteristics of adjectives in Arabic and Indonesian, and then using the method of comparative analysis to compare Arabic and Indonesian language at the level of adjectives in order to obtain the similarities and differences between these both languages. The results of this research are: the first is there are similarities and differences of adjectives in Arabic and Indonesian in terms of morphology, syntax, and semantics, and the second is by this research can be used in preparing lessons and methods for teaching the Arabic language at the level of adjectives for the beginner students of Indonesian.

The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of preaching about the environment to overcome the problem of climate change in society. Qualitative research methods with a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing with reduction and presentation of data. The results showed: environmental preaching is preaching that is directed at improving and protecting the surrounding environment in the face of global climate change. The purpose of this da'wah is to make people aware of the importance of protecting the surrounding environment which is carried out by providing education to the community, environmental campaigns, developing environmentally friendly products, counseling, and training on the utilization of surrounding environmental resources. With this environmental preaching, it is hoped that the community will become more aware and be able to protect the environment so that it becomes more friendly and beneficial to the surrounding community.

Conventional and Islamic banks in Indonesia have begun implementing sustainable finance, but its application remains limited in terms of quality, risk integration, and lacks support from harmonized regulations. This research aims to explain the implementation of sustainable finance policies by Islamic and conventional banks to support environmentally friendly businesses and minimize environmental damage. The research method is qualitative, using a literature study and normative juridical approach, with a descriptive-analytical method. Research results: This study shows that the implementation of sustainable finance policies in Indonesia is carried out using different but complementary approaches between Islamic banks and conventional banks. Islamic banks adjust their practices based on Sharia principles and maqasid al-sharia, while conventional banks focus more on general regulations and sustainable business strategies. Conventional banks tend to be more aggressive in financing large sectors such as infrastructure, whereas Islamic banks prioritize supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises as well as environmentally friendly projects. Although regulations have been implemented, challenges such as limited understanding and uneven implementation remain, highlighting the need to strengthen synergy between regulation, education, and collaboration. Conclusion: Sustainable finance policies in Indonesia integrate economic, social, and environmental aspects, but their implementation is still focused on profit and green building.

This study developed an interactive e-module based on the Merdeka Curriculum for teaching narrative texts to fifth-grade elementary students. Through a development process based on the ADDIE model, the e-module was evaluated as highly suitable in terms of content, design, and operation by media, material, and language experts. Trials with students showed that the e-module effectively improved students’ ability to understand the concept of narrative texts. The results of this study indicate that the e-module can be an effective and efficient learning medium to support Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.
