Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat literasi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan digitalisasi marketing UMKM. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 peserta pelatihan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya. Pengabdian ini menggunakan Metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat literasi digital marketing menggunakan menggunakan Paired t-test sebagai alat ujinya. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital marketing UMKM di Kota Tasikmalaya cukup rendah karena kurang optimalnya penggunaan internet dalam operasional usahanya. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat literasi digital marketing sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) hasil uji paired t-test sebesar 0, 013, yang berarti bahwa hasil pemahaman literasi digital marketing peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan tidak sama (berbeda).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Facebook social media marketing on brand awareness. The object of this study is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Ornamental Fish Lovers at Starlite in Tasikmalaya City. This study used quantitative calculations by collecting data through the dissemination of questionnaires. The population in this study were followers of the Kamfa Louhan Lovers Tasikmalaya group. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The result of this study is that facebook social media has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness on Starlite. This is evidenced by a t-test and a one-tailed test which states that the calculated t value is 20.443 ttable 1.66055 with a signif level of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) perlu mengembangkan strategi bisnis yang kuat. Penelitian ini meneliti Konveksi Berkah, sebuah kewirausahaan sosial yang mengalami penurunan produksi, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk membantu Konveksi Berkah bertahan dan berkembang adalah dengan merumuskan model bisnis melalui analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) guna mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi bisnis ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kewirausahaan sosial Konveksi Berkah menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis Konveksi Berkah melibatkan pendekatan agresif atau strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities), dimana Konveksi Berkah memaksimalkan kekuatannya untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Langkah-langkah strategis termasuk inovasi, terutama dalam pemasaran dengan mengadopsi digitalisasi, serta mempertahankan kualitas produk dengan harga yang terjangkau. Selain itu, upaya mempertahankan dan mengembangkan sumber daya fisik dan non-fisik yang dimiliki akan membantu Konveksi Berkah dalam mempertahankan posisinya, bersaing dengan pesaing, dan terus berinovasi, sehingga mengonfirmasi statusnya sebagai kewirausahaan sosial yang juga beroperasi sebagai bagian dari sektor UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation MuluMile’s social activities program “I want to be” in creating community development. Development is an issue that is often an important discussion in efforts to increase and equalize the economy. Every element of society should take its role in realizing this, including MuluMile. Therefore, the "I Want to Be" program was created as a form of MuluMile's social responsibility towards the surrounding environment. This research uses descriptive-qualitative analysis method. This study concludes that our society should have the same opportunities and opportunities in improving its economy. Especially in realizing the desired profession/job. With the "I Want to Be" program from MuluMile, it is hoped that it will be able to break the gap/distance that is often an obstacle for people who live in areas/rural areas with limited information and infrastructure and make MuluMile as an Integrated Social Enterprise.

Abstract

Social problems are problems that are contrary to the social values adopted by society, such as poverty. Tasikmalaya Regency is one of the areas that has a fairly high poverty rate. MSMEs are one way to alleviate poverty. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of MSMEs in solving social problems in Tasikmalaya Regency. The results of this study are that SMEs play a role in reducing unemployment with the comparison that 1 UMKM is able to empower 2-9 workers. In addition, MSMEs in Tasikmalaya Regency are able to reduce the number of poor people. This can be seen from the average amount of wages received by workers in the MSME sector which is above the monthly expenditure for basic needs with a ratio of IDR 3.150.572,55 to IDR 977.655 per capita.

Abstract

This article discusses solutions to social problems in Majalaya District, namely street children. Street children should be protected and their rights guaranteed as children in general, in order to become useful human beings and have a bright future. Currently, the handling of street children has begun to be activated properly. It can be seen from the number of shelter houses, orphanages, and studios that facilitate street children in developing themselves with education and soft skills. By being oriented to a social mission, or in this case to help provide the welfare of street children, the concept of social entrepreneurship can be used. Through the use of the embedded social enterprise model and the franchise model, where social enterprises are designed to achieve the goal of creating social and economic value, it will be suitable to be applied in a container to accommodate street children.

Abstract

Study this background by the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia which caused problem are you serious appear like decrease in sales volume good for company big as well as SMEs such as Bamboo Souvenirs Lake (Sobat Asik) in the city of Tasikmalaya. Formulas problem in study this is the sales volume of Bamboo Souvenirs Lake (Sobat Asik) in time Covid-19 pandemic is decreasing as well as no balanced with marketing optimally. The Purpose for knowing how description general and form strategy business Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) Bamboo Souvenir Lake (Sobat Asik) and how formulation the right strategy at the time Covid-19 pandemic. Method study use method qualitative descriptive. Primary data obtained from company internal party buddy Absorbed while secondary data obtained from multiple data books, journals and bulletin. Results the research is strategy social business model canvas (SBMC) can made tool analysis new for social enterprise, which aims for designing formulation strategy business new and analyzed with strategy blue ocean for knowing scale priority strategy formulated business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely to find out the general description of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability at Almeera Atelier and determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on profitability at Almeera Atelier. The object of this research is Almeera Atelier. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive and associative approaches because of the variables that will be examined in relation to it and its purpose is to present a structured picture. The results of this study have an influence in the implementation of CSR on increasing profitability.

Abstract

The problem with Kawoel’s MSMEs is the dominance of decreased income, therefore MSMEs need the right business strategy and are suitable for this social enterprise. The object of this research was carried out at a social enterprise company, namely Kawoel's MSMEs. Therefore, the objectives of this study are: 1) to find out an overview of the business strategy carried out by MSMEs at Kawoel's, 2) to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Kawoel's MSMEs, 3) to find out alternative business strategy formulations using SWOT Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix analysis and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix for MSMEs in Kawoel's. This type of research was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature study. This study uses a single variable, namely business strategy, to analyse business strategy in Kawoel's MSMEs using the IFE and EFE matrix tools. The business strategy implemented by Kawoel's had not been maximised so that it had a negative impact on its business. The results of the IFE and IFE matrix for Kawoel's business strategy formulation are in quadrant V, which means that it can be done with a maintain and maintain strategy.
