Abstract

Church parishioners data management is an important part of the administration of a church. In fact, many churches do it manually where parishionersal data is stored in physical forms or in church record books. This condition happened at GKJ Wates. The initial condition at GKJ Wates is the data from of a physical form . The data is the result of the census about 2 (two) years ago. It is realized that the data has changed a lot, so it is necessary to update before implementing electronic data management. In an effort to assist the administration of the church's data, assistance steps have been developed that include the compilation of attributes relevant to the church's data management. Furthermore, the attributes are compiled into a form that is ready to be filled out by each parishioners. This agreed form is then distributed to the parishioners through their respective district administrators. The church team, assisted by the UKDW PkM team, recorded the parishioners's data electronically, complete with a spiritual journey scheme including baptism, sidi, and marriage. By utilizing Excel Macro, the electrical data of the GKJ Wates parishioners was successfully visualized in the form of a dashboard. The visualized parishioners data includes the percentage of the parishioners by blood type and gender, the church's spiritual journey scheme based on membership category, membership records, age category, and gender. The information on this dashboard can help the church in making decisions related to the development of the parishioners at GKJ Wates.

Abstract

The class schedule is determined during student registration, but in practice, there is a possibility of schedule failure due to various reasons, such as a lecturer having other important commitments on that schedule, national holidays, or other reasons. According to academic regulations, the number of face-to-face class meetings has been predetermined, which is 14 meetings. Therefore, if a class meeting fails to take place, it must be replaced with a substitute schedule.            Finding a substitute class schedule does not only consider the availability of the respective lecturer's schedule but also takes into account the availability of classrooms and the schedules of each student to ensure that all students can attend (not attending other courses). This way, the substitute schedule can be implemented without disrupting students' activities.            Unlike previous research, which focused on generating class schedules using search and filtering techniques, this study will display all alternative substitute schedules that can be implemented without disturbing the schedules of lecturers, students, or room usage by utilizing multiple table queries with outer join relationships.                       Finding a substitute class schedule does not only consider the availability of the respective lecturer's schedule but also takes into account the availability of classrooms and the schedules of each student to ensure that all students can attend (not attending other courses). Abstract

This thesis discusses the challenges encountered by the Mutiara Farmer Group during the corn crop production process. The group faces field-related factors that affect corn production. To estimate crop yields, the group still relies on a manual prediction method, which often leads to estimation errors that can harm its members. Additionally, the lack of planning and preparation in managing corn crops poses a significant problem. This research presents a web-based program for estimating corn crop yields using the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method. The program utilizes factors in the field to assist farmer groups in planning corn planting with expected results. The results indicate that the system can predict crop yields with a high degree of accuracy, as demonstrated by a MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of 15.92%.

Abstract

Pengguna internet terus meningkat, dan menjangkau semua generasi. Dengan perkembangan dunia internet yang sangat signifikan ini dan juga dengan dimasukkannya teknologi internet dalam sebuah pengetahuan di bidang informasi, maka telah memberikan keuntungan bagi semua pihak yang menggunakan internet sebagai sarana informasi baik berupa sarana promosi yang terbentuk didalam sebuah website atau berbagai bentuk lainnya. Sebuah website menjadi sarana penyedia informasi, promosi, komunikasi kepada para pelanggan. Ada banyak tujuan dalam pembuatan website disesuaikan dengan tujuan organisasi maupun pribadi. Dalam pembuatan website yang baik, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan agar maksud dan tujuan (informasi) dari website tersebut bisa tercapai. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan seperti: usability, information quality, dan service interaction quallity berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi di kota Yogyakarta yang memiliki website akademik yang beralamat di https://ssat.ukdw.ac.id. Website akademik ini sangat aktif digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk melihat potret diri secara akademik, karena itu penyajiaan informasi pada website ini harus mengakomodasi kepentingan mahasiswa. Dari hasil pengukuran menggunakan metode WebQual dengan melibatkan responden mahasiwa, diketahui bahwa usability, information quality pada website SSAT UKDW sudah baik, namun masih perlu peningkatan pada service interaction quallity.

Abstract

GKJ Medari adalah salah satu gereja yang masuk dalam klasis Yogyakarta Barat, sinode Jawa Tengah. GKJ Medari memiliki 5 (lima) wilayah pelayanan, yaitu GKJ Medari Murangan sebagai gereja induk, Pepanthan Cebongan, Pepanthan Tempel, Pepanthan Mancasan, dan Pepanthan Japanan. Sebelum PkM ini, pencatatan keuangan gereja di GKJ Medari dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Permasalahan yang muncul dari cara ini adalah pelaporan yang tidak dapat disajikan dengan tepat waktu, serta perbedaan cara pencatatan setiap wilayah pelayanan yang disebabkan karena belum digunakannya kode akun yang sesuai standar akuntansi. PkM ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pencatatan keuangan dengan membuat dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem keuangan berbasis komputer sesuai standar akuntansi untuk menghasilkan pencatatan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Tahapan yang digunakan pada PkM ini adalah observasi awal, perumusan masalah, pelaksanaan mencakup penyusuan CoA dan pembuatan sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini adalah daftar kode akun dengan struktur 6 (enam) digit sudah mengakomodasi keberagaman transaksi keuangan di GKJ Medari dan sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan pencatatan keuangan. Keberadaan sistem ini juga telah mendorong terjadinya perubahan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam pencatatan keuangan. Para pengelola keuangan juga sudah mulai memahami prinsip-prinsip akuntansi dalam pencatatan keuangan.
