Abstract

This research is motivated by the reality showing the influence of the development of Islamic education on the personality of students. The position of Islamic religious education as a compulsory subject in schools expected to contribute sufficiently in improving the morale or behavior of learners seems difficult to realize. Therefore it is necessary to hold the development of Islamic religious education as an alternative to overcome the problems of Islamic religious education. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of Islamic religious education in an effort to improve the quality of student personality, supporting and inhibiting factors of the development of Islamic religious education, and to overcome the factors inhibiting the development of Islamic religious education. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this research are principal, PAI teachers and students of SMAN 1 Karangbinangun. While data collection techniques are through interview, observation and documentation. This study concluded that firstly, the development of Islamic religious education in an effort to improve the quality of personality is a conscious effort. Second, the supporting factors of the development of Islamic religious education are the expected results, materials and time allocations, methods, students, interaction between parents, good education environment, religious teachers in supporting student success and inhibiting factors are  less effective learning, educational curriculum, monotonous methods, less good environment, inadequate infrastructures. Third, to overcome the factors inhibiting the development of Islamic religious education is the approach must be effective, maximizing the competence of teachers, methods, creating a good environment, and providing school infrastructures to support  effective learning process.

Abstract

research in this thesis is motivated by the reality in the field that shows the influence of the development of Islamic education on the personality of students. The position of Islamic religious educatin as compulsoy subjects in schools is expected to contibute sufficiently in improving the morale or behavior of learners seems difficult to realize. Therefore it is necessary to hold the development of Islamic religious education as an alternative to overcome the problems that exist in Islamic religious education. For that this thesis is written with thw title of ”development of Islamic religious education in an effort to improvethe quality of student personality”. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of Islamic religious education in an effort to improve the quality of student personality, supporting factors and inhibiting the development of Islamic religious education, and how to overcome the factors hindering the development of Islamic religious education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research approach. The subjects in this research are principal, Pai teacher and student SMAN 1 Karangbinangun. While data collection technique is done by interview, observation and documentation using data analysis technique from data editing stage, categorical data and interpretation of data. This study resulted in the conclusion that, the first development of Islamic religious education in an effort to improve the quality of personality is a conscious effort to improve quality as an effort to create better quality through Islamic religious education in the personality of a person. Second, the supporting factors and obstacles to the development of Islamic religious education is the expected results, materials and time allocations, methods, students as learnes, interaction between parents, good education environment, religious teachers to support student success and inhibiting factors is learning the less effective, educational curriculum, methods that do not vary, the environment is not good, the limitations of infrastructure so that the management tend to be sober. Third, how to overcome the factors that hamper development of Islamic religious education is the approach must be effective, maximize the competence of teachers, methods, create a good environment, and provide school infrastructure to support learning to be more effective.

Abstract

There is a reality showing the influence of gadgets on the development of children today. They are increasingly selfish, difficult to control and easily affected by other negative impacts. There are many students preferring to play gadgets rather than studying, reading or writing. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the so-called 1821 Movement implementation in improving student achievement. The 1821 Movement is a new study program promoted by the Regent of Lamongan in which at 18.00-21.00 students are encouraged not to pay more attention to the gadgets and and the time is solely used for learning. In this study, the writer is intended to know the implementation of the 1821 Movement, the supporting and inhibiting factors and the ways of overcoming the inhibiting ones. This study could be concluded that the implementation of the 1821 Movement has contributed to a significant increase in student achievement. Broadly speaking, this could be seen from a number of aspects: students are considerably prepared to take lessons when classes begin, achievments increase, the presence of professional teachers are one of the factors supporting the 1821 Movement.

Abstract

Banyaknya orang tua yang memandang sebelah mata tentang kelas masyarakat yang ada di sebuah sekolah. Ini hanya sebatas mereka tahu bahwa masyarakat hanyalah alat penghimpun dana dan tidak berpengaruh bagi pendidikan anak. Nyatanya banyak di sekolah yang mempunyai struktur kemasyarakatan tetapi hanya untuk formalitas saja. Mereka akan pindah saat ada kunjungan. Oleh karena itu penulis mengangkat judul ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sebenarnya peran masyarakat. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan menjadi tiga hal, yaitu: (1) asosiasi kelas berperan sangat penting dalam prestasi belajar siswa. Peran masyarakat tersebut antara lain: kegiatan tahunan setahun dua kali, kegiatan sehari-hari dalam memantau pembelajaran di sekolah, kegiatan kelompok kelas dalam mengikuti kegiatan di sekolah dan kegiatan sosial. (2) Faktor pendukung terbentuknya perkumpulan kelas meliputi keterbukaan guru dalam menghadapi keluhan wali tentang pembelajaran anak, adanya motivasi dari komite sekolah, besarnya keinginan wali sendiri dan menghindari kesalahpahaman antara guru dan orang tua. (3) Bagaimana mengatasi faktor penghambat pergaulan dengan kegigihan guru dan ketua masyarakat memberikan motivasi dan dorongan akan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.The number of parents looking one eye about the class of society that exist in a school. This is only to the extent that they know that the community is only a means of collecting funds and there is no effect for children’s education. In fact many in schools that have the structure of the community but just for formality only. They will move when there is a visit. Therefore the author raised this title to know how the role of the actual community. The results can be concluded into three things, they are: (1)class associations play so important role in student achievement. The role of the community they are: annual activities a year twice, daily activities in monitoring learning in schools, class group activities in following activities at school and social activities. (2) Factor supporting the formation of class associations include teacher opennes in the face of the guardian’s complaints about child’s learning, there is motivation from school committe, the magnitude of the wishes of the guardians themselves and avoiding misunderstandings between teachers and parent. (3) How to overcome the factors inhibiting the association with the persistence of teachers and chairperson of the commounity provide motivation and encouragement of the importance of the role of parents in improving student achievement

Abstract

In accordancevwith the Regulationvof the Minister ofvNational Education Number 62 of 2014 concerning Extracurricular, it states that the development of the potentialvof students asvreferred to invthe goals ofvnational educationvcan bevrealized through extracurricular activities. Extracurricular deals with student interests outside of their formal fields. As in SMADA Lamongan, there are several extracurricular activities including; recitation of the Koran, PMR, pencak silat, flag raising troops, scholarly romance magazines, creative working groups, cooperatives, choirs, theater, drum bands, dance, information technology etc. This clearly has an impact on the students who follow. Extracurricular deals with student interests outside of their formal fields. As in SMADA Lamongan, there are several extracurricular activities including; recitation of the Koran, PMR, pencak silat, flag raising troops, scholarly romance magazines, creative working groups, cooperatives, choirs, theater, drum bands, dance, information technology etc. This clearly has an impact on the students who follow. For this reason, extracurricular activities are also needed in improving the competence of graduates which includesvthree dimensions, namely the attitude dimension, the dimension ofvknowledge and the dimension of skills. Students cannot apply the knowledge they have acquired in class to their daily lives.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rampant environmental damage and the many natural disasters that can harm the ecosystem, this research is expected to form a generation that is aware and cares about environmental sustainability. This research is dIscussed about the implementation of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at Lamongan 2 Public Middle School, and the inhibiting and supporting factors of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at Lamongan 2 Public Middle School, this study uses a type of qualitative research, in which in this qualitative method the data collected comes from interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study are first, the implementation of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at SMP Negeri 2 Lamongan with innovations made to adjust policies through the curriculum system, namely learning Islamic religious education integrated with learning environmental education (PLH), second through approaches students, abbreviated as "MaHaDanan". Second, the supporting factors for this activity are the existence of various adequate facilities, the availability of professional teaching staff, the positive response, the motivation, the interest of students in learning, the awareness of some school members, the existence of a green team community and the existence of a reward system. and punishment. While the inhibiting factors are the awareness of some school members about the importance of preserving the environment, the lack of members of the green team community, and the laziness of students. The recommendation of this research is the importance of instilling genuine intentions and cultivating to continue to maintain a clean environment, provide motivation, increase the number of green team members, and increase enthusiasm and participation from school members so that they can have a positive impact on the surrounding environment.
