Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli kosmetik pada marketplace Shopee. Selama masa pandemi masyarkat lebih sering berbelanja secara online termasuk kosmetik yang tadinya di beli secara offline sekarang bisa di beli secara online melalui marketplace termasuk marketplace Shopee yang menjadi tempat belanja online produk kosmetik. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner dengan hasil 106 responden dari 145 responden yang pernah melakukan perbelanjaan produk kosmetik di marketplace Shopee dan olah data yang dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa harga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli, kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli, serta promosi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa harga, kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

The purposed of this paper was to analyze the effect of recruitment to the employee performance, selection to the employee performance, training to the employee performance and all together to the employee performance. The research was performed by distributing questionnaires, and the research method used a saturated sample which are respondents were used to as a sample. Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Training (X3) variables are simultaneously having a strong connection and positive effect with the employee performance. The results of the partial significance test for the recruitment variable (X1) where the t-test was obtained that the t-value value for recruitment was 5,693 > t-table 1,681 and ,000 <0,05 for the selection variable (X2) where the t-value test was obtained that the t-value selection value 9,115 > t table 1,681 and ,000 < 0,05 while the training variable (X3) where the t value test is obtained that t arithmetic training is 6,382 < t table 1,681 and ,000 < 0,05. The adjusted R2 value shows the coefficient of determination which means the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Training (X3) contributed 66.6% to the employee performance of PT. Scentium Flavours while the 33.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The motivation behind this examination is to figure out the issues related to employee performance, especially those related to the influence of work stress, work environment, and work discipline at PT. Artindo Artamas. The data survey and collection was distributed to 100 respondents with clear objectives and was completed through an overview spread. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. This study used descriptive test data testing techniques, validity tests, reliability tests with alpha-cronbach. Test simple linear regression analysis to test and prove hypotheses in research. The worth of the coefficient of determination shows the number 0.370. This implies that the influence of work stress, work environment and work discipline on employee performance is 37% while the rest (100% -37% = 63%). The Fcount value is 18.669 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 and also Fcount > Ftable or 18.669 > 2.70. The beta coefficient of work stress -0.154, work environment 0.080, and work discipline have a strong positive and massive impact of 0.581. This means that there is a substantial connection between work stress, work environment and work discipline on the quality of employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Anugerah Citra Properti. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat deskriptif, sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden, pengumpulan data melalui google form, dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien (R2), uji t, dan uji F. Hasil dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan, didapat hasil regresi linear berganda Y= 4.969 + 0,014X1 + 0,570X2 + 0,288X3, hasil koefisien korelasi (R) disiplin kerja sebesar 0,454, motivasi sebesar 0,622, dan kepemimpinan sebesar 0,504. Pada uji t diperoleh thitung untuk disiplin kerja sebesar 5,049, motvasi sebesar 7,874, dan kepemimpinan sebesar 5,783, dengan ttabel sebesar 1,984. Dengan kata lain Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari uji F didapatkan hasil Fhitung sebesar 27,580 > 2,70 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan ha diterima, yang berati disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Anugerah Citra Properti.

Abstract

This PKM activity was a collaboration between the Faculty of Business from Buddhi Dharma University and the Vijja Gana Adhikara Foundation. This activity has placed at the Cetiya Vijja Gana Vihara and the places located at Kotabumi, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The training participants who attended the training were young men and women at Cetiya Vijja Gana, and the activities has carried out over six months, with planned training activities in the form of focus group discussions, material presentations and interactive questions and answers between material providers and training participants and mentoring. The material provided was the needs requested by the Vijja Gana Adhikara Foundation at the start of the meeting, namely the communication methods available for young men and women under the guidance of the Vijja Gana Adhikara Foundation. Participants in the training are young men and women who's trained in the religious field of the Vijja Gana Adhikara Foundation. The planned output of this student creativity development activity is to improve Soft Skills in Effective Communication for young men and women at Cetiya Vijja Gana.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang kompetitif, efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Studi ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi dilakukan pada karyawan STAB Dharma Widya Tangerang dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang diukur dengan Skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan 111 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil analisis outer model menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas konstruk yang memadai. Evaluasi inner model mengungkapkan bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja berdampak signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, yang selanjutnya berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. Secara langsung, stres kerja berdampak positif pada kinerja, sedangkan beban kerja dan motivasi kerja menunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Model studi menunjukkan nilai R² sebesar 0,384 untuk kepuasan kerja dan 0,506 untuk kinerja karyawan, mengindikasikan kemampuan prediktif moderat. Nilai Q² yang diperoleh juga menunjukkan relevansi prediktif yang baik. Kesimpulannya, kepuasan kerja berperan penting dalam memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Organisasi perlu memperhatikan keseimbangan beban kerja, manajemen stres, serta strategi peningkatan motivasi untuk mendukung kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The old market is a historical place in the Tangerang City area which is very related to trade activities in the city of Banten during the colonial era. Trade activities in this area have been running since ancient times where this area is a residential area or village whose residents have indeed become traders and carry out trading activities. The development of the old market that lasted for several decades is the reason for this research. This study is to find out what factors in the marketing mix satisfy consumers so that they finally decide to make the desired culinary purchase at Tangerang Old Market. With causal research and using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis method, we can find out how strong the relationship is formed between each latent variable and the indicators in it and find out how much satisfaction is generated by the marketing mix factor so as to strengthen consumer purchase decisions. Based on data from 100 valid questionnaires obtained, it is known that the latent variables studied have been represented by their indicators and these variables are reliable. And it turns out that the factors of the marketing mix contribute 24.9% to the purchase decision with the dominant factors that provide satisfaction to consumers are the product factor and the price factor with values of 2.907 and 2.740 (t table = 0.67711), while other factors such as place and promotion are not too influential (values 0.562 and 0.525).

Abstract

Every person's purchasing decisions will always be different according to their individual characteristics. Consumer behaviour and purchasing behaviour of each generation are very different. Based on this, this research was carried out to determine the differences in factors that strengthen purchasing decisions in each generation studied, namely generations X, Y, and Z, which are the most numerous and productive currently.  This research is quantitative in nature, and the research analysis method uses causal descriptive and SPSS (multiple regression) analysis tools. Initially, the number of respondents needed was calculated, after knowing that the population of Jabodetabek was around 30.2 million people. Using Slovin calculations with a value of E = 10%, with minimum sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Based on data from 308 valid questionnaires obtained from the Jabodetabek population (30.2 million people), it is known that service quality most important thing is for generations X and  Y, the difference lies in the order after that which is for generations and discounts, meanwhile for generation Y there is a sequence of lifestyle, product quality, n and discounts (by (Ramdhani, n.d.) which states that generation Y works to support their lifestyle). In contrast to the previous two generations, Gen Z prioritizes service quality after product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand consumer behavior regarding the purchase of environmentally friendly products. The respondents selected were those residing in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). However, due to the lack of definitive data on the number of consumers of environmentally friendly products, the researcher used the Hair method to determine the sample size. This was done by multiplying the number of indicators (19) by 10 (a minimum of 190 respondents). This study successfully obtained 194 valid respondents. This research is a deductive-inductive study, using a problem-based approach followed by hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing is the process of proving cause and effect (influence) between exogenous and endogenous variables using the SEM PLS 3.0 analysis tool to process the questionnaire results. The results of the data show that only variables X1 (Green Product) and X2 (Green Price) have a significant influence in forming Z (Consumer Satisfaction), while X3 (Green Promotion) together with Z (consumer satisfaction) have a greater influence on Y (Purchase Decision) while X1 and X2 do not have a significant influence on Y.
