Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan dari analisis Return on Asset, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turnover sebelum dan setelah Pandemi Covid-19 yang dilakukan pada PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. periode tahun 2019-2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 3 laporan keuangan Matahari dengan periode tahun 2019-2021. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif statistik pada analisis rasio-rasio keuangan yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan perbandingan yang dilakukan pada analisis rasio laporan keuangan yaitu ROA, NPM, DAR, dan TATO menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 perusahaan berada pada posisi keuangan yang baik. Sedangkan pada tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan kinerja keuangan yang signifikan akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Namun, pada tahun 2021 Matahari mampu memperbaiki kinerja keuangan dan meningkatkan kembali kemampuan memperoleh penjualan yang tinggi dengan menggunakan aset yang dimiliki.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh disiplin kerja, konflik kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Gema Sangkakala Anugerah. Populasi dalam penlitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan PT Gema Sangkakala Anugerah yang berjumlah 53 karyawan yang dimana semua populasi akan dijadikan sampel terhadap penelitian ini. Alat analisis yang dipergunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science 24 atau bisa disebut juga dengan SPSS 24. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilaksanakan dalam penlitian ini terjadi pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja yang dapat dilihat dari Disiplin Kerja memiliki  8,366 >  2,00958 dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja dapat dilihat konflik kerja memiliki  -2,490 <  2,00958 dan nilai probabilitas 0,016 < 0,05, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja dapat dilihat stres kerja memiliki  -1,025 <  2,00958 dan nilai probabilitas 0,310 > 0,05. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji f dengan membandingkan  32,589 >  2,79 dengan tingkat probabilitas  0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya bisa dikemukakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how personal branding, making Tiktok videos, product live streams affect purchasing decisions on the Tiktok platform. The research method used is a quantitative method in which the following conclusions are obtained: the independent variable (alone) has a positive effect and one variable has a less positive effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions on the TikTok platform, where t count personal branding is 5,286 greater than t table 1,966, the value t count making tiktok videos 2,560 greater t table 1,966 and t count live stream products of 1,599 greater than table 1,966. F count = 122,733 probability value = 0.000 then F count > F table 122,733 greater (>) 3.00 probability value 0.000 small (<) 0.05, the conclusions drawn are independent variables and have a positive effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions on the platform tiktok. The R2 multiple determination value is 78.7% of the purchase decision on the TikTok platform which is explained by the independent variable factors, and the remaining 100% -78.7% = 21.3% excluding the independent variable factors.

Abstract

Employees are the primary valuable asset for a company that needs to be well-maintained. Therefore, both the company and the employees must collaborate, one way being the implementation of a positive work environment to foster discipline in carrying out tasks, ultimately leading to a significant improvement in performance. The research utilizes various data analysis methods, including validity testing, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis revealed that the organizational work environment positively and significantly influences employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline also demonstrates a strong positive impact on performance, as does leadership style, which similarly plays a crucial role in enhancing employee effectiveness.This research aims to examine how organizational culture, work discipline, and leadership influence performance. The method used is information collection through the distribution of surveys to participants. The analysis results indicate that the work environment, work discipline, and leadership significantly affect performance, evidenced by t-count values that exceed t-table values (2.049 for the organizational work environment, 2. 269 for work discipline, and 3. 892 for leadership, compared to a t-table value of 1. 660). Furthermore, the probability level of these results is below 0. 05, and the multiple determination coefficient reaches 42. 6% concerning performance.

Abstract

In conducting this research, data collection techniques were used and in distributing it in the form of a questionnaire, in this research the calculated product t value was 2.953 which is greater than the t table of 1.661 and the probability of 0.004 is smaller < 0.05, the calculated t value of promotion 2.489 is greater than the t table of 1.661 and the probability of 0.015 is smaller < 0.05, the t calculated price value of 5.763 is greater than the t table of 1.661 and the probability of 0.000 is smaller < 0.05 , the t calculated place value of 6.683 is greater than the t table of 1.661 and the probability of 0.000 is smaller < 0.05.
