Abstract

Multimedia technology has a very diverse function, especially in the world of education. In learning, teachers are expected to have skills in mastering the material, teaching strategies and teaching models that are in accordance with the classroom environment and innovative and varied learning approaches.  Therefore, teachers should pay attention to matters related to teaching skills according to the needs of students in the classroom. One of the subjects that requires a comprehensive approach in the learning process is the subject of Hindu Religious Education. The use of media in the learning process is to facilitate interaction between teachers and students which aims to help students learn effectively. The ADDIE learning model in the learning process does not only use in-class meetings, but is used to incorporate out-of-class learning and technology into the subject matter. So as to increase students' appreciation of Hindu religious education subjects and independent learning carried out by students at home. The stages of the ADDIE learning process are starting from the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This study aims to determine the development of multimedia technology that is effectively and efficiently applied to the subjects of Hindu Religious Education. The data collection methods used are test methods and questionnaires, with then supporting instruments in the form of interviews and video recordings. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, quantitative descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis. The results showed the development of interactive multimedia developed effectively to improve Hindu learning outcomes.

Abstract

The learning process does not teach students to work together in groups, resulting in less active learning. Students also lack the critical thinking skills required to solve problems. This issue arises due to teachers' lack of knowledge and the absence of innovative learning models. Consequently, it leads to low student learning outcomes, necessitating research to examine this matter. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of a problem-based learning model in improving the learning outcomes of Hindu religious education in grade V students of UPT SD Negeri 6 Arawa, Sidrap Regency. The research approach employed is qualitative research with the type of library research. Data sources include books, scientific journals, magazines, newspapers, and other relevant information. The informants were selected based on their relevance to the topic under study. Research instruments comprised books, scientific journals, and other relevant documents. The data collection technique employed was documentation study, while qualitative content analysis was used for data analysis. The findings indicate that the problem-based learning model is an appropriate choice for teachers who wish to develop students' analytical abilities, enable them to apply existing knowledge in new situations, and encourage independent and responsible problem-solving skills. This model enhances students' critical, analytical, systematic, and logical thinking abilities, enabling them to find alternative solutions to problems through empirical data exploration, ultimately fostering a scientific attitude. In conclusion, the use of problem-based learning models can improve learning outcomes in Hindu religious education in grade V students of UPT SD Negeri 6 Arawa Sidrap.

Abstract

Making the nation's life intelligent and developing Indonesian people as a whole is the goal of national education. In an effort to achieve this goal, innovation is needed in the learning process which can increase student motivation, interest and learning outcomes. SMP Negeri 3 Bangli is always committed to developing learning for the sake of creation student wellbeing. One of the innovations offered is a learning model Games Based Learning (GBL) assisted Quizizz paper mode. This learning model is very suitable to be applied in schools that have students whose backgrounds do not all have devices or internet quota. This research is quantitative research which aims to look at implementation, improvement in learning outcomes, and students' responses to assisted GBL Quizizz paper mode. The data collection method used in this research was tests, questionnaires and interviews. The subjects in this research were class VII A students of SMP Negeri 3 Bangli. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of GBL is assisted Quizizz Paper mode is implemented in a game. Students are grouped into several teams. This team will compete to accurately and quickly answer quiz questions that have been designed by the teacher with a paper board containing barcode. Learning GBL help Quizizz paper mode, based on test results, can improve the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri Bangli. With a classical increase in post-test results of 69%. Apart from that, this model also makes students very happy, motivated and active in learning. Based on the results of the interview, students felt happy and GBL learning was supported Quizizz paper mode is highly anticipated by students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan komunikasi organisasi antar perangkat desa dalam pengelolaan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan berbasis nilai-nilai Hindu di Desa Penglatan, Kabupaten Buleleng, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sistem komunikasi organisasi, menganalisis penerapannya dalam pelayanan administrasi, dan mengeksplorasi peran nilai-nilai Hindu seperti Tri Hita Karana. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dengan perangkat desa (Perbekel, Sekretaris Desa, Kasi Pemerintahan, dan Kasi Pelayanan), observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berjalan efektif melalui integrasi komunikasi formal (rapat bulanan, surat edaran) dan informal (WhatsApp Group), dengan koordinasi intensif yang mempercepat pelayanan administrasi seperti pengurusan KTP-el dan Kartu Keluarga. Nilai-nilai Hindu, termasuk Tri Hita Karana (harmoni manusia-Tuhan-sesama-lingkungan), Tat Twam Asi (kesetaraan), dan Seva (pelayanan tulus), menjadi landasan integritas dan transparansi dalam pelayanan, meskipun kendala seperti sinyal internet tidak stabil masih menghambat komunikasi digital. Kesimpulannya, kombinasi komunikasi formal-informal dan internalisasi nilai-nilai Hindu menciptakan pelayanan yang efisien, humanis, dan berintegritas. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan kapasitas perangkat desa, dan integrasi nilai-nilai lokal ke dalam SOP pelayanan, dengan saran untuk optimalisasi media komunikasi digital, penguatan kolaborasi berbasis Seva, serta sosialisasi nilai-nilai Hindu guna memperkuat good governance di tingkat desa.

Abstract

In today's modern era, almost everyone in various circles from young to old is inseparable from using gadgets. Gadgets as electronic devices that can make it easier for everyone to find and get information anywhere and anytime. Gadgets are also one of the communication tools that can connect a person from various countries easily. Behind the advantages of using gadgets, there is also another side that can affect early childhood development. The importance of early childhood education which aims to avoid unwanted things to children from an early age needs to be considered. This research uses a type of qualitative research using a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that appropriate stimulation and experiences in childhood have a positive impact on children's learning abilities, health, and well-being as adults. The overuse of gadgets in early childhood is quite a concern nowadays because it can have a negative impact on the child's developmental system and can even be slow to respond when someone interacts with the child. Therefore, it is important to focus on the overall development of children from an early age and ensure that gadget use does not hinder their development. Each child has different needs, so it is important to monitor and adjust the use of equipment according to the child's development and needs.
