Abstract

This study aims to discuss the application of Fullday School Management at SDIT Nurul Fikri Sidoarjo in the formation of students' morals. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the full day school management at SDIT Nurul Fikri in its application has passed several aspects in terms of Human Resources, infrastructure and facilities and the curriculum used by SDIT Nurul Fikri has met the needs of students during the implementation of learning with the Full day school system. Human Resources who are young, energetic, competent and have a high commitment to want to develop, complete and adequate infrastructure and facilities to support the needs and activities of students in this school have successfully implemented the Full day school system in improving school quality. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of Fullday School management at SDIT Nurul Fikri has been going well and has played a role in the process of forming students' morals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the Project Citizen Learning Model and social intelligence to the 5th and 6th graders of SD Muhammadiyah 01 Sidoarjo. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The result is that the steps in this model have been implemented by the teacher. Starting from the beginning of learning, teachers and students identify problems and seek information about public policies that exist in the community by discussing, groups will present their work and portfolios that have been made, reflecting on the learning experience at the end of the lesson. Based on the results of the questionnaire data obtained 89% of students are confident in making new friends, 97.8%. Students easily communicate with friends, 93.5% are able to communicate with other people including school workers, 79.7% help friends complete assignments, 90% are able to do school assignments well, 100% of students answer the mandate to take care of safekeeping items. With this Learning Model, not only cognitive abilities are obtained by students but the development of students' social intelligence is evident from the results of questionnaires distributed by researchers.

Abstract

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, learning that is carried out in elementary schools and madrasas iftidaiyah is online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of online learning using audio-visual media through WhatsApp Class I MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari and to find out what obstacles occur in online learning Class I MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method with the main data sources and supporting data. The main data sources as research subjects were first grade teachers, madrasa principals, parents, and grade I students at MI Nurul Huda Ngampesari. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis and interpretation techniques used data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and data verification. From the research conducted, it was found that the learning carried out in Class I MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari was carried out online. As well as the use of audio-visual media for online learning such as: learning videos made by class teachers or those taken by YouTube, voice messages or voice notes and using WhatsApp to send materials and assignments. In addition to using WhatsApp, the teacher also uses several kinds of applications, lesson plans, and written assignments in the form of worksheets that are collected once a month to see student activity in doing assignments. There are several obstacles in online learning, including data packages for students, the lack of enthusiasm of students in participating in online learning, and the lack of parental roles in assisting children in participating in online learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the Arabic language teacher at MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Karangasem Paciran Lamongan and to analyze the development of students' Arabic skills at MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data sources in the form of interviews with teachers of MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan. From this research, it was found that the teacher of MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan had performed his role well. However, the method used by the teacher during learning is considered inappropriate if the use of singing to memorize mufradat is generalized to students in grades 1-6. The results of the final semester exams for students in grades 1-6 are above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), but when viewed from the historical value that MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan is located in a cottage environment and is under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah college, the resulting score unsatisfactory students. The scores obtained by male students were lower than those of female students. So it is necessary to upgrade the method.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the implementation of Akidah Akhlak (Moral Aqidah) learning in shaping the moral development of Grade 3 students at MI AL-KHAWATIM, Arjasa District, Sumenep Regency. The study utilizes data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis, employing descriptive qualitative techniques for data analysis. The subjects involved in the research include students, teachers, and parents. The findings reveal that the implementation of moral aqidah learning effectively utilizes question and answer sessions, discussions, lectures, and relevant learning resources. The study highlights the advantages of this approach in shaping students' behavior and attitudes towards God, parents, teachers, and themselves. However, challenges such as classroom distractions and limited learning resources were identified. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation. The implications of this research offer insights into improving moral aqidah education and its impact on students' moral formation. Highlights: Effective implementation of moral aqidah: This study explores the successful implementation of moral aqidah learning, emphasizing the use of various teaching methods and resources. Challenges in moral aqidah education: The research highlights the drawbacks of implementing moral aqidah learning, including classroom distractions, limited resources, and potential confusion among students. Implications for moral formation: The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the significance of moral aqidah education in shaping students' behavior, attitudes, and relationships with God, parents, teachers, and themselves. Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of online learning for grade 3 students at MI MA'ARIF KEDENSARI in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to examine the challenges, benefits, and overall effectiveness of online learning in a primary school setting. Qualitative methods, including observation and documentation, were employed to collect data and information. Additionally, interviews were conducted with two teachers and two students to gain insights into the implementation of online learning. The study reveals various obstacles encountered during online learning activities, such as limited access to cellphones and poor signal availability, which hindered student participation. Furthermore, through the interviews, both positive and negative aspects of online learning were identified. These findings have implications for educational institutions and policymakers, emphasizing the need for addressing technological limitations and designing effective online learning strategies for young students. The study contributes to the ongoing discourse on online education and provides valuable insights into the challenges faced during its implementation at the grade 3 level.
