The use of carbon as a filter that allows you to improve health status and prevent the death of traditional divers. For this reason, this study aims to prove the effectiveness of using filter filters on traditional divers. The method used to determine the concentration of O2 & CO2 gas in the economy on examination using sample gas before and after being given an activated carbon filter with a sample of 20 respondents. Statistical tests using Mann Whitney. The use of activated carbon filters has no effect on respiratory aids in traditional divers as evidenced by the Mann Whitney test showing p values at oxygen levels = 0.842 and p values at carbon dioxide levels = 0.300 ((p> α = 0.05). Activated carbon cannot be used as a respiratory aid for traditional divers and settlement of divers in traditionally carrying out effective and routine maintenance. Keywords: Traditional Divers, Compressors, Filters, Activated Carbon

This study design using one-group pre-post test design with a sample of 33 cancer patients with chemotherapy in Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Surabaya. The instrument used was a questionnaire on demographic data and questionnaire sheet DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale). The test used was Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with significance ρ = ≤ 0,05. Results of measuring the level of stress before the progressive relaxation therapy is given to a range of severe stress and after being given the progressive relaxation therapy to the normal range. Test results after and before the ρ= ≤ 0,001 while the value of ρ= ≤ 0.05, then it can be concluded that there is influence progressive relaxation therapy on stress levels. This therapy is highly effective in reducing stress levels, in order to accelerate the healing process of cancer. After a given therapy, stress levels were initially high after the therapy would be a significant drop was even normal. Keywords: progressive relaxation therapy, cancer, chemotherapy, stress

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that has a high prevalence globally and often causes serious complications such as diabetic foot ulcers. Diabetic foot ulcers are one of the leading causes of nontraumatic amputations and significantly affect the quality of life and health of diabetic patients. Treatment of diabetic foot ulcers is a challenge for healthcare because it involves various factors that hinder the healing process. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of topical propolis as an adjuvant in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods: Data were analyzed from quality studies indexed in the SCOPUS Quartil 1 database. Data visualization is done using Forest plots. Results: The results of the analysis showed that topical propolis made a significant contribution to the healing process of diabetic foot ulcers. Topical administration of propolis increases connective tissue deposits. It promotes better tissue regeneration, as well as reducing oxidative stress, which is a major contributor to the pathogenesis of diabetic foot ulcers. Conclusion: Topical propolis offers a new and promising approach to the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. With its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties, propolis can speed up the wound healing process, improve patients' quality of life, and reduce the economic burden associated with diabetic foot ulcer treatment. Although more research is needed to understand the mechanism of action of propolis thoroughly, these results lend support to the potential of propolis as an effective adjuvant therapy in the management of this chronic disease.
