Abstract

Abstract Puskesmas is an institution under the auspices of the Health Service which aims to organize health efforts that are comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable and affordable for the people of Indonesia. However, we often see cases of bad health worker service practices at the Puskesmas. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance, quality work life and work engagement on the performance of Janti Health Center employees. In this study using explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 34 health workers. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. While the method of data analysis using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work life balance and quality work life did not significantly influence the performance of Janti Health Center employees. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of trust, Marek's image and perceived ease of use of e-wallets (a case study on FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019). This research is a quantitative type of research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 86 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to learn about and examine Dinoyo ceramic industry artisans' financial management practices in Malang City in 2023. Financial Knowledge and Internal Locus of Control are the independent variables influencing this study. The kind of examination utilized is clear with a quantitative methodology, and that implies making sense of the connection between the free factors and the reliant variable. Quantitative The SPSS program is used to conduct multiple linear regression analysis on the data. Through the distribution of questionnaires and direct observation, primary data were obtained directly. As per information from the Executive of the Dinoyo ceramics affiliation, Malang City, in 2023, the populace got was 23 skilled workers. Furthermore. According to the findings of the study, internal locus of control and partially financial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior among Dinoyo ceramic industry craftsmen in Malang City. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth, product quality and confidence on iPhone brand smartphone purchase decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was obtained using the purposive sampling method with the number of samples obtained as many as 90 respondents who were students of the faculty of economics and business, Islamic University of Malang who used iPhone brand smartphones. The data analysis used in this study used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, t tests and R2 coefficients of determination. The results of this study show that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the iPhone brand smartphone, product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the iPhone brand smartphone and confidence has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of iPhone brand smartphones. Keywords: Word of mouth, Product quality, Confidence, Purchasing decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyse the influence of online customer reviews, transaction security, and prices on purchasing decisions for Skintific beauty products on Shopee e-commerce conducted on FEB students Batch 2020-2022 Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative. The research sample was taken using proportioned stratified random sampling technique or proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Using (F test) for simultaneous hypothesis testing and (t test) for partial testing. The results of this study indicaite thait simultaineously online customer reviews, trainsaiction security, aind prices haive ai significaint effect on purchaising decisions for Skintific beaiuty products on Shopee e-commerce. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of job satisfaction and employee commitment on turnover intention in employees of the production division of PT. Majoin Coness Indonesia which is located in Malang. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a number of questions regarding job satisfaction, turnover intention, and employee commitment. The high rate of employee exit from the company will lead to higher costs incurred by the company for recruiting employees and retraining costs. This research was conducted with the number of respondents taken as many as 251 employees using the census method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction partially significant effect on turnover intention. Employee commitment partially significant effect on turnover intention. There is a simultaneous significant effect of the independent variable in the form of Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment to the dependent variable in the form of Turnover Intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention, Employee Commitment.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of brand satisfaction, brand trust and brand experience on Eiger brand loyalty. The independent variables used are brand satisfaction, brand trust and brand experience, while the dependent variable is brand loyalty. The sample used in this study was 90 respondents who were students of Islamic University of Malang who were customers of Eiger brand products. Data collection method using questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, analysis multiple linear regression, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test and R2 coefficient of determination. The results of this study show that brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Eiger brand loyalty, brand trust has a positive effect and significant to the brand loyalty of the Eiger brand, and brand experience has a positive and significant effect on the brand loyalty of the Eiger brand.  Keywords: Brand Satisfaction, Brand Trust, Brand Experience, Brand Loyalty, Eiger Brand.

Abstract

Abstract In this study, the aim is to determine the influence of reward and work performance on the job performance of PT employees. HM. Sampoerna Tbk. Sukorejo - Pasuruan. This study has a population of 850 employees. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with 90 employees. Then, this study used questionnaires and interviews to collect data. To analyze the data itself, this study uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study explain that rewards and job performance have a positive impact on employee performance. Therefore, it can be said that the higher the reward and work efficiency, the better the performance of the employee. Reward and performance have a positive effect on employee performance. A fairer remuneration system will motivate employees to be more enthusiastic about taking control of their work, for example with the availability of compensation, benefits, career development and on-the-job training. work with quality, according to plan, efficiently.  Keywords: reward, work efficiency, employee performance

Abstract Along with the development of the era, innovation continues to be carried out in the field of technology and industry. Likewise, the clothing industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia. The fashion industry will continue to grow along with the development of the industry and the fashion itself. The fashion industry is very flexible because at a certain time or season it has certain characteristics as well so that it is very dependent on the trends that occur at that time or season. Technological developments, especially in the industrial sector, will open up greater opportunities to be creative in the fashion sector. Diva Store is a form of business engaged in the fashion sector, especially in the sale of apparel and accessories for all walks of life. Diva Store is a reference store in the Blitar area due to good service and affordable prices. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous effect of price, service, and store atmosphere on Diva Store customer satisfaction. The population in this study were Diva Store customers who had made purchases more than 2 times and had a job status. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that partially the price, service, and store atmosphere have a significant effect on Diva Store customer satisfaction. Simultaneously price, service, and store atmosphere have a significant effect on Diva Store customer satisfaction. Keywords: Price, Service, and Store Atmosphere

Abstract

Abstract Tokopedia is Indonesia's largest digital start-up in the trading sector. One of Indonesia's most popular marketplaces is Tokopedia. Progressively well known among general society, Tokopedia has prevailed with regards to turning into a compelling unicorn in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Repurpose of  this study to ascertain and evaluate the impact of Brand Ambassadors and brand awareness on Tokopedia students' purchasing decisions. This study employs quantitative techniques. The populace in this review were Unisma understudies class of 2019, the staff of financial matters and business. Techniques for gathering data through the distribution of questionnaires Using the Lemeshow formula and a purposive sampling method, 100 students from the 2019 Faculty of Economics, Unisma, and Business classes provided the sample for this study. The factors in this study were Brand Envoy (X1), Brand mindfulness (X2), and Buy Choice (Y). Instrument test, normality test, classic assumption  test, multiple  linear  regression  analysis test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test are the data analysis methods that are utilized with the assistance of SPSS 25 software for Windows. According to the findings of this study,brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, and brand awareness is also positively and significantly influenced by brand ambassadors.
