Abstract

Pengangguran usia produktif merupakan tantangan besar bagi Indonesia dalam memasuki pasar bebas dan persaingan global. Penciptaan wirausaha muda adalah solusi yang bisa ditempuh untuk melipatgandakan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Indonesia menciptakan 700 ribu orang sarjana setiap tahunnya, tetapi masih banyak mahasiswa Indonesia yang kurang berminat berwirausaha. Ketidakpahaman berwirausaha menyebabkan  para mahasiswa lebih banyak bermindset mencari pekerjaan daripada menciptakan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa akan pentingnya berwirausaha dan mendorong tumbuhnya jiwa kewirausahaan (entrepreneurial Mindset) pada mahasiswa dengan mengadakan pengenalan dan pendalaman  Business Model canvas (BMC), sehingga mahasiswa lulusan Unisma Malang mampu menjalankan usaha dan nantinya mampu menjadi pencipta lapangan kerja (job creator).Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. BMC akan diperkenalkan pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan lanjutan. Selama 3 bulan (seminggu 1x pertemuan), mahasiswa akan diajarkan materi BMC dan penerapannya. Kemudian akan diukur secara kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan BMC terhadap mindset kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNISMA , semester 6 yang telah mendapatkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan lanjutan, dimana mereka belum pernah mendapatkan pengenalan dan materi BMC sebelumnya. Sampel diambil berdasarkan simple random sampling sebanyak 88 orang mahasiswa. Analisis data yang dipakai adalah Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara significant BMC mempengaruhi mindset berwirausaha mahasiswa secara metode (cara menjalankan bisnis), elemen bisnis (mengetahui komponen-komponen yang diperlukan dalam bisnis), serta strategi (memanfaatkan peluang yang dimodifikasi untuk mengurangi resiko). Model visualisasi yang disajikan BMC memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memetakan bisnis, berinovasi dan berkreasi, berpikir simple, mengkolaborasikan seluruh elemen yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan bisnis, dan memanfaatkan peluang. BMC sangat efektif dipakai sebagai alat model bisnis yang memudahkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam menjalankan usaha/bisnis, sehingga BMC perlu diperkenalkan dan dimasukkan dalam materi mata kuliah kewirausahaan di lingkungan Universitas Islam Malang untuk meningkatkan mindset kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Keywords: business model canvas (BMC), entrepreneurial mindset, business model

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis potensi masuknya pesaing baru dan potensi pengembangan produk pengganti batik di Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk  mendeskripskan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, dan persepsi pengusaha batik. Implikasi proses penelitian ini akan menghasilkan temuan penelitian sebagai berikut, pertama pelaku UKM batik dihadapkan oleh adanya usaha batik lain yang memproduksi batik printing dan batik celup. Batik printing dan batik celup diproduksi dalam jumlah yang banyak dengan waktu proses yang cepat dan harga yang sangat murah sehingga pengusaha batik tradisional menghadapi persaingan dengan cara mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas batik serta menerapkan strategi harga yang sesuai. Kedua, lingkungan industri yang dinamis memicu sebagian pelaku UKM untuk melakukan inovasi sebagai upaya mempertahankan eksistensi dalam dunia batik. Abstract

Plastic waste that can threaten the environment is increasingly overflowing in many areas. Therefore, this program is aimed to utilize waste banks by processing plastic waste into decorative pillows in Ngempit village, Kraton, Pasuruan in collaboration with the Community Information Group Surya Harapan and Etza Accesories. This program not only save the environment, but it also produces decorative pillow products which can also be a feature product of the village, so that this program indirectly can develop the creative economy of the people in Ngempit village. The method applied in this partnership program is counseling, training, demonstration and assistance. The results of the community partnership program are counseling and training on processing plastic waste into decorative pillows, counseling on marketing strategies, counseling on determination of selling price, as well as demonstration or practice of producing decorative pillow made from plastic waste with special designs, which are pictures and words in English. Finally, as a starting point, the product has been marketed at Surya Madani Business Enterprise in Ngempit village

Abstract

Abstract: The study analyzes the role of Batik SME’s industrial environment based on Porter’s Five Competition Forces. This study also analyzes the phenomenon of innovation in the expansion of Batik SME based on the type and nature.Method applied in this study uses phenomenological approach to describe and analyze phenomenon, events, social activities, behaviors, beliefs, and perceptions of batik entrepreneurs. The findings of this study are, first, product information makes customers more selective in choosing their batik needs offered; second, batik entrepreneurs collaborate with suppliers in Yogyakarta, Solo, and Pekalongan by purchasing tools and batik materials in large quantities. Batik entrepreneurs of Celaket act as suppliers of batik tools and materials as well especially in the area of Malang and Sukun; third, Batik SME in Malang and Batu are confronted by the presence of other businesses that produce dyed batik and printed batik, which are new kinds in the world of batik. Printed batik (batik printing) and dyed batik (batik celup) are produced in large quantities with fast processing time and very low price, so the traditional batik entrepreneurs deal with the competition by maintaining and improving the quality of batik and applying an appropriate pricing strategy; fourth, the dynamic environment of industry triggers some entrepreneurs to innovate in order to maintain existence in the world of batik.Finally, there is a value shift in the art of batik culture both motifs and philosophy due to market demand and economic needs.  Keywords: Industrial Environment, Porter’s Five Competition Forces, Innovation Phenomenon, Batik SME Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis peran lingkungan industry Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Batik berdasarkan Lima Tekanan Kompetisi Porter. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis fenomena inovasi dalam ekspansi UKM Batik berdasarkan tipe dan sifat alami batik. Metode yang diaplikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Fenomenologi untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, kejadian-kejadian, aktivitas sosial, perilaku, kepercayaan, dan persepsi pengusaha batik. Hasil penelitian adalah, pertama, informasi produk membuat konsumen lebih selektif memilih batik yang ditawarkan; kedua, para pengusaha batik berkolaborasi dengan supplier di Yogyakarta, Solo, dan Pekalongan dengan membeli peralatan dan bahan baku batikdalam jumlah besar. Pengusaha batik Celaket berperan sebagai supplier peralatan dan bahan baku batik khususnya di kawasan Malang dan Sukun; ketiga, UKM batik di Malang dan Batu menghadapi perlawanan dari kehadiran bisnis baru yang memproduksi batik celup dan batik printing yang merupakan varian baru dalam dunia perbatikan. Batik printing dan batik celup diproduksi dalam jumlah yang besar dengan waktu proses cepat dan harga yang sangat rendah, sehinggapengusaha batik tradisional mengatasi masalah ini dengan menjaga dan atau meningkatkan kualitas batik dan mengaplikasikan strategi harga yang tepat; keempat, dinamika lingkungan industry memicu beberapa pengusaha batik berinovasi untuk menjaga eksistensi di dunia perbatikan; dan terakhir, ada pergeseran nilai dalam budaya seni batik meliputi motif dan filosofi karena permintaan pasar dan kebutuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Industri, Lima Tekanan Kompetisi Porter, Fenomena Inovasi, UKM Batik

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping promos, ease of payment, and ease of use on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang class of 2019 and Shopee users. This research includes explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 90 respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires through Google Form. The results of this study partially show that free shipping promos, ease of payment, and ease of use influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of association, fashion trends, and financial literacy on consumptive lifestyles. This research method uses quantitative methods. With the data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to students of the 2019 class of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA. The results of this study used SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: social influence has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. fashion trends have a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles financial literacy has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. The significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, meaning that the variables of social influence, fashion trends, and financial literacy simultaneously influence consumptive lifestyles. Keywords: Influence of Association, Fashion Trend, Financial Literacy, Consumptive Lifestyle.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze beauty vloggers, brand image, prices and halal labels that simultaneously and partially influence the purchase decision of Make Over cosmetic products. This research is located in the Arum Beauty Shop Lawang cosmetic shop. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The data used is primary data, obtained from interviews and questionnaires filled out directly by respondents who are consumers of the Arum Beauty Shop cosmetic shop. The sample used is 100 respondents.Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS 26 program. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that beauty vlogger, brand image, price and halal label have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Make Over cosmetic products. Keywords: Beauty Vlogger, Brand image, Price, Halal Label.

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the recruitment process, selection and job training on the performance of online drivers of PT Gojek Indonesia Malang City Branch. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from answers to questions when distributing questionnaires to online drivers of PT Gojek Indonesia Malang City Branch. The sample method used is Accidental Sampling. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents. The data analysis method is using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests and statistical tests. The results showed: (1) the recruitment process has a significant effect on the performance of online drivers, (2) selection has a significant effect on the performance of online drivers, (3) job training has no significant effect on the performance of online drivers. Keywords: Recruitment Process, Selection, Job Training, and  The Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of consumers of the TikTok Shop study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2019, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula used to take the sample, namely the number of items x 5 so that the total sample is 85 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Uji F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Uji t). The results of his research show that free shipping has a significant and positive influence on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers, discounts have a significant and positive influence on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers and online customer reviews partially have no effect on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers. In addition, simultaneously free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers. Keywords: Free Shipping, Discounts and Online Customer Reviews and Consumer Purchase Decisions TikTok Shop.
