Sistem Informasi adalah suatu cara tertentu untuk menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi untuk beroperasi dengan cara yang sukses dan untuk organisasi bisnis dengan cara yang menguntungkan. Salah satunya adalah sekolah SMK Budhi Warman II Jakarta sangat membutuhkan sistem Manajemen TU yang dapat mengolah data guru dan pembayaran SPP. Aplikasi Manajemen TU ini dibuat menggunakan metode pengerjaan waterfall dan dibantu dengan bahasa pemprograman Java, dan Mysql Luaran yang akan dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah purwarupa berupa Aplikasi Manajemen TU dalam dalam Mengolah data guru dan pembayaran SPP.  Dengan adanya  aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengajar dalam menfaatkan dan meningkatkan kinerja dalam menjalani ativitas perkerjaan di SMK Budhi Warman II Jakarta

Elementary school is the most basic level of formal education in Indonesia. Elementary school is taken within 6 years, starting from grade 1 to grade 6 (Wikipedia, 2021). Therefore, elementary school education is very important because it is a benchmark for children's success in receiving basic education. So basic education must have quality resources. Good teaching materials supported by qualified teaching staff. This pandemic period, of course, shifts from face-to-face learning to online learning. In implementing the online learning model with the blended learning method, Google Meet is used as the learning medium. In addition, in this study using a Knowledge Management System (KMS) can help problems regarding migration from face-to-face learning to learning with blended learning models. The problems that arise from learning the blended learning model are of course the readiness of teachers, technology and equipment needed to support implementation. This research method uses a descriptive content analysis study. The use of code switching and code mixing is a symptom of language that occurs in a society that is rich in language. The language used varies. This research was carried out at Yadika Middle School, West Jakata. This study uses a qualitative method . This method describes code switching and code mixing from students and teachers as well as the community around SMP Yadika 5 West Jakarta. Respondents consisted of 15 students and 6 teachers. In this study, data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The researcher uses the listen, note, and record method because the researcher hears, listening and recording conversations according to the methodology used in the study. The results of the study show that code switching and code mixing occur or change in Indonesian into regional languages or vice versa. The emergence of code switching and code mixing is caused by the speaker's dialect, and wants to close the distance between the seller and the buyer.

Aim: The prevalence data for growth and development disorders is increased by 28.7%, and Indonesia being the third highest in Southeast Asia. The influence of family support, especially from the mother, is very influential on the child's development because the mother's encouragement is very influential on the child's success in achieving development according to the stages. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal support and the level of development of preschool children in Daya Wanita Kindergarten, Sumedang. Methods: The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples used is 70 respondents (35 children and 35 mothers). This study used a purposive sampling technique and the developmental pre-screening questionnaire (KPSP) to measure the mother's support using a Guttman scale with two choices of answers that support and do not support. Result: Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution technique and bivariate using Chi-Square test. The results showed that out of 35 children, 20 children had appropriate development (57.1%), ten children had doubtful development (28.6%), and five children had abnormal development (14.3%). Most of the children received support from their mothers. As many as 22 people (62.9%) and 13 children did not get proper support (37.1%). There is a significant relationship between the mother's support and preschool-age children's development level (p-value = 0.007). Conclusion: This study showed a relationship between mothers' support and the development of preschool-age children. Based on this study result is hoped that schools can educate parents about stimulating child development, and parents can facilitate the children's stimulation at home.

The trend of using technology is currently growing rapidly, especially in the field of education. As a result of the current pandemic, all learning is done online. Apart from all that, to improve the quality of each school competing in creating learning media as a tool in improving the quality of human resources, especially students. SMP X will build an android-based biology learning application as a new learning medium to improve students' understanding of biology learning materials, this application was created not to replace classroom learning but as an additional learning method by utilizing technology. Of course, before designing this android-based biology learning application, service providers must prepare various needs for the system to be built, the duration of the work and calculate the costs that must be spent. The method used in this research is a literature study of various cases in journals or articles that discuss the problem of software project management analysis according to the schedule and costs set so as to produce a descriptive analysis. Ketika teknologi yang semakin canggih saat ini digunakan untuk hal-hal yang positif  dan bermanfaat. Namun, ketika disalah gunakan untuk hal-hal negatif, maka berdampak buruk bagi anak. Game Online merupakan salah satu hiburan yang diminati oleh sebagian besar anak-anak saat ini. Anak-anak mampu bertahan di depan layar untuk bermain game online dalam kurun waktu yang tidak sebentar. Bermain game online menimbulkan efek ketergantungan. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengabdian masyarakat, akan memberikan sosialisasi mengenai dampak negative dan positif dari media online (Game Online) serta cara mengatasi agar anak tidak ketergantungan dalam penggunaan media online khususnya game online. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kepada instansi terkait yaitu warga RT 04 RW 03 Kelurahan Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Sosialisasi berupa penjelasan atau uraian mengenai pengaruh media online bagi pelajar yang mempunyai banyak dampak bagi kehidupan. Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan memberikan pengarahan dan cara menangani anak yang memiliki kecanduan terhadap game online. This community service aims to develop a digital platform to market local products and tourism potential in Senjoyo Village, Semarang Regency. The program was implemented using a participatory action research approach involving 30 MSME actors and tourism managers. Implementation methods include assessment, training, platform development, and intensive mentoring. The program results show an increase in digital understanding by 75%, an increase in MSME turnover by 35%, and a 45% increase in tourist visits. The Senjoyo Digital Market platform has successfully integrated 45 MSME products and 5 tour packages with a conversion rate of 8.5%. The formation of the Senjoyo Digital Community is the key to program sustainability. The main challenge in the form of digital gaps between generations can be overcome through adaptive learning approaches and mentoring systems.
