Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh psikoedukasi manajemen burnout terhadap strategi koping pada ibu asuh sebagai caregiver pada SOS Children’s Villages Semarang. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 25 orang. Profesi penolong atau profesi yang terkait bidang sosial sangat rentan mengalami burnout atau kejenuhan. Pekerja sosial seperti caregiver pun termasuk rentan mengalami kondisi mental tersebut. Adapun sumber burnout yang dialami oleh para caregiver seperti beban kerja yang terlalu berlebihan, tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi, harapan orang lain yang tidak realistis terhadap hasil kerja caregiver, dan lain-lain. Kejenuhan atau burnout dapat menyebabkan penurunan efektifitas kerja kinerja individu. Burnout atau kejenuhan yang merupakan sindrom psikologis terdiri tiga dimensi, yaitu kelelahan emosi, depersonalisasi, dan penurunan pencapaian prestasi. Diperlukan kemampuan untuk manajemen burnout agar caregiver dapat mengatasi burnout yang dialaminya, penanganan ini disebut strategi koping, sehingga dapat melakukan tugasnya sebagai ibu asuh dengan lebih efektif.Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode ekspreimen, dengan disain penelitian pre-test post-test without control group dimana subjek penelitian diberi perlakuan berupa psikoedukasi untuk dilihat pengaruhnya terhadap strategi koping untuk mengatasi burnout dan diukur saat sebelum perlakuan dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 6,9 % strategi koping dalam mengatasi burnout dipengaruhi oleh psikoedukasi manajemen burnout, yang bermakna terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi strategi koping pada ibu asuh sebagai caregiver di SOS Children Villages Semarang

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirirs hubungan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan kedisiplinan pada peserta didik SMP Hasanuddin 10 Kota Semarang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan kedisiplinan pada peserta didik SMP Hasanuddin 10 Kota Semarang. Semakin besar dukungan sosial dari orangtua, maka semakin tinggi kedisiplinan pada peserta didik, demikian pula sebaliknya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 orang yang merupakan peserta didik dari SMP Hasanuddin 10 Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Analisis dara dilakukan menggunakan teknik Spherman s rho Corellation. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan adanya korelasi sebesar 0,333 dengan p = < 0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan kedisiplinan pada peserta didik, sehinggga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.Katakunci: Kedisiplinan pada Peserta Didik, Dukungan Sosial Orangtua

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior in modern organizations has an influence on the success of the organization and the personal lives of employees. Studies related to work-family conflict and Perception of Organizational Support are some that are correlated and some that are not correlated with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, besides that there is no combination of the two. This study combines the two to find out how much influence they have on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of this study is to empirically test the role of Work-Family Conflict and Perception of Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The method used is quantitative. The subject of the study is automotive marketing. Statistical analysis with Multiple Regression Test. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. The results of this study indicate that Work-Family Conflict and Perception of Organizational Support have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Perception of Organizational Support has a greater influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. compared to Work-Family Conflict. A small contribution to Work-Family Conflict due to the support system in Indonesian culture. In conclusion, Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be predicted from an individual's ability to manage their work-family conflict and the individual's positive perception of their organizational support.

Abstract

Job stress is adaptive response influenced by personal characteristics and psychological processes result of external actions, situations or events impose physical and psychological demands on employees. For this reason, organizations must pay attention to fostering good relations with employees because no matter how good strategy made organization will not be implemented properly if its not accompanied a positive attitude from employees. This study aims to determine effect workload and job insecurity on work stress with psychological well-being as an intervening variable, number subjects is 85 technician employees PT Telkom Access Semarang who are determined using random sampling. Variables this study are workload, job insecurity, psychological well-being, and work stress. Data analysis using SmartPLS program. Results showed a negative and insignificant effect workload on psychological well-being with a t-value of 0.701 <1.96 and a p-value of 0.363 > 0.05. Job insecurity has a negative effect on psychological well-being with t-value of 0.483 <1.96 and p-value of 0.801 > 0.05. Workload has positive effect on work stress with t-value of 1.162 > 1.96 with p-value of 0.001 <0.05. Job insecurity has positive effect on work stress with t-value of 2.014 > 1.96 with p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Psychological well-being has negative effect on work stress with t-value of 1.050 <1.96 with p-value of 0.102 > 0.05. Results this study also concluded that positive influence workload on work stress through psychological well-being with t-value of 2,542 > 1.96 with p-value of 0.016 <0.05. Positive effect insecurity on work stress through psychological well-being with t-value of 2.038 > 1.96 with p-value of 0.042 <0.05.

Abstract

Suicide is one of the causes of death in the world. According to WHO, the number of deaths due to suicide is about 800,000 people each year, or about 1 person every 40 seconds. Indonesia ranks fourth from countries in ASIA with suicides. Suicide is prevalent among teenagers. In this case, it can be said that college students are also classified into late adolescence to go into early adulthood. Adolescence is the most important period for personality development and integration. The importance of Self Compassion and Self Image influences the emergence of Suicidal Ideation. The population in this study is students in Semarang City. Sample using Purposive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative research, which uses 3 scales, namely the Self Compassion scale, the Self Image scale and the Suicide Ideation scale. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that the value of F Value calculated = 85.726 > Ftable = 8.562, this means that Self Compassion (X1) simultaneously affects Suicide Ideation (Y). F value count = 126.646 > Ftable = 8.562, This means that Self Image (X2) simultaneously affects Suicide Ideation (Y). Keywords: Self Compassion, Self Image, Suicide Ideation, Student
