Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan komitmen karyawan pada CV. Maju Jaya ditinjau dari self efficacy dan persepsi dukungan organisasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan studi populasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  karyawan CV. Wahyu Jaya Semarang yang berjumlah 50 orang. Metoda pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan skala. Ada tiga buah skala yang dipakai yaitu skala komitmen karyawan, skala self efficacy, dan skala persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan, diuji secara statistik dengan menggunakan teknik  Analisis Regresi untuk menguji hubungan ketiga  variabel. Semua perhitungan statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS.Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa besarnya koefisien korelasi 1,000 dengan p<0,05 antara self efficacy, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan komitmen karyawan  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi antara self efficacy, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan komitmen karyawan. Analisis korelasi antara self efficacy terhadap komitmen karyawan diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,394 dengan p<0,01 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Analisis korelasi antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen karyawan diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,435 dengan p<0,01 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Analisis terhadap self efficacy dan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen karyawan diperoleh hasil Rx1x2y sebesar 0,488 dengan p<0,05 sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Berarti ada hubungan self efficacy dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

Youth who have creative motivation, especially in Bangetayu Wetan Village, Semarang City, are a community forum for social welfare in the environment by being active in youth organization activities. To increase the knowledge and understanding of the importance of organizational communication to increase the motivation for creativity in the organization or the environment, training activities for members of the youth organization in Bangetayu Wetan Village. The method of lectures, games, discussions is the approach for the implementation of this community service activity. Based on the results of pretest and posttest data analysis using T-test, output results using SPSS tool are p < 0.01 where p (sig.) = 0.000 < 0.01. This can be interpreted that there is an increase in the understanding of the members of the youth organization regarding communication in a good and effective organization.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social support and work experience on the decision to work or not. according to major. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using SmartPLS. The population in this study were 47 employees of the CV Mitra Gamesindo Semarang office. This research aims to analyze the influence of social support and work experience on decision making to work outside of your major through self-efficacy. The results of this study show that: 1) social support has a significant effect on decision making to work not according to major, 2) work experience does not significantly influence decision making to work not according to major, 3) social support has a significant effect on decision making to work not according to major through self efficacy, 4) work experience has a significant effect on decision making to work not according to major through self efficacy, 5) social support has a significant effect on self efficacy, 6) work experience has a significant effect on self efficacy and 7) self efficacy has a significant effect on decision making work not according to major.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide training on Mindfulness to Youth at Karang Taruna RT.08 RW.19 to increase their understanding of themselves regarding their physical and psychological aspects and be able to make conscious decisions and focus on the activities they are carrying out. Mindfulness training is a meditation method used to increase empathy both affectively, cognitively, morally, intrapersonally and interpersonally. The millennial generation (Gen Z) receives a lot of positive and negative information on the internet. Most Gen Z often use the internet and choose not to interact with their friends because they are comfortable with the gadgets they own. Initial interviews obtained from RT.08 mothers and several teenagers showed that the rise in suicide cases on social media reflects the lack of resilience in Gen Z. RT.08 mothers then asked the PkM team of the Psychology faculty to hold training that The aim is to protect Gen Z's mentality from the pressures that arise in today's millennial life journey. The lack of self-understanding and skills possessed by Gen Z makes RT.08 mothers feel worried about the mentality that Gen Z will have in the future. This input made the PkM team want to help find solutions regarding the self-development of youth at the RT.08 Rw.19 Youth Organization through Mindfulness Training. The process was gathered by teenagers at the RT.08 hall and provided material for understanding and practicing Mindfulness in the form of lectures, practices and games and group discussions. The results of the service show that there is an increase in understanding of 51% in youth at Karang Taruna, meaning that increasing understanding of Mindfulness can improve the ability of youth at Karang Taruna to better understand themselves and the surrounding environment so that they can overcome all challenges and obstacles that occur in the process. journey of daily life.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide training on Service Excellence to Widyatama Kindergarten Teachers in order to improve their understanding of the challenges, skills and competencies needed to succeed in the service process. Customer service requires speed and awareness of comfortable and satisfying service in today's competitive era. Good service improves the school's reputation. This training will discuss how to improve teacher skills for reliable, comfortable and satisfying customer service. Initial observations showed that Widyatama Kindergarten Teachers provided mediocre service to students and parents due to limited circumstances. This made the owner of Widyatama Kindergarten concerned because of the lack of understanding of excellent service that could increase the number of students at Widyatama Kindergarten. The lack of knowledge about providing excellent service to students and parents made the team want to help find a solution about understanding excellent service to Widyatama Kindergarten teachers through Service Excellent Training. The process is to gather these teachers in the classroom and provide material on understanding and practicing Service Excellent in the form of lectures, stories and games as well as group discussions. The service team's hope for TK.Widyatama teachers is to be able to understand the results of the training, with an increased understanding of Service Excellent, it can improve the ability of these teachers to be even better in serving students and their parents, so that it can increase the number of students entering TK.Widyatama.

Abstract

The main happiness of Lecturers is when they feel healthy in body and soul, one of which is by getting attention from their closest family. The culture of collectivism in Indonesian people, coupled with the ability of lecturers to do mindfulness in every activity is very helpful in creating personal happiness. The lives of lecturers often experience problems with their workplace and also their families, therefore the importance of a support system from the family so that lecturers are able to carry out their daily activities at work happily. The purpose of this study is to empirically test the happiness of Lecturers as reviewed from the family climate through the role of mindfulness as a mediator variable. The method used is quantitative, using 250 Lecturer respondents in the city of Java. Using purposive sampling techniques and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression with the Hayes program. The results showed that family climate had an influence of R = .539 sig.0.01 on lecturer happiness through mindfulness. Mindfulness is able to be a partial mediator of family climate on lecturer happiness. This study has implications so that it can be used as a reference for the application of Lecturer happiness through the family's internal support system.

Abstract

This international community service was conducted at Muslimeen Suksa School, Hatyai, Thailand. This PKM was conducted with the aim of providing training with the theme of Mindfullness to increase students' self-confidence. The problem that often occurs is that to motivate students' self-confidence, there is no specific curriculum that supports it. Moreover, students equivalent to high school prioritize emotional souls that are sometimes not accompanied by positive thinking, which has an impact on suboptimal self-confidence. Age is one of the considerations, considering that high school age is an age that prioritizes spontaneity or what is desired. Sometimes ideals have not been described by them. The method of this activity is in the form of training by distributing pretest and posttest answers to show participants' understanding before and after the material is given about Mindfullness, which is expected to increase students' self-confidence with the method being training that takes almost 3 hours, which is attended by around 75 students and 5 teachers and 1 principal. The results obtained in the form of descriptive qualitative by explaining and describing the conditions of participants who participated in this activity happily and enthusiastically, considering that this was the first activity to be followed and carried out by higher education institutions from Indonesia. The end of this activity is closed with relaxation

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to participate in resolving the problems that occur in UMKM Processed Mina in the coastal areas of Central Java, especially the Sayung area. Many fish processing businesses in the area only pursue profits to help the household economy, considering that their business productivity has not developed/increased, which is likely due to a lack of attention to conscious efforts to carry out or comply with Occupational Health and Safety (K3), such as using personal protective equipment such as hand straps, boots, or in processing fish related to stoves, there are no manual extinguishers for home businesses. K3 attitudes and behaviors for those whose workers are mostly women, are not/may not yet aware of this. Efforts to foster K3 attitudes and behaviors are things that affect economic businesses, especially mina because productivity is increasing. The results of the study are expected to help the local village government to strive to improve their business.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior in modern organizations has an influence on the success of the organization and the personal lives of employees. Studies related to work-family conflict and Perception of Organizational Support are some that are correlated and some that are not correlated with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, besides that there is no combination of the two. This study combines the two to find out how much influence they have on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of this study is to empirically test the role of Work-Family Conflict and Perception of Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The method used is quantitative. The subject of the study is automotive marketing. Statistical analysis with Multiple Regression Test. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. The results of this study indicate that Work-Family Conflict and Perception of Organizational Support have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Perception of Organizational Support has a greater influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. compared to Work-Family Conflict. A small contribution to Work-Family Conflict due to the support system in Indonesian culture. In conclusion, Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be predicted from an individual's ability to manage their work-family conflict and the individual's positive perception of their organizational support.
