<![CDATA[A large-scale pandemic and in a situation of uncertainty faced by the community and all sectors of life activities make it one of the difficulties for maritime business actors to overcome and respond to the new normal. This article presents data from the results of a literature search that describes the declining trend of global and national maritime transportation. The method used in this article is a literature study technique, which is a data collection technique carried out by searching for data from various sources of information as data sources, then presented as a perspective that describes the conditions of maritime transportation. During the pandemic, there was a downward trend, the real impact of the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic on the maritime industry in Indonesia was also quite large, as seen from the decline in Container Traffic at Indonesian ports, which decreased by 738,181 TEU. Changes in the way of working become a necessity that cannot be avoided and must be carried out by the organization in achieving its goals, the organization must make many adjustments.]]>

<![CDATA[Work safety has been a concern in government and business for a long time. Occupational safety factors are important because they are closely related to employee performance and in turn to company performance. The increasing availability of work safety facilities the less likely the occurrence of work accidents. Metpde used in this research is metodesurvey with approach of cross sectional.sampelyang used as many as 40 people with total sampling technique, Samples are asked to fill questionnaires distributed by researcher then collected and processed with statitik diskripttif. The results showed 10 samples have a good level of knowledge, 25 samples of sufficient knowledge level and 5 samples of knowledge level of bad.]]>

<![CDATA[The ejector pump has two main components, namely the electro-motor part and the mechanical part. The electro motor plays a vital role in the activity of draining sea water to the fresh water generator. The electro motor acts as a rotary driver in pump mechanics which has the working principle of converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. Control system and electro protection. The purpose of this research is to determine the cause of overload on a mechanical motor pump. The research was conducted by observation, namely direct observation of the pump which functions as an auxiliary machine. The results show that because the bearings experience excessive heat due to the connection at the center of the motor with the pump not being centered. Gland packing experiencing high speed events so that the shaft is difficult to rotate.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning media is one of the things that triggers learning activities and allows the realization of good learning objectives, so the author is interested in providing an overview of the learning activities of technical cadets in applied mechanics lectures. The method in this study is a survey and literature review. The object of research is the cadets of the AMN Cilacap engineering study program. Learning outcomes in the psychomotor domain are obtained through the discussion method. The instrument used is using google classroom media. Observations were made according to the indicators of learning activity using video media. In general, the indicators of activity have been seen, but still not overall. <![CDATA[Teachers generally have their own techniques in using the internet as a learning medium, this is one of the things that triggers learning activities and allows the realization of good learning goals, so the authors are interested in analyzing the use of the internet by teachers in learning at SMK Bina Bhakti Cilacap. This study uses qualitative research methods through descriptive and quantitative approaches. The purpose of the study is to analyze the use of the internet by teachers in learning at SMK Bina Bhakti Cilacap quantitatively and describe it in the form of narrative sentences. The location is at SMK Bina Bhakti Cilacap online with the subject teacher at the school. <![CDATA[The teacher acts as a facilitator so that learning objectives can be achieved. This can be done using the problem solving method, so the authors are interested in providing an overview of the use of problem solving by teachers in learning at SMK Bina Bhakti Cilacap. This study uses qualitative research methods through descriptive and quantitative approaches. The location is located at the Bina Bhakti Cilacap Vocational School offline with the subject teacher at the school. <![CDATA[An educator should understand the learning style of each student, this is because an individual's learning style can be different from other individuals. The differences in learning styles must be managed properly so that learning objectives can be achieved. The problem with lectures is that most educators do not know that there are differences in individual learning styles and do not manage them properly. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Learning Styles of Technical Cadets in Applied Physics Lectures in Fluid Sub Material as a Form of Differentiated Learning Application. This study uses a combination research method between observation and literature review. The author takes a location in the AMN Cilacap Engineering Study Program by utilizing instruments in the form of 2 media, namely Google Forms and Mentimeter. It was concluded that the analysis of Learning Styles in Technical Cadets in Applied Physics Lectures in the Sub Material of Fluids as a Form of Differentiated Learning Application obtained the value that the choice of learning style in the first order is the choice of Auditory learning style, while the choice of learning style in the second order is the choice of the Visual learning style and the choice of style learning in the third or last order, namely the choice of Kinesthetic learning styles. Analysis of the choice of learning styles can be used as a form of implementing differentiated learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Trade in goods and services between countries occurs due to the emergence of needs for goods and services that cannot be fulfilled by a country alone, or to be able to obtain goods or services that are cheaper or of better quality, so that import activities occur. Import activities have a very important economic value for the development of the industry itself and for the country. The purpose of this study is to analyze import handling through the use of Freight Forwarder services by taking locations in the Tanjung Priok customs area, as well as analyzing any problems that arise in the process of handling these imports. This study used several data collection methods such as interviews using questionnaires through Google forms, literature studies and qualitative descriptive methods to find out the information needed. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that with the services provided by Freight Forwarder companies, import activities become more effective and efficient, and in handling the import handling process it is necessary to have good communication between importers, Customs and Excise, as well as warehouse and trucking parties in order to obtain work results quickly, precisely and accurately.]]>
