Abstract

Sanitation is an effort aimed at environmental risk factors on a ship to break the chain of disease transmission to maintain and enhance health status. Vessel sanitation covers all aspects of ship compartment assessment including kitchens, food supply halls, hatches, warehouses, ship crew rooms, water supply, and food presentation and vector control of infectious diseases or rodents. The purpose of this study is to describe the sanitation of ships. This study uses a meta-analysis method with content analysis, which examines several articles on ship sanitation. From the results of the meta-analysis that most of the ships have carried out sanitation and cleanliness of the ship correctly, but there are still some who have not properly implemented sanitation. Boat sanitation is a condition, which has been mandated by WHO and government regulations.

Abstract

Republic Indonesia is an archipelago country of 17.000 islands surrounded by the 70% seas. So fair hence if most of coastal area have living as fisherman. The informal sector labor among fisherman not yet obtained optimal health s e ~ c es pecially which deal with his work, such as those which suggested that is obtain get plenary health service (preventive, promote,curative and rehabilifative and also executed comprehensively in health system.This study was a crossectional study locate in Muara dua, penikel village, district of Kampung laul, Cilacap regency, They take a 30 fisherman randomlyThe objective of this study is to describe the occupational fishermen health profile consisted of three components a) work load , b) nutrition status and occupational deseaseThe Result of the study, most of fishermen is over work load , normaly nutrition status and get 1 fisherman occupational desease

Abstract

Safety of shipping is very important and occupies a central position in all aspects of the shipping world. Aspects inherent in the safety of shipping include characteristics of attitudes, values, and activities concerning the importance of the fulfillment of safety and security requirements relating to transport in waters and ports.This paper discusses the role of syahbandar in the cruise shelter. Safety of shipping is an integral part of the role of syahbandar, the study of this article is a literature review or library research. The results show that the role of syahbandar is very important in the safety system of shipping

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze implementation of Inaportnet Information Technology and service performance on user satisfaction at Tanjung Priok Port. The Implementation of Inaportnet at a port is aimed at improving ship and cargo services at the port so as to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian ports. The study uses a quantitative method with path analysis. The number of research samples is as many as 62 port service user. The result of the hypothetical test on the research shows the information technology system it is expected that the system can assist the activity processes of a port and reduce the high cost in the port sector, and through Information Technology it can monitor the port activities which still need improvement

Abstract

The performance of port operational services can be measured by various indicators. One of the indicators is Waiting Time or ship waiting time. Waiting time and approach time are calculated from the time the ship arrives at the port and submits a mooring request until it gets pilot service to the berth. The existence of delays in Waiting Time and Approach time can cause losses to each ship and is quite detrimental for service users. Not only will costs increase, it will also have an impact on Waiting Time and Approach time for other ships. Therefore, to anticipate the long Waiting Time and Approach Time for ships that will dock at the port or wharf, PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Tanjung Intan Cilacap and the Cilacap Class II Port Authority and Harbormaster Office continue to make efforts to evaluate by maintaining operational service performance. in order to be able to provide effective services by maintaining queues of ships that will dock and ships that will leave, what is done by PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Tanjung Intan Cilacap and the Cilacap Class II Port Authority and Harbormaster Office in the 2022 period is very effective and has been going well, seen from the Waiting Time and Approach Time which is below the standard that has been set.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan keamanan merupakan prioritas utama dalam transportasi laut, dengan sistem navigasi menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kompetensi awak kapal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem navigasi di atas kapal terhadap kompetensi awak kapal MV. Mochtar Prabu Mangkunegara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan kajian literatur serta analisis data hasil kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan Koefisien Korelasi dan Regresi Linier Sederhana melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang sangat kuat dan positif (r = 0,772) antara sistem navigasi di atas kapal dengan kompetensi awak kapal, di mana setiap peningkatan satu satuan dalam sistem navigasi di atas kapal meningkatkan kompetensi awak sebesar 0,542 satuan. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 59,6% mengindikasikan bahwa sistem navigasi di atas kapal merupakan faktor dominan dalam mempengaruhi kompetensi awak kapal, meskipun masih ada 40,4% faktor lain yang turut mempengaruhi. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan sistem navigasi dan program pelatihan yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi awak kapal, yang pada akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan keselamatan dan efisiensi operasi pelayaran.
