Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelayanan PBB-P2 yang diberikan oleh Bidang Pendapatan Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dan menjelaskan factor-faktor yang mendukung serta menghambat pelayanan PBB-P2 . Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif dimana peneliti melakukan pengumupulan data kualitatif(wawancara mendalam), observasi, dan studi pustaka. Informan meliputi kabid pendapatan, kabid PBB-P2, kasubbid penagihan, kasubbid pelayanan dan pelayanan kasubag UP. Triangulasi data dilakukan atas dasar sumber (pelaku), tempat, dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan klasifikasi NJOP, tata cara pendaftaran, pendataan dan penilaian objek dan subjek pajak, tata cara penerbitan SPPT, tata cara pembetulan dan pembatalan, tata cara pengajuan pengurangan, keberatan, banding, dan peninjauan kembali atas keputusan keberatan, tata cara penagihan dengan surat paksa dan pelaksanaan penagihan seketika sekaligus, tata cara pengembalian kelebihan pembayaran PBB-P2, tata cara pembayaran, penyetoran, angsuran, dan penundaan pembayaran pajak dan tata cara pelayanan. Pelayanan PBB-P2 masih dilakukan secara manual dan tempat pelayanan terpadu masih terousat di dinas pendapatan daerah dan masih menggunkan pelayanan yang bersifat manual. Rekomendasi penelitian ini perlu dilakukan proses diglitalisasi pelayanan PBB-P2 dan pemutahiran data wajib pajak serta memberikan informasi secara berkelanjutan mengenai proses pengurusan PBB-P2.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the Regent of Seluma Regency, South Seluma Regency, regarding the development of village governance. This study uses an approach where the data obtained is presented and described or described and used as input to the authorities. Data collection tools with data collection techniques: Observation, interviews, and documentation. Then we analyze Permendagri 2018 number 20 to encourage village financial management: 1. planning, 2. implementation, 3. management, 4. Reporting, 5. Accountability, CIPP Leadership Assessment, Theory (Stufflebeam), Indicators: 1. contextual evaluation, 2, input evaluation, 3. process evaluation, and 4. product evaluation. The Village Head, Village Treasurer, and Chair of the BPD of Tangga Batu Village, Padang Genting, Seluma Market, and Padang Merbau as well as Chair of the South Seluma Administrative Body. The survey results show that the development of village government in the South Seluma administrative area by the Seluma District Director was successful.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the drug addict rehabilitation program in Bengkulu City. This type of qualitative research uses a case study method or approach using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the research are the rehabilitation program at the BNN in the Bengkulu Province Rehabilitation Home. 1) While residents are undergoing rehabilitation with inpatient treatment at the BNN in the Bengkulu Province rehabilitation home, the residents take part in screening, assessment and counseling programs. 2) SOPs carry out program implementation, and SOPs are formed based on the applicable legal basis regarding drug abuse. 3) Carrying out assessment interviews using the 7 domains contained in the ASI form, namely, General, Medical, Economic, Drugs (Substances), Legal (Law), Family, and Psychiatry 3) Resident assessments using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable , Relevant, Time-bound).

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research with the research approach using Management and psychology. At the same time, the informants in this study are the Head of the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section, the Staff of the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section, namely: 1) How is the management of Hajj services at the office of the Ministry of Religion of North Bengkulu Regency. 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in hajj services at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Bengkulu Regency? The results of the study show that the management of the services of pilgrims at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Bengkulu starts from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising activities in collaboration with Government Institutions that help the successful implementation of the pilgrimage. The forms of services provided at the North Bengkulu Ministry of Religion Office include Hajj registration services, Hajj cancellation, proposals for elderly pilgrims, merging of mahrams who register separately, guidance on Hajj rituals, division of groups and groups as well as protection services for pilgrims. The inhibiting factors encountered can be overcome by having supporting factors in providing services to prospective pilgrims

Abstract

Bersinar Village is an effort to stop and deal with drug abuse in a village that is managed independently by the village government and the village community. The focus of this research is to look at the effectiveness of the drug clean village program and reduce the number of drug abuse cases in the villages of Padang Pelasan, Lubuk Gilang, and Lawang Agung. This research aims to gain an understanding and deepen the success of the Shining Village program with the hope of providing recommendations that can increase the effectiveness and sustainability of the Shining Village program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers in the three villages that I studied, namely Padang Pelasan, Lubuk Gilang, and Lawang Agung villages, it can be said to be effective even though the eight indicators of success in implementing the drug-free village program have not been fully implemented in implementing the drug-free village program. Know from the results of observations, interviews, and also documentation.
