Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema pemberdayaan pada kerajinan bambu dilaksanakan di desa Babakan Raden Kecamatan Cariu, Kabupaten Bogor mulai tanggal 30 Januari 2023 sampai dengan 8 Februari 2023. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan keterampilan dasar bagi pemula dalam membuat kerajinan bambu, memberikan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan alat-alat mesin dan manual, memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengembangan desain produk menjadi pengrajin bambu yang sudah melewati tahap pemula. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara dalam bentuk materi, teori dan praktek dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian selama kegiatan ini yakni pengetahuan secara teoritik dan praktek. Secara teori, peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang kerajinan industri dan pengembangan desain tahap-tahap. Secara praktis kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk kerajinan kursi dan bilik bambu dari bahan bambu. Pengabdian ini memberikan peningkatan dan pengembangan dari jenis barang, yang mana sebelumnya mitra hanya menghasilkan barang seperti kursi bambu. Kegiatan ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mitra, dimana mitra dapat mempraktekan secara langsung dalam pembuatan produk kerajinan bambu. ABSTRACT Community service with the theme of empowerment in bamboo crafts is being carried out in the village of Babakan Raden, Cariu District, Bogor Regency. This activity will run ten days, from January 30 to February 8, 2023. The goal of this activity is to give basic skills for novices in manufacturing bamboo crafts, knowledge about using machine tools and manuals, and knowledge about designing product designs for bamboo craftsmen who have progressed past the beginner level. In the form of content, theory and practice, and evaluation, this service activity technique employs observation and interview methodologies. The outcome of this activity's dedication is theoretical and practical knowledge. Participants learn about industrial crafts and design development stages in theory. In practice, this activity results in handicrafts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the work environment and compensation on the job satisfaction of PT employees. Empat Bersaudara Mandiri Sejahtera either partially or simultaneously due to the lack of employee job satisfaction that I got from the results of observations. This research uses quantitative methods, with a sample size of 83 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data including questionnaires. The data analysis methods used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that the significance value for the influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) simultaneously on job satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the F value is 96.967 > 3.11 F table, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means that there is a simultaneous influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) on job satisfaction (Y). However, there is still a dimension that is considered low received by employees, namely commissions which include commissions from sales results which are still considered unsatisfactory. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe goal of this research is to explain the role of creativity and innovation in food and beverage industry productivity. The samples that became the objects to achieve the research objectives were 99 food and beverage business units in Bekasi City. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a semantic Differential scale, and the regression model was tested. According to the findings of this study, creativity, and innovation play a role in productivity. Expertise and the ability to generate originality will boost the food/beverage industry's productivity. Productivity will rise as a result of more comprehensive marketing and innovation in the creation of items to sell.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran dari kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap produktivitas di industri makanan dan minuman. Untuk tercapainya tujuan penelitian sampel yang menjadi objek sebanyak 99 unit usaha makanan dan minuman di Kota Bekasi. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala simantic differential kemudian dilakukan uji model regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan inovasi memiliki peran terhadap produktivitas. Keahlian dan kemampuan dalam menciptakan kreativitas maka produktivitas industri makanan/minuman akan meningkat. Inovasi dalam menciptakan produk barang yang akan dijual dengan melakukan pemasaran yang lebih meluas maka akan terjadi peningkatan produktivitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of customer satisfaction at Coffee Shop Pintu Dua Jakarta, which is affected by store atmosphere and product quality through pricing. The research method used is multiple linear regression to analyze the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable, as well as the Sobel test to analyze the effect of the price mediation variable. The data used is primary data obtained from consumer responses to questionnaires. The results show that, partially, store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, as does product quality, which also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price mediates the effect of store atmosphere on customer satisfaction, and it also mediates the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Waste management is one of the greatest challenges faced by global communities today. Understanding the types, sources, and forms of waste is essential to raise awareness. This study aims to increase awareness and promote positive behavior in household waste management, focusing on the Environmentally Aware Community (MasDarLing) in Pondokgede District, which consists of 5 sub-districts and 78 neighborhood units (RW), through the UNKRIS Community Service Program (KKN). This research employs a qualitative analysis method with several stages, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that 67% of the community understands the importance of not littering, 84% are aware of the need to sort waste before disposal, and 97% are conscious of the negative impacts of waste on the environment. Additionally, 84% of the community deposits inorganic waste at waste banks, and 97% have knowledge about composting and biopore absorption holes. The positive impacts of this activity include a cleaner environment, increased environmental awareness, and the establishment of more waste banks in Pondokgede District.

Abstract

Leadership and organizational culture within a company are considered important because they can influence loading and unloading activities, which are closely related to the human resource management (HRM) system and employees, particularly operational employees. Daisy Mutiara Samudra has a total of 85 operational employees, which impacts job satisfaction and company performance. Empirically, there is a relationship between job satisfaction and productivity, and the success of an organization greatly depends on the people who work within it. Therefore, employee job satisfaction plays a crucial role in determining the performance and success of an organization. This research uses an explanatory analysis approach to observe the causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. The research results indicate that leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT. Furthermore, effective leadership and a positive organizational culture can enhance comfort and satisfaction in the workplace. The research also finds that job satisfaction positively and significantly impacts PT performance, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction, the better the organization's performance. Employees who feel valued and have a supportive work environment will increase their motivation and commitment to the company. Other findings indicate that job satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of leadership on company performance.

Abstract

In this study, the researchers focused on examining how leadership, work environment, and work motivation affect the performance of Ministry of Transportation employees at the Semarang Class I Railway Engineering Center. They used probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique to select 137 individuals as respondents for the questionnaire. The study used descriptive research statistics and quantitative analysis to analyze the data. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership and work environment on both work motivation and employee performance. Additionally, work motivation has a direct positive and significant impact on employee performance. The study further confirms the direct positive and significant influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of effective leadership, conducive work environment, and high motivation in enhancing employee performance in the transportation sector.
